Older property that is showing age, but is clean and safe. Getting in and out of the property is a little tricky if there is traffic. Walking distance to shops and places to eat if you don't want to drive.

The hotel staff was friendly and the plants were pretty cool. Staying there was like taking a trip in a time machine back to the 90s. The beds were okay. They just had cheap bedding. The AC unit just constantly blows cold air on you and if you are on the bed by the unit. It blows cold air in your face all night. The elevator kept going out. Twice our keys stopped working and had to go to the front desk the get replacements. Which was kind of annoying when you walk by staff and they know the keys stopped working, but they don't tell you and you have to take the stairs up to find out then back down to get new keys. They also have very interesting guests late at night.

This place is in dire need of a renovation and new appliances, carpet, etc. Room and bedding smell like cigarette smoke. We went in the middle of August and our view was an empty pool outside full of trash. Just felt greasy and dirty when we left. Like one step above sleeping on the street.

The lobby was amazingly beautiful. The room was large and quiet. A bulb on one lamp was sideways, the toilet only flushed with some TLC, and the room could use some general maintenance. Also, I don’t need to be asked “Can I help you?” every time I return to my room.

Great place for the vaue. Bed was ok, recliner, chairs, desk, in a very large room. Overall it was clean, the few things that stood out could easily be touched up and it would have been in prime shape. The courtyard is so nice with large beautiful live trees and plants.

Checked out after only one of my two nights, because the room was disgusting: no furniture, & when we asked, we were told they would not bring us any or move us, blood stains on the floor (maybe that's why the couch & chair were missing?), fridge had mold growing in it, shower uad mold growing around shower head, toilet barely worked, everything was rundown, amd it looked like someone came on the window, and no one bothered to clean it up. We checked out after 1 of our two nights & wouldnt have even stayed that one night if not for money invested. Super enjoyed watching the drug deals happening in the lot when we came in.

don’t stay here please! never said anything about a deposit it’s $50 and it’s $15 for unregistered guests they says it’s gonna be 7 days when you get a deposit back on card i got it right back after i checked out. it was so hot in the lobby at the time the elevator was closed so the staircase was so humid as well. the room was so nasty cracks and holes everywhere the floor was covered in stains, MOLD!! in the bathroom and on the shower curtain thank god there was no bed bugs or roaches the lady was so nice but the man was not very short and doesn’t really care to be honest. holes in the cover in a nonsmoking room the beds were not comfortable pretty hard. everything worked fine electrical wise and water wise. honestly the worst stay i’ve had ever.

While this hotel isn't the most up to date, it is always clean and all of the staff are so very friendly. The hotel furniture could use updating so that all the rooms match, but not a deal breaker for the cheap price. The only issue I have ever had is that the shower curtains need to be replaced or bleached clean, and the bathroom doesnt have a vent. I have been staying at this hotel off and on for 2 years. Always a great experience. The lobby area is amazing to look at - filled with all types of plants and trees.

Hotel staff was very friendly, easy check in. Room was a little outdated but clean. Bed was horrible... So hard. Felt like we were sleeping on a piece of plywood. We woke up at 6am and chose to check out and drive home so we could get some rest.

The front desk was very polite. The room was clean, yet bathroom was tiny. Neighbors next door were loud & constantly slamming doors/talking loud!! Bed was very firm, not much sleep after traveling all day. Easy access & cost efficient.

Cancelled our room with no notice, so after being on a ball field all day we got in line to check in at 11pm and waited about 30 minutes before someone acknowledged us and we were informed they had no available rooms (after watching 2 other people ask for rooms and pay in cash). Never again. Theyll send you 2 emails a day from when you reserve to your trip but cant seem to find that information when they cancel you.

The room was nice except for a sink that needed repair. The staff fixed the sink in about fifteen minutes. The staff were very good. The price was also affordable. I will stay here again.

The area was magnificent! The rooms need a serious upgrade. The bathroom was so small that we had to step in the tub to close the door to use the toilet in private. We made it fun but it would have been nice just to walk in and close the door LOL. Please read the email that is sent with your confirmation because there are additional charges for booking. Overall the location was convenient to EVERYTHING (food, shopping, gas)

This was better than expected, the rooms are large and spacious, beds are comfy, and things were clean. Nothing but high praise, near food and the mall as well as entertainment. Definitely recommend it, price was decent if you book through a third party. And yes there is an onsite deposit, which if paid in cash is immediately refunded at checkout.

Finally Expedia had a place listed that was really good. The room was very spacious, good TV options, lots of dining options within 2 miles and no bugs. Parking was easy and convenient and relatively secure. Front desk person at night was super friendly and helpful. I left the Clarion because they had roaches and found this last minute. Would definitely stay again if in Tulsa. Highly recommended

This place is a wreck. It was clearly bought from another chain and rebranded as OYO recently. Everything was broken and dirty. The owner charged my sales tax because, he said, Expedia doesn't collect local tax. Yeah, right. I've used Expedia dozens of times and I've ever been charged local sales tax on site after I paid. The owner made a big deal about waiving the early check-in fee - I was there 25 minutes before the relatively late 3 PM check-in time. On the plus side, it was cheap, well-located, and the room was at least big.

It was decently clean. Couple of suspicious looking stains on the carpet. Bed was very clean. No signs if bugs at all. Towels were threadbare. There is no coffee in the rooms and no breakfast is offered, even though it is prime for it.
