Stayed 5 nights

This is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. We had numerous issues with our four-night stay. Our TV would stop working multiple times (either the picture or the volume), and I would have to climb behind the dresser to unplug it, per the staff's instructions. The streaming services stopped working after the first night, and the staff said, "Yeah, we've been having issues with it." No solution, no credit, no nothing. Our toilet had issues three times — twice they had to fix it, once we did. We had a room near the elevator and were awakened at 3 am by someone dumping the trash can outside our room. The condition of the rooms is really rundown, and the walls are paper-thin. Someone having a "good time" at 9 pm was easy to hear, so if you're coming as a couple, you're broadcasting your shenanigans to everyone nearby. The breakfast room is so small that you're on top of people trying to get to the food or a table.

Breakfast was nice. Location was great as well. Room was okay. Front desk person was not so friendly, there was a weirdo sitting in the lobby staring at us, not a great feel.
