I was surprised how nice the place was. The cable service was temporarily out but not their fault due to the storm. The carpet was a little stained, but overall very clean and very nice!

The hotel was very damp and muggy. The carpet was wet and so was our bedding. We decided we wanted another room after taking our shoes off and the carpet was wet. We went to the door to open it and we were locked in. We tried to use the room phone to call the from desk and the phone didn’t work. I then called the front desk from my cell and they had to come open the door for us. They then informed us they were having foundation issues… I think we should have been informed of this before being locked in our room. Thankfully the staff was very nice. They put us in a new room but it wasn’t much bette. Still had a wet carpet and sheets. The bathrooms weren’t very clean either. Breakfast however was great! I was very surprised!

There was construction going on, the workers were working on a hotel next door and had the last row of parking blocked off. Of course my car had been in the last row and the staff failed to notify me. I was fortunate enough that car was not damaged. However I would appreciate to be notified that my car is in the middle of a construction site.

No hot water for 8 of our 11 days. I reported it 4 times and they kept saying they would reset. The last time I said seriously reset not working they need it serviced and then it got fixed. Ashley was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and also gave us a $65 discount. Also several times went to front desk and no one was there.

Checked into the hotel, front desk guy was very unprofessional, had to make fun of my last name. Also didn’t let me know that there was foundation work going on when he assignment me a ground floor room. Woke up the next morning to the sounds of something trying to come through the wall, called front desk and she said they were working on the foundation. Mind you this was at 7am. Asked her if they could move to a different location at the hotel or if I could change rooms, she said I’d have to wait until after 1pm to see what rooms were available. She called back and said she had one available. Didn’t tell me it was an accessible room. Ended up not staying the second night. I would not stay here again. The first room I was in the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned well. The second room again same issue.

We take road trips frequently and are generally satisfied with the tier that includes Best Western Plus and Hampton Inn. Decided to try this Fairfield on a road trip through Tulsa. Lesson learned. For the price, we have had and expect much better. The bathroom floor was filthy, the carpets dirty, the windows had no screens, the AC/Heat unit blew a foul odor. The toilet handle was broken. Breakfast was served directly in front of the front desk, which is fine if you don't mind being stared at by front desk staff the entire time you eat. Ha ha. They ran out of coffee in the breakfast area- the only thing we actually wanted from the menu. We won't be back and will not risk this brand again either.

SO MANY THING wrong with this location! I had to move to a different room, as the lights did not work and the TV was busted. The second toom I was in had a MAJOR leak in the tub, water gushing out all night long. Also, there was dog food all over the floor, in the main room and bathroom, not cleaned at all. There were huge sticky spot in the carpet, I had to keep my shoes on at all times. The carpeting itself was black, which I suspect meant they didn't clean a lot. Avoid this location at all costs! Horrible terrible, one of the worst experiences I ever had.

Excellent room. Plenty of space. Nice living room separated from the bedroom. Giant big screen in the bedroom fun to watch. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Friendly staff and very helpful. My only suggestion would be the towels need replacement. Mine were a bit scratchy like you might get at the ymca. Definitely just an improvement idea not something that bothered me too much. Excellent experience!

The light-blocking curtains did not cover the window at all so there was only a sheer curtain in front of the window. At night this let the bright parking lot light shine into the room and once the sun came up the room was very bright. Very bad setup for sleep.

Our room faced the freeway and traffic noise was very loud throughout the night. The AC unit is old, too, and droned loudly when it ran. I liked the shower. The float on the toilet is stuck and to flush it one has to lift the lid and press on the float. Told the desk about this twice, but it was still malfunctioning when we left.

The room itself and the staff were great. The level of sound from outside was pretty bad. The hotel is right off of a major highway. It was pretty loud all night long. The room was also quite bright at night. The only other bother we had was the air conditioner didn’t seem to run very long. So we kept waking up hot. After throwing the comforter (no sheets on bed) off the air conditioner would kick back in again and you would get cold. As for the location. I didn’t feel very safe at all. There were homeless people ALL OVER THE PLACE. It didn’t feel safe in the daylight and I worried about our vehicle. Be warned about the vagrants and the road noise.

Check in process was easy, easiest ever actually. Extremely clean, service was great, I booked and purchased the stay online so it made it easier, convenient location, the two ladies that were upfront were awesome! I definitely will be staying here in my future stays/trips to Tulsa. Thank You!

We travel to Tulsa every year over Thanksgiving and this was the best stay we can remember. There were minor issues because life is like that, but the staff addressed every question/request/concern with genuine enthusiasm. They were friendly, professional and jumped through hoops to make sure everything was A+ - Especially Ashleigh (who seemed to be there 24/7). The place was clean, quiet and the beds were comfy. Hot coffee always available. We don't want to stay anywhere else.

We had a very nice stay. Front desk clerk was very nice and checked us in quickly. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was fine, but a little bare. Attendant on duty was very attentive. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tulsa. Good, convenient location.

It’s a cozy hotel for sure. The breakfast is very minimal, especially if you have any food restrictions at all. But it was mostly quiet, and every staff member that we spoke with was very polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
