The staff was very friendly I liked everything, except the elevator, it was slow

Worse than motel 6. Elevator was broken and was finally fixed by an employee running around finding a key & swearing. Hallway had footprints all over. Sprinklers had a water leak that was worked on until 10 pm. No one said a thing or an eta. The door to the room was misaligned so it had cracks so you heard everything. It felt like the door was open. Ice machine didn’t work so we had to go to another floor. The entire place smells. I was bit by a flea in my room with no animal. I didn’t even shower there it was so dirty.

Property exterior is being refurbished. Exterior is a mess. Interior is in good condition. Location is excellent for Expo Center/Fairgrounds.

Stayed for an event at the expo center and wanted to be close. The elevator is pretty sketchy. At one point i was afraid i would be left stuck in there. I would say the best thing about the room, was that it had ac and a tv. The room in general was dirty. The sheets/pillowcases had dirt spots on them. The bed was not very comfortable and one of the beds in the room (queen) was broken. You sit on the corner of the bed and you almost ended up on the floor while the other end flipped up (like a seesaw). The bathroom was small and there was no space on top of the vanity to put things like your toothbrush, deodorant, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. It was not clean in the bathroom or kept up with besides the semi new wood tile floor. The shower was not in great condition and definitely could have been cleaner. There was absolutely no shower pressure so taking a shower after a long day outside for 18 hours was not appreciated. That is one thing you look forward to after a long day. The towels are all mismatched and different brands. I think they have hand me down towels from other hotels because there were a couple with hilton hotel tags. They were also in bad condition. Paper thin, scratchy and small. I also couldn't believe that there were towels that were dirty. When i say dirty, i mean it looks like they never even washed it. I definitely was not going to use that. I used two hand towels that were cleaner to dry off. None of the towels were very clean though. I do not recommend.

For being under renovations outside the hotel , the inside was ran smoothly and was kept very clean

There was a transition strip between the entry and the main flooring that was raised and it almost made us fall more than once. Very difficult to get a wheelchair over. There were no glasses in the room for water and when the bath towels were replaced they did not include wash cloths. We were told if we were there more than 4 days the bedding would be changed. On the second day the bedding was changed which makes us wonder if we were sleeping on dirty bedding from day one. Day 4 bedding was it changed. When The elevators stopped and started it felt like an earthquake, very rough. It was so bad a feeble adult or small child could easily fall.

Elevators were broken and the hall way stairs spelled like dog pee.

Check in and check out was easy, typical hotel waffle breakfast. Several trucks in the parking lot had their windows broken out over night, our SUV was fine. It is very conveniently located

It is convenient when attending an event at the expo center. My truck was broken in to. Staff saw it happen too.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! It was absolutely filthy, it smelled and it had bedbugs. Several guests were leaving for the same reason. I went in and left as soon as I arrived. Hotels.com did not refund my money either. Worst hotel. Do not book.

The pictures on the outside are certainly much better than the hotel on the inside. There is a nice lobby and breakfast area, however as soon as we went up the elevator to to the room, the first thing we encountered was an overflowing trash can at the ice machine and then in the hallways there had been no maid service and there was dirty linens and food trash. The room did not smell very clean, you could see where someone had washed the floor on the laminate tile but there were footprints all over it, and my shoes were sticking to the floor as I walked across it. There was a lump right inside the bathroom where every time you opened and closed the door you had to really force it and it was very loud so we tried not to go to the bathroom in the night b/c of the sound. The towels were less than adequate, very thin and you could see they had been washed many many times. Toilet seat slid from side to side so one had to be careful when sitting on it. This morning when I took my dogs outside, I went down the stairs which were right next to the room and I was unable to go out to the glass door that was right there so I had to go back through the lobby. I had to walk down a long hallway and I did not realize until I was halfway down that someone had just washed that floor with some kind of chemical and I slipped and almost fell. Also my dogs walked over this chemical and so I had to wash their feet once we got back to the room. They did not put signs there, just in lobby. Dangerous.

Stayed one night. 11/29 in room 101. Woke up with bed bug bites.

It was dirty

This hotel needs to come off of Expedia immediately. The hotel is infested with both mice and roaches. I informed the front desk of the roaches that i saw in our room and they immediately sent someone up to spray. I did appreciate that although it did not help. Do not stay here unless you ABSOLUTELY have no where else to go.

The roach infestation is so severe that we saw them on the hallway baseboards as soon as we got off the elevator, then inside the room as soon as we opened the door, then again when we opened the bathroom door. We saw pregnant adults, babies, and everything in between and they did not scurry when lights or people entered a space. It was very late and we have young children who had already fallen asleep in the car. We laid them down and moved our bags back to our vehicle. My husband is allergic to roach droppings so he spent the night in a chair in the lobby because it was too cold to sleep in the car. The person at the front desk did also offer my husband a blanket. We left early. For the safety of their team and visitors, I certainly hope this is addressed, especially since from older reviews, it appears to have persisted for quite some time.

This place is nasty. One bathroom towel and yellow dried snot on it. Bedspread had cigarette holes in it. Floors are nasty. Window seal is nasty. Sheets have hairs and fibers on them. I guess we have to stay since we are here but its freeking me out. If it wasnt such an early morning we would leave. Its very gross here. I have pictures.

We saw a few bugs in the room. Mold was in the window seals and bathroom corners. Room smelled like someone was vaping in it. Beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slpt in and ac hardly worked.

Sheets and pillow cases were stained with god only knows. Tub was dirty. I would not recommend this hotel. Staff was very nice.

