For a casino hotel , I was surprised that they didn’t charge for valet parking , we had a small coffee pot in our room . Nothings free in Vegas anymore ! Nice setup for attending a concert there !

Keys to room didn't work. Had go carry everything back to front desk and get rekeyed. 2nd set didn't work. Maintenance worked argued about his master key being just fine. Although he wasn't able to fix so used phone app. Bought day pass for spa and hot tub made the most irritating high pitch noise when turned on. Steam room and sauna had no tranquility sounds. Blahhh. Waste. Shower handle was loose in and went all the way to hot, so it was either cold shower or hot. Had to go back to front desk again for pool passes....all seemed unorganized and a very stressful stay.

The rooms at this hotel are nicely appointed — the beds are very comfortable, and the shower is great. However, we specifically chose this hotel for its pool, as we were visiting at the end of July. The photos made the pool appear much larger than it actually is. In reality, it’s quite small given the size of the hotel and the number of guests it accommodates. Unfortunately, we were never able to enjoy the pool during our 5-day stay. It was consistently overcrowded, and there were no available chairs or even space to put our belongings. Another major disappointment was the lack of housekeeping. Our room was never cleaned once throughout our stay. When we inquired, we were told that housekeeping is only provided every other day — something that was not communicated to us in advance. Even with that policy, our room was not serviced at all during our visit.

This resort is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle is a great perk. Pool is really nice, big, not too crowded. Great quality food at the Fireside restaurant and the Sports bar superb. Went to a concert at The Cove, very nice theatre. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Excellent rooms, very clean, great view of the river, and comfortable. Very efficient check-in and check-out process! The casino is one of the best in state. Lots of food options to offer. Overall fantastic experience! Bonus it has a parking garage.

I loved the room (540 sq. ft., with king bed, large walkin glassed shower). The view of the Arkansas river and Downtown Tulsa from the 20th floor of the hotel was nice. Also, there is a concrete and asphalt biking & running trail on which you can travel all the way to downtown Tulsa if you have the desire and stamina (about 20 miles roundtrip with many scenic stops along the way)!!!

Room was clean and nice. Would recommend requesting a room facing the river, also far away from the housekeeping entry, mornings were loud just outside the door with carts banging and staff laughing and talking. Shower water pressure left a little room for improvement. Aside from that, it was lovely. Bed was very comfy.

Very nice hotel, and floating around the pool with a drink was my favorite activity. Room was large and clean, nice large shower in the bathroom. Lighted make-up mirror was nice for 2 women getting ready at the same time. Loved Margaritaville, food and drinks were well prepared.

The bed is super soft. I live the space of the walk in shower. It doesn't leak water on the floor like ither hotels. I hope they upgrade the shower heads to handheld detached shower heads. Room service is great, the food in ecery restaurant is amazing. Great trip for adults. No microwave in rooms. Each floor should have one next to the ice machine.

Staff are just great. Beautiful hotel and Casino, the grounds are well kept. We requested and received a room with a river view, "high up"--24th floor. Did not receive a food coupon or drink offer as this review asked. Although NO fault of the hotel, I was awakened at 2 AM by noisy, I assume drunk, guests chatting loudly for at least a half hour in the hall right outside our door. Next time I would take earplugs, just in case.

Property is gorgeous and rooms are great. Only complaint is water pressure in shower, it’s practically nonexistent. Beds are comfortable, and room is spacious. The view of river is pretty.

We absolutely loved our visit here and particularly liked the pool area. We did think it was weird that there weren’t thicker blankets on the beds. There were essentially just two top sheets.

Property was great but staff was rude! I called twice in advance to confirm I could check in at 1. I was told if a room was ready I could check in. As I went to explain that to the concierge helping me she cut me off mid sentence and said “yeah everyone has something”. I cut my losses with arguing and waited an hour and a half for a room to be ready. But her constantly cutting me off or interrupting me while we spoke was very unprofessional and rude!

Was told could likely get into room before 4 pm and get late check out, like 12 or 1 pm. Instead paid $306.00 for 19 hours( 1 night stay) and in room 6-8 hrs only. Front desk was repeatedly rude & FINALLY MY 2021 Turbo PORSCHE was apparently 1 of 10-15 CARS KEYED IN COVERED PARKING!! Great way to end a disappointing weekend.

I liked the view from the room looking upriver, I liked the bathroom (nice shower). The heater/AC kept cycling on for two minute cycles through the night, and it was not obvious how to get it to stop. Actually finding the entrance to the hotel parking area was very tricky. We went into the south casino entrance first, and when a patron advised us to go to the north end, it still was not obvious where to enter the parking deck. The casino reeked of cigarette smoke that permeated though the building. The gym was very nice; clean, well-apportioned and had everything I needed for a great workout. The reception staff were excellent.

A very nice casino hotel. Directly accessible to the casino, our room in the tower (17th floor) was very nice, the view to the east across the river was great, and the condition of the room was excellent. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

River Spirit was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The dining options have something for everyone and the staff were all friendly. The rooms were very nice with modern decor and bed was very comfortable. The pool is definitely a highlight with the bars and furnishings overlooking the river. Would love to return to River Spirit!

All employees in every area of the casino was friendly, helpful, and seen. The place appears very safe and with security seen inside and out of the casino. Different places to eat are on site and each one we have visited was delicious.

This is a fun resort with a great pool area. The drinks were good and well priced. The staff was excellent! The room was spacious and well appointed. The only complaint we had were the eating choices. Margaritaville is loud and the service was terrible. I ordered a cup of coffee and was informed they didn’t have cream or milk. I could drink it black. I also had to track her all over the restaurant to get the check. Not a lot of choices. All in all, it was a great experience at the hotel!
