Convenient location. Large variety of dining options. Shopping options available. Staff was helpful. Some of the facility amenities could be better ie the pool water was too warm at the time if visit. Maintenance issues came up but the staff was responsive.

Affordable. Clean. Continental breakfast with several hot meal and cold meal options. Room is spacious. TV hung off wall facing the beds rather than the living area couch. Near several restaurants and close to a main road. New looking for its price range. Good to have a car if wanting to get downtown or go sight seeing. Plenty of complimentary parking.

Ice machine broken, pool broken, tiles in bathroom moved when you walked on them, had to throw my shoulder into door to get it to open. At breakfast the milk was expired, the juice machine broken, and proper food safety rotations were not being followed.

Our door didn’t shut; the pool was nasty and no lock on door, no towels, breakfast was non existent, pull out couch had no bedding and the front desk clerk had none clean. Not a good place to stay with kids..

Our room ended up having bedbugs and our whole family has bites all over their bodies. The staff was friendly and let us wash/dry our clothes in their laundry facilities for free. They gave us a new room and allowed us to stay longer to ensure we weren’t bringing the bedbugs to the next location. They also said they’d credit us a free stay, but haven’t checked our account to see if that happened. One big reason we chose the hotel was the indoor pool and it was unavailable.

The hotel was clean on the outside and so was the inside; however, after getting to a room and getting ready for bed, i noticed that the queen size bed that was on the left had some staining near the end and side of the bed (sheets were not replaced). That was pretty gross ( i snapped pics of it and showed the lady at the front desk, but her boss was on vacation so there wasn't much she could do -plus i purchased through hotels.com, so money could be returned). Other than the bed sheet not being cleaned (slept in the other bed there) and some debris not sweeped up in the bathroom, our stay was good. The breakfast was good as well. I would stay again, but just check my sheets asap before laying down under the covers.

So really disappointed with the stay overall , For the 3 nights I spent there I had no internet in the room so I had to use my own data , This also meant that the internet on the tv didn’t work so no YouTube or Netflix , When I went to use the toilet when I got to the room it had not been cleaned , I won’t expand on that you can guess yourselves what it meant , The room was dark so ladies if your looking for a place to put on your make up before going to your business appointments or going out , this is not the hotel for you You won’t get a hearty breakfast here , the lady that would normally do breakfast was late so some items were for got to be put out like the utensils for taking the food from the trays etc and she blames the person that set it up for the weak coffee that was made

Room on the 3rd-floor smelt of mold. Water had entered through the roof at some point. The odor was powerful, burning our sinuses. There was obviously still moisture in the walls/ceiling because centipedes were in the restroom.

The elevator had a dirty sticky floor for over 24 hours. There were multiple water stains in the ceiling tiles. There was a missing ceiling tile and pink insulation sticking out of the ceiling and falling down on the floor in the main hallway. The carpet had stains all over it. The lobby furniture had stains.

The room was very nice and very big. Some of the items in the room were broken like one of the lamps. And we couldn’t lock the deadbolt because it wasn’t lined up properly. But the room was huge and the bed were very comfortable. All the workers in the hotel were very kind and polite and courteous. The breakfast was really delicious with a lot of choices. If we come to Tulsa again, we will definitely stay in this hotel

I was happy with the location and the room its self but the internet was out the entire time I was there. I needed internet for work items I wanted to work on while I was in town. I was not able to do that This is what affected my experience more than anything. Front desk was great

This was a very nice room! One suggestion would be to have a convenient way to charge my phone by the bed. My husbands side had a reachable plug but my side did not. The bed was very comfortable.

So, I had a rough time at the SpringHill Suites because of the internet issues. It was a real bummer since I rely on it for my work. And guess what? The TV wouldn’t even turn on! So, we couldn’t just chill and relax. Everything else was great, but the money loss was a major setback. I’ve stayed at many SpringHill Suites, and this one definitely ranks lowest. I was hoping for some kind of compensation for the lost income, but I’m not sure if that’s going to happen.

Front desk staff was not friendly or attentive. I waited at the front desk to be checked in while gentleman played on his phone outside. Loose tiles in bathroom that are sharp and pop up when stepped on. Didn’t have linens or pillows for pull out couch.

I had booked the room i wanted online which had 2 queen beds and a sofa pull out bc we had more people in our family. They had given our room away even though i had booked it 2-3 weeks in advance. It was sheer luck that the property across the street was a sister hotel and had a room that would fit our family.

It took 2hrs to check in settle in for the night. First room toilet was running bad. Next room door would not even unlock. Then there was no working TV. Finally when we gave up and could not care we ended up with 2 Full (Double) size beds when it should have been 2 Queen. So far the Hotel has done nothing in way of compensation for any of this. We called when we finally got home but there is no manager on site so have to wait for a call. I was in Tulsa for Eye Surgery so we had more important things to think about. My wife decided lets just get through the stay and deal with the rest from home. Sadly this was our 2nd stay at this hotel, the first my right eye was great everything worked all was well. The floor apparently was a bit noisy so my wife asked if there was a quieter floor as she is a lite sleeper, that was the question that started the tour of the rooms.

Nicely done! Very clean, great smiling staff, nice breakfast, quiet rooms. All good. And plenty of good restaurants to walk to. Along with Army's win over Tulsa, it all made for a winning weekend!

Room was clean, front desk workers were friendly, pool was great. Breakfast wasn’t great; they ran out of all the hot items and the only person who seemed to be working on it was walking in and out of the hotel, talking on her phone. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, but for a quick one nighter it was fine.