This hotel is very convenient and staff are very polite, however the owner needs to make some serious updates, the room desperately needs painting as scratches on walls, looks afed and dirty and door had huge gape and locks were nit secured, bathroom was very much in need if freshening. Housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning g as someones cut hair was all over the sink! I had to totally clean and disinfect it. The bed mattresses need to be replaced as they have huge sags that provide no support. The new floors , tvs are nice. The front door needs to be secured at night only letting those with key cards in. The construction crew outside was blowing their debris from repairing the stucco all over the place and not picking it . I will stay here again but some interior remodeling is much needed for the price you pay.

TV remote didn't work nor did the in room phone. In room fridge door wouldn't close all the way. Shower curtain missing half its rings. Noisy as hell, sounded like neighbors were doing construction work

Very average hotel, in need of upgrading. We were woken up at 5am by the "elephants" in the room above us... who never stopped while we were there. We couldn\'t call the front desk to have them take care of it because the phone was not connected. The walls and ceilings are very thin. If you want a good nights sleep, go somewhere else. We didnt even stay for the continental breakfast... basic hotel.

Great location for my purpose, but tired rooms and janky doors and holes in the sheet rock behind door. Internet was adequate. Continental breakfast was limited to waffle, yogurt or tiny muffin

Was very dated. Floor felt uneven. Could hear every noise from your neighbor and outside.

Average place to stay. It was right on the fairgrounds so extremely convenient. The room was okay but our flooring was buckled and coming up, a hige trip hazzard that should have been fixed before renting the room.

This property is literally caving in. Our floor was slanting so much that it felt like we were sleeping with our heads below our feet.

One of our 3 rooms had a sinking floor. As if it was going to fall thru to the floor below. At least a 6" slope from one end of room to the other

Ac was not working properly.. very hot.

The bed was awful. The mattress was VERY worn out and should have been replaced long before now.

First room had not been cleaned by house keeper but front desk instantly upgraded me to a different room!

Without question Quan Duquan was the best! Worked the front of the hotel in the evenings and was so kind and helpful. If he saw me trying to carry out some trash he'd stop me, take it and say hey that's my job. Just an all around star employee. No matter what I needed, towels, bedding or laundry change, Quan was right there to take care of our needs, and in a kind, courteous and professional manner. Expo in needs to find a way to clone this fella. Another standout employee was a new young lady can't remember her name blonde hair she just was hired on about the time you started staying at the expo in and she was so sweet and kind and does a great job for the company. She was always kind, courteous, and polite. Thank you for making our stay at the Expo Inn feel like home as we waited for our new home closing. Vivian, Kim, & Marcus (and his Service Dog Sid)

Super convenient for the Expo Center. Stayed in a king suite. Super roomy amd clean. Breakfast was easy and adequate. Staff at front desk both day & night were super helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Super close to a few restaurants and nearby stores. Overall was a great stay

Check in was quick an easy. The first room we went to the a/c wasn’t working properly but Eduardo promptly took care of us and got us into a room with a good working A/C.

Front desk attendants where super friendly. Breakfast was less than desirable there was no protein available only waffle, bagel yogurt. so we had to go find breakfast elsewhere that was inconvenient. Hotel was clean comfortable etc i would stay again

Very friendly and helpful staff

I traveled to Tulsa for two days for this trip…. I got to Tulsa but went straight to a business meeting. I stepped out of meeting to call my hotel to let them know I would have a slightly late check in time that evening, and was informed my reservation could not be honored. I was told there was some sort of Oklahoma state of emergency and that this hotel was fully booked with people who worked for a power company. I had to sleep in my car that evening and then do more business the next day….. also the lady on the phone was very nasty about everything even though I was outgoingly polite (even while she is telling me my reservation won’t be honored) and while I was calmly asking more questions, she promptly hung up right in the middle of me talking. One of the worst experiences of my life.

Parking and location was great

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rates were very reasonable. The facility is a bit dated, but rather well kept. Great location for the events center. Overall an excellent value. Some nights had some slamming doors, not for people being rude, but rather no felt or rubber softeners on the doors.

If you are doing anything at the Tulsa Expo you cant find a better location for ease of back and forth. The price is excellent for what you receive and the overall location. Breakfast could use a little improvement but it was decent.

This property is next to high visitor attractions. The two times we visited found the mattresses to be over used and sagging. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. They are pet friendly and that was big plus for us. The property was safe but the parking lot is small and can get packed fast. 4 out of 5 stars for us due to the mattresses.

It was good, but the breakfast could have been better.

Just be aware that rooms are not cleaned without asking when you stay multiple days. We were not told of this & were surprised not to have our towels replenished. It didn't bother us that the beds, etc. were not made, but towels are a necessity. Also, there is no carpet on the floor, so bring your slippers! Our TV was not working, but staff helped us out immediately. It would be nice to have some form of protein at the breakfast bar. Bagels & cream cheese would be nice. Peanut butter showed up our last day. We just are not sweet eating people.

Decent room, clean, included microwave and fridge, also had a hot breakfast available with waffles and biscuits and gravy. Would stay again.

We had a three night stay at the Expo center . When we first arrived we noticed extensive hail damage to the outside including broken windows to room. When we got our room the beds were visibly old and very uncomfortable. Sink almost to the floor when you lay in it and I'm 180 pounds. The breakfast was skimpy at best. Waffles you have to make, orange juice or cranberry juice. Walmart chocolate chip muffins, Walmart yogurt, and Walmart oatmeal in packs. Absolutely no eggs or bacon were served in the 3 day holiday weekend. They don't provide very nice hygiene supplies just a couple jail sized bars of soap and about the same quality. Staff was friendly but I did request towel exchange since the towels are very cheap and very small. I have a 34 in waist and it could barely go around me. Overall for the price it wasn't bad. I would not recommend staying more than a night your back will hate you!

Nice and clean, very attentive staff. Breakfast was just ok. Not many options, cereal, oatmeal and a waffle. I will stay again.
