This was my 1st stay at Marriot Tulsa Southern Hills. I can not give enough stars. From Check In to Check out, the staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. I would most like to give kudos to Justine at the front desk and Denzell for shuttle service. Justine was knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Denzell was on time and quick to respond to my local request and airport shuttle. The airport shuttle is a big plus as well as the local shuttle access within 5 miles. Everything is local and convenient. I will be staying at this hotel everytime I am in Tulsa and will recommend. The room is very clean, enough towels provided. I also liked the fitness and pool 24 hr access. Highly recommended!!

Hotel was clean and the staff was nice and helpful room was clean and in good working condition,The pool area was lacking in that it was dirty looking and had only the one small pool for the entire hotel pool area needs updating and more amenities added such as hot tub sauna and a sitting area outside pool area

Great place to stay, comfortable beds, great service. We got in late so it was nice to be able to have something to eat at the hotel bar before retiring. There was a problem with the elevators and at one point we had to walk down 7 flights of stairs, over all it was nice.

the staff here was helpful and friendly. We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and there was ample comfortable space for us to hang out during down time. the workout center was nice as was the pool. the lighting in the rooms is a little weird, but the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The roon was beautiful, the staff friendly, the location convenant, but the parking was horrible. Right in front of the main door was for valet parking. The lot adjacent was a pay to park lot. The next closest lot was roped off for valet. The furthest lot, were everyone parked, was full. We had to park over a black away

The room was nearly 80* when we arrived and stayed that way. We called the front desk, they sent maintenance and it was fixed but we had all sweat so much we needed to reshower, we were exhausted and tired. The room had popped corn on the floor and other debris. I did show the lady at the front desk the pictures. Never again.

I usually love staying here. Whatever housekeeping is mopping with smells like mildew. Also, the room that I got was pretty small compared to the rooms that I normally get. Also, it could’ve used a cleaning and they really need to update the rooms. There’s no reason that I should be praying the price that I paid for rooms in that condition.

I’ve stayed here before so I already knew what to expect. However, they put me on the sixth floor and the room didn’t seem as maintained as the rooms on the third floor, and if I’m paying over $200 a night I’m expecting the very best. Also I love how housekeeping came in consistently every day for my stay. however The first day that they came in they wipes down my counters with a mildew smelling towel and that smell remained in my room for four days. the floors need mopping the refrigerator wasn’t getting my drinks cold. I always appreciate the bed. It’s always clean and they always make it up for you daily and also this time they gave me a lavender spray and it helped me fall asleep each night.

On our second day, we returned to our room after a long day to find that the towels we had left on the floor had not been replaced, the bed wasn’t made, which I would make if I knew how they did it, and the complimentary coffee and condiments were not refilled. Disappointed in the service.

When I reached the room I found food left in the refrigerator, glass wear was dirty. Shower was dirty. Room service was horrible. First meal I ordered was a 10 ounce chicken breast what they served was a 4 ounce breast and charged $38 with a 22% service charge for room service. The second and final order was breakfast. They forgot the poached eggs (main item) then they brought the two poached eggs and when I cut into them the whites were extremely runny…extremely runny!! Showed the front desk the video and I was insulted, ridiculed and asked if I ate it. I said no but I ate the muffin, ham and had brown. For this I was changed $27. The front desk including the manager Ray was the rudest I’ve ever dealt with.

We booked this hotel for Oktoberfest because it was a shuttle stop. The shuttle pick up/drop off was almost a half mile from the hotel entrance. The was extensive water damage to a wall and ceiling of our hallway (4th floor). The front desk staff was WONDERFUL! Restaurant was meh. Overall a clean and comfortable stay, but not worth the premium price.

Beautiful lobby and the rooms were very clean! The downside was that the maid did not clean our room one night even after we called at 2:30 to remind them. Also I would comment that BOTH restaurants on property had a very limited “bar menu”. After two days, eating the hamburger and the chicken strips… There was not much left to choose from in the restaurants.

We have stayed at this hotel before and really had a great experience, thus deciding to return when visiting family. We are happy we did, as the experience was fantastic again. Justine checked us in and was amazing, very energetic and wonderful. She is a great asset! She did check us in early, per request, and we were so appreciative. All aspects of the stay were wonderful. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was also pretty spacious. All amenities were lovely, as were all personnel. We had our breakfast included and it was delicious - such a nice touch. We also had access to the lounge on the 11th floor. This was a great stay for a very reasonable price. Thank you. We shall definitely return.

