I called the day before arrival and was told to call the shuttle upon landing at the airport. I did so (on a Saturday afternoon) and was told they’ll come. After a long wait I called again and was told their driver left for the day and I would have to figure out my own ride. A $25 Uber ride later I made it to the hotel. Next morning I called the front dest because my TV didn’t work and my tub wouldn’t drain but no one answered. So I walked down to find help and found the attendant chatting in another room. She called maintenance and they fixed the problems but the whole experience was unprofessional. I left on Monday and the staff that morning was friendly and helpful.

Short staffed in the am for Coffee at the coffee counter, Charged me for parking and breakfast when I paid for it on Expedia. They credited the parking but I paid for breakfast with CC so no refund. Only 2 of 4 elevator’s were operational. Tried to get early check in but denied and then brother asked 10 min later with same type of room and was allowed. Basically a larger La Quinta. Rooms and Hallways had old smoke smell.

Overall the hotel was very nice. I specifically searched for hotels with an indoor pool and chose this one. When we showed up and my kids were screaming to go to the pool no one at the front desk checking me in told us the pool was closed. Get checked in, unload the car, get kids changed into swimsuits, head down to the pool and it’s under construction and closed. Would have been nice to have gotten some type of communication about this so we could plan accordingly.

Beautiful suite. Sadly, pool was closed which i called and confirmed it would be open before i booked. Staff at check in was all about signing up for rewards and didnt not advise how to get into the building from the parking garahr nor where my room was expected to be. Staff at breakfast was unattentive. She was at the back of the restaurant and proceeded to stare at me standing at the "wait to be seated" sign then yelled from her positioned to come in. I ordered an orange juice and proceeded to finish my meal before she came out and advised they dont have any orange juice and then walk away. So I had zero drink with my meal. Breakfast was sub par as well. Food was barely warm and limited. Went to the market place to get coffee and muffin FOR BREAKFAST (like i said sub par in the dining area). Other than convenience for convention i attended the stay was not worth the price and did not stand up to Hilton\'s normal standards.

The smell of fresh and clean florals was the first thing that hit my nose walking in. The check in line was long and slow. Beds were supportive but soft. Late night drinks from the restaurant were good, breafast buffet was fresh and delicious. Pool was very cold and hot tub was chilly. Great pool hours, nice, late check out time, and we felt safe leaving our vehicle in the parking garage. The suite had a microwave and mini fridge. Little snack shop on site saved us from late night trip out. Stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Parking was a nightmare. I was charged $28 per day to park there. There were times that I couldn't find a spot because they were letting anyone park for free. They left the gates up so that just anyone could come and go as they please. Since I was charged for parking, then I should have had a spot. I feel like I should be refunded for my parkingthat I paid for and didn't get.

Upon entering the room went into the bathroom and lifted the toilet lid and the toilet had been used and not flushed. Nothing to show the toilet was clean. Bed uncomfortable. We paid extra for City View and window was dirty. One light was out in bathroom above the mirror. Cold water did not work properly.

Both of our beds had blood all over the bedding. When I called down they offered to change the sheets but the housekeeper brought us sheets and told us to change them ourselves. She was getting off shift. The only thing they compensated us for was the $28 parking fee. This is absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary.

Many things in the room has issues - face plate on the shower nozzle broken, water came out dirty. Didn’t have enough towels then the ones from the front desk has stains, one of the duvets on the beds has brown stains like spray tan or something. Less than impressed

Laundry service was late after 4 days. Shower was dirty and had blood on the shower curtains. Maid service only cleaned the room once over a week period. Property not well kept and the room was dated. Won’t be back.

We waited an hour and a half to get a key for our room. I understand that was not necessarily their fault but they should have known it would be busy and adjusted for that. As well once we got to our room it had not been cleaned. The bed was slept in and bathroom was a mess. They did send someone to clean it but it wasn’t the optimal situation. My girls needed to get ready in a hurry for the concert after waiting so long and the room was not in a condition for them to efficiently do so. I went to talk to the front desk and was simply told “I’m sorry “. I paid $300 for the room and even called that morning to ensure my room was paid for. I was told our keys would already be ready for us upon arrival and of course they were not. It was very frustrating after driving 5 hours. The beds were very hard and my back hurt the next morning. Over all it was not a pleasant stay and we will not be going back.

The property was clean and kept well but we kept finding we needed something that should have been there. Like trash cans at the tables where we ate dinner. It's a living room/dining room type set up and it was lovely but no trash cans... We booked a river view room and one was not available. The city view was nice though. I also can't understand why coffee is free overnight but come 6 am you must pay $3.81 for a little cup of coffee. Just baffling for such a nice hotel. It was almost great.

Overall, the stay met my needs, but the hotel needs a bit of updating. The shower head is very low. You would have to be 5'6" or lower for it not to hit you in the back. The water machine in the market didn't work and I noticed crickets throughout the hotel, including a few in my room. It's a great location for the Convention Center and BOK Center. Everything else in downtown is about a mile walk, including restaurants.

Great location for events at the convention center, but parking is an addition $28 per day. Restaurant is good and loved that they have room service. Unfortunately, our room was terribly hot and the AC didn’t appear to work. The temp was 75 when we arrived, and I turned it down right away, but the room never cooled down. I tried all the settings, I even contacted the hotel, but never got any help. The hallway was much cooler so it was clearly just a problem with our room. Made it impossible for me sleep and I was sweating as I got ready in the morning.

