The hotel itself was fine, staff was attentive and helpful. My only gripe is that I parked my car facing the front entrance with a camera pointed right at my vehicle. There was someone trying to break my driver's side window to gain access. I have several cracks on my driver side window now. They made note of the attempted break in and called the cops but they didn't think to notify me? I asked the manager to call or email but he never did.

One of our better stays in Tulsa. Very nice accommodation. They lock the outside doors a bit early. Would be nice if we could access after hours using our room key instead of waiting on front desk to answer phone at outer door. A few times wait was 5-10 minutes. When you have to take a dog out at night it makes it inconvenient.

This place is great. Always clean and the staff is great. Beds are comfy. Love the soda and snack machines. Laundry on site. I stay here 3 to 4 times a month. They know me and my son by first name.

This hotel is not walking distance to downtown area. Off the interstate. Not a long ride to Memorial site of Federal Bombing Building and Museum. Very good breakfast especially liked the bagel toppers. Our room has a fully stock kitchenette. We had 2 separate reservations that they accommodated by keeping us in same room. Homeless population down the road under interstate but did see any around hotel.

Let's put it this way: I didn't feel comfortable allowing my kids to shower in this hotel's bathroom. Hotel had a strong smell of restroom cleaning product, the floor was sticky, and the smell of marijuana was present everywhere.

The room had bed bugs and bugs that looked like lice in the couches that folded out to beds. We were put in room 203 and found the bugs then moved to 201 and the same thing. We had the front desk person, Tom, come up and look. He said house keeping was going to get wrote up because they were cleaning. We asked for a room without a couch and one with 2 beds and he couldnt do that for us. The parking lot seems sketchy with lots of people walking are and lingering around. We drove by after we had checked out and cops were under the awning. I would not recommend even though at the time of booking the reviews were an 8.1.

Check-in was efficient and the staff was courteous and professional (after a long day of driving, this is important!). The room was clean and well maintained. I appreciated that the breakfast area was clean and spacious. The food was good, both hot and cold options available. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Check in was fine. Outside of property and lobby looked clean so thought it was promising. Went into the room not too bad but thought let me check around the bed and couch for bed bugs etc. looked like the comforter hadn’t been changed in god knows how long. Looked like boogers or something on it. Saw there was a mattress protector on there which is good but something inside me said lift up the mattress protector…man am I glad I did!! The whole corner of the mattress was just black idk what it was almost looked like it was moldy??? Immediately said absolutely not.

It smelled like weed in the halls and during the night the smell filled our entire room. The staff member at the front desk was busy on his headphones while trying to ask questions. Wasn’t the cleanest, but not the worst either. We will find a different place to stay next time.

The room, bed, floor was comfortable, clean, and smelt fine. We stayed two nights as I was in town for a meeting. We were in room 101 and the only complaint was the bathroom. The bathroom was so small that you could hardly turn around. To close the door you had to back into the corner by the tub-shower and the door just barely cleared the sink counter. Also, to sit on the toilet you had to move to one side to miss the toilet paper holder and then move back to land your tush on the seat! LOL! Other than that, a great hotel.

Toilet flushed, but did not drain properly. We didn't realize this until after we returned from a show around 11 p.m. There was one person at the desk, who was of no help. My son and I had to use the toilet in the lobby until we checked out the next morning. Bathtub didn't work. Hair dryer didn't work. Otherwise, a decent place to stay.

Housekeeping staff very efficient. Front desk staff/owner very accommodating. (father and son team) Example: 1) Allowed me early check-in because I was extremely tired from flying all night long. (hadn't slept in 26 hours) 2) I missed breakfast twice, yet they provided yogurt, apple, juice to tie me over.

There was blood on the sheets in the first room. I went Back to the front desk maybe a minute after checking in and she acted put out because I requested a clean room. She acted like she didn’t even remember just checking me in! Never even apologized and slammed the key card down in front of me. She wasn’t nice when we first checked in either. Just seemed bothered we were there. This will be on my list not to stay again

After a long drive we arrived and checked in. My daughter and I quickly realized we needed an additional blanket along with sheets for the sofa bed. Before we could even go back to the front desk, Pete arrived with not only bed linens but additional towels! That is what I call excellent customer service! The property was clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for men, but as a single woman I would not stay here again. There was a lot of people wondering back & forth in front of hotel parking, as well as homeless loitering. I didn’t feel very safe.

Everything was great except the breakfast the first morning. Not much food out and what was out was almost empty. The bacon looked like clear noodles. Gross! We ended up going to McDonalds instead. The 2nd morning everything was great though with options and good taste.

The entire property was very nice - clean and modern and very well maintained. The only negative I have is the breakfast. On both of the days I stayed, the food trays were sitting empty with no one around to refill them. I am not sure if it was due to the universal excuse of being "short-staffed" or if on that day no one cared. If you choose to stay here, plan to eat at the McDonald\'s across the street for breakfast. Otherwise, this place is really nice for the price

Staff wasn’t the nicest and the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had, literally inedible and I’m pretty adventurous, in fact I took the weird egg cake mash they served, added water, put in the microwave with a paper towel to steam them to try to make them edible and it still wasn’t. So that. The room was ok though.
