One issue in bathroom shower head was broken..reported to front desk

Don’t stay here unless you want bedbugs, your clothes stolen, and to move 3 times in 3 days. I want to start off by saying that Tony was incredible. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Everything else was a horrific. The first room we were put into had ants all on the counter tops and in the sink, the walls were scratched up, and just looked kind of beat. We let Tony know and he moved us to a different room, and was fantastic about everything. The second night, the ac did not work and was 80 degrees in the hotel room, with the thermostat set to 68. The front desk person that night (not Tony), came and inspected, messed with the thermostat. Then said “I guess I’ll go make arrangements”, and left. Definitely lacking in the customer service department. Also the TV was broken. The third night, the girl working was amazing. She was dealing with a situation where another guest had all of their clothes stolen from the laundry, and were rather grumpy. I sat and chatted with the woman working for a bit, and she was incredible despite that. All was good in the third room they put us into until the morning after, my wife woke up with 2 bug bites on her torso, and 2 on her arm, that look like bed bug bites. All in all, super disappointing stay, we’re leaving with bedbugs, moved 3 times, someone else got their clothes stolen, and the customer service from the 2nd gentlemen was less than stellar. I won’t be staying in this hotel ever again, and I will be seeking a refund.

We stayed here several years ago and now every time we come to Tulsa, we always stay here. Staff is always great. Really like the kitchen amenities - refrigerator, microwave, stove, dish washer, etc., and the tv that swivels from Bedroom to soda area.