We had three rooms reserved, one had to be refunded due to no AC and smell of marijuana in the room. Thankfully we were able to make do with only 2 rooms. The AC in our room also really struggled and it wasn’t even very hot outside. Terrible bathroom experience. There is no lock on the sliding door, and the shower is completely clear glass—not good for a privacy. Also, the sliding shower doors would not stay shut. Tried everything, but a few inches open at one end was the best we got. The breakfast was decent, but we paid additional for breakfast buffet on both our rooms but were then told once we got there that it only covered two people—we had to pay additional for the others. If we had known that before we sat down, we would have gladly saved the breakfast fee on our rooms and eaten out at a nicer establishment for the same cost. Very frustrating, and was not made clear at booking or checkin that it only included 2 guests. We travel for our kids sports constantly, and I’ve never encountered that policy. Finally, valet failed us. At checkout I was alone with my toddler and all our luggage while my husband took the other kids to where they needed to be. There was no valet attendant there and after waiting a while, I had to ask the front desk to try to contact them. Turns out they were at the airport. The front desk was able to get me my key, but then I had to walk across the parking lots with all our stuff and my toddler in tow. Beyond frustrating!

Top notch, just top notch. Some trouble with the elevators when we arrived and later with door locks. Other than those minor situations, tremendous room, great view of Turkey Mountain, and everything (wi-fi, frig, TV, shower) worked seamlessly. We’ll be back!

when we arrived, they did not have our room. We needed the 2 queen beds. They gave it to someone else. They said if you go through Expedia all you are guaranteed is a room. Not the type of room you want. They gave us a King bed with a pull-out couch. Both bed and couch very uncomfortable. NEVER again will we stay there, or I guess we won't go through Expedia since the type of room IS NOT guaranteed. If I could rate them on their site, I would give them a 00. But they won't let me since I went through you.

We booked our stay 1 month prior to trip we chose a King room. We arrive to the location to find the a long line of people waiting to check in with only 1 person working the counter. We get to the counter only to be told that they had sold out the day before and the king room that we booked was not available so they are giving us a queen room. Before a could even request a detailed reason we were told the queen room wasn't ready so we can sit in the lobby until it is ready for us. After waiting an hour in the lobby my wife starts doing her makeup IN THE LOBBY for the concert we had tickets to before I go to the desk to get the room keys that they forgot to notify it was ready. We travel a lot throughout the year I know what hotel brand we will no longer be booking.

Marriot southern hills overbooked and they told us they didn’t have a room for us. I called the night before to double check as well as got to the hotel early to tell them we weren’t going to be back to check in until 9or 10. It wasn’t u til I spoke to a manager that they gave us a room at another hotel. Very dissatisfied with this whole situation.

As my wife and I arrived at 4:00 pm for check in the hotel receptionist gave us our keys to our room and clearly stated, "Here are your keys to your King Room". When we arrived at said "King Room" we opened the door and it was not a King Room but a double. We went back down and let the receptionist know that we paid for a King Room and that she gave us a double. They hotel staff then told me that we did not pay for a King even though I handed them our receipt that clearly states we paid for a King. Hotel staff then stated it meant if there was a King Room available. They then stated they could try and get us into a King but we would have to wait 30 mins to an hour and that there was nothing else they could do. They did not offer any renversements or another free night for their mistakes. I did not get into my room until 5:30 pm an hour and half after check in time.

The Marriott has become a part of our Christmas tradition. My wife and I are both Tulsa natives and the Marriott is half way between both their homes on the Southside. We love to get a room with a West view of Turkey Mountain and the Arkansas River valley toward downtown. Cajun Ed's Southern Kitchen, just across the street provides a lovely dinner spot and the I -house Starbucks is great for a morning cup just a marvelous stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills this weekend. The hotel is conveniently located near both highways and major thoroughfares. I was there to celebrate a milestone with friends, and my daughter wanted to go to the casino. The hotel is beautiful inside and well-appointed. I loved our room's rain shower head and the large TV. What was not so great was how cold the hotel was. Thank goodness we could control the temperature in our room, which we set to a balmy 71 degrees. My only other observation is that the outside of the hotel shows its age. The landscaping and parking areas both need an update.

First the facility: it was recently renovated, clean and well appointed. Breakfast choices and a bar for lunch or dinner. The staff makes this our favorite place to stay. Fabi and her food service staff are amazing and made us feel at home. Great breakfast at a reasonable price. Food was amazing in the 2 bars also. The 3 bartenders we interacted with were awesome. Personable, attentive, cheerful and very helpful. Maddy, Kierra and Katie made our stay more fun. If i could give it 6 stars i would just for the staff! From check-in to check-out, they were happy to make our stay special!

The staff and facilities were great. Our room was clean, updated and well appointed. The stars were the staff! Every person we encountered went out if their way to make our stay great. Madison and Kiara were amazing at the small bar and the sports bar. Breakfast was very good and the manager was amazing! We will stay there again on our next trip to Tulsa!

I’ve stayed at this Marriott on annual trips I make for business. I typically don’t sleep well while away from Home but not here. Excellent stay including breakfast buffet. Could not be more pleased. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The only negative and or suggestion would be: The buffet price did not seem to be reasonable with the selection/variety of food. There are still vegetarians/diabetics that like more than just eggs or oatmeal. Need to have a couple more choices.