Only one person at check in time. I got there at 4 and stood in line for 30 min to check in and get my room key. The restaurant was short on staff. Told us there was a 30 min wait to order. Sat us anyway and took our order quite quickly. Food was good! Never could find a luggage carrier on arrival or leaving. Most comfortable bed and pillows. Nice cool room. Pretty view on 16th floor!

Tried to check in at 2pm after calling at 9am and confirming I could checking in at 2 pm instead of 4 pm due to driving 2 hours. Upon arrival, was told I had to wait until 3, waited until 3 and was not able to check in still. Was guaranteed a room after return from festival and checked in my luggage. Upon arrival from festival at 1am, was told there is no room available and would have to go to another hotel. Other hotel that was contacted did not have any rooms. Will not use hotels.com or Hilton again. Wish I had known ahead of time I would not have a room, despite booking a room two weeks in advance and confirming day of stay.

Staff was rude at check in. Made it known it was frowned upon to book through third party and there were issues with the card reader that made check in take a while. Seemed like the hotel was short staffed. The food was not good and not worth what you pay for it.

In what was a moment of stress due to high volume of check ins, she stayed calm and reassured my family and I throughout our whole process. We waited in line for over an hour to get to the check in desk just to be told that our rooms were not ready. They could have easily told everyone in the long line that they didn't have our rooms ready. They did not care about anything that was going on and then when we got the room, the painting was noticebly pulled of the wall, there was a beetle on the bed and it was def not worth what we paid to be treated the way we did. We couldn't change rooms due to being sold out.

It took 45 minutes to check in, short of staff. 30 mintues in resturant till someone approach you.I left with three other couple who were waiting like me. At 11:00 pm, it took almost one hour back and forth finally I went to lobby to to solve my WIFI connection problem. Overall short of staff and they did not care about guests time. it was a big event at BOK that night. they should be prepared for many guests check in and service to them!

This was the worst experience I have had with a hotel. I stood in line for 45 minutes just to check in. Then when it was my turn I was told my room was not ready, and they didn’t know when it would be ready. I was going to have to stand back in line to see if my room was ready. The lobby was full of people and no where to sit. One employee told me we could go sit in a corner of the lobby. I then decided to get back in another line 2 hours later and miraculously my room was ready. Very poorly managed hotel, there was not a manager around to speak with. The first employee that did my initial check in was rude and acted like it was my problem to figure out getting my room. Not happy at all with this experience.

My husband needed another room key because he gave his to one of our daughters. We were at an event on the other side of the convention center that attaches to the hotel. They wouldn’t give him a key because they said his name was not on the room and it was in my name; even though he literally already had a key and we had spent the night prior there at the hotel. The room was also attached to HIS credit card with HIS last name on it and we both have the same last name. The rudely suggested to him to walk all the way over to the convention area to get MY key card which he could not do with the luggage he had and my small child. They ended up having to call me and ask for my Hilton #. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The breakfast area was a disaster this morning 3/2/2025. There was hardly any food, and nobody around to seat us or get drinks. We just sat there for a long time and finally someone in our party went to the front desk to get some help. This 2 night stay was NOT what I expect from the Doubletree by Hilton. Very disappointed.

The hotel was fine but the staff member that checked me in was very rude and gave me a lecture on the fact that I booked through Expedia and not the hotel directly and how you should “never pay the middle man” it was extremely off-putting.

Wonderful, accommodating staff! Safe with mandatory key entry to use elevators. Parking was a little confusing at first but it was fine once we understood what parking floor connected to the hotel.

This hotel is not Marriott service worthy. Sorry but terrible management, unfriendly not capable staff. Room wasn't even made up one day. Reception wasn't very welcoming, little shop on the side wasn't operated and worse the breakfast served all empty plates (no eggs, no potatoes) they didn't even top you of with coffee if you were lucky enough to get for first cup! It seems to me it's just not managed or whomever is doing it isn't capable. I never wrote a bad review but thus was a must, as a Hilton member thus is not what I signed up for.

This hotel has the potential to be great, but poor management is holding it back. The elevators were out of service, and the food was disappointing. However, the most frustrating aspect was the complete lack of hospitality. Basic amenities, like a complimentary coffee station in the lobby, were nonexistent. Instead, guests are forced to purchase a small cup of coffee from the gift shop for $3—and even then, it’s rationed like a scarce commodity. Simple, low-cost improvements could go a long way in making up for some of the hotel’s shortcomings. On a positive note, the cleaning staff was excellent—friendly, efficient, and clearly dedicated to their work. Unfortunately, their efforts alone aren’t enough to make up for the overall experience.

They charge you for coffee downstairs in the morning $5. They were touchy about drinks in the dining room area with small kids and then $27 for parking, when room rates were not that great to begin with. I won’t go back. Other hotels in downtown Tulsa are better.

Hotel is beautiful and everyone was helpful and friendly. Room service was timely and there is a place for food delivery. Plenty of quiet seating. They have an indoor pool and fitness center, though no signage from elevator. Dining room was not open for lunch, but the cafe had some offerings.
