Great place to stay on our trip from California to Washington. Very clean and very accommodating. The only downer was no ice available b/c the ice machine was not working. Other than that, it was very comfortable.

We had a nice stay at this Comfort Inn. We chose this location because we were driving a pick up, towing a 25ft car trailer & needed good parking. From Google Maps, it looks like there's plenty of room, however the parking lot was only in front of the building & no parking around the block. Thankfully the staff allowed us to park on the North side without difficulties. Room was very clean and bed comfortable.

Room was fine. Pool and spa were working and clean..it’s the first thing I check. Front desk was friendly and working hard at multiple things…but had trouble with checking in as I was charged 3 times. I brought it to their attention and was told manager would call me but never did. Left without getting it resolved.

Sink was full of some type of stuff, as if it had backed up. Stuck all over the sides. Pee all over toilet seat. Kleenex box empty. All clocks were reset. TV barely worked. Expected more for the money. Will stay at Hampton Inn across the way next time.

We have stayed here before with no problems. We were suppose to stay two nights but woke up after the first night with ants everywhere. I couldn’t stay there after this so we cut our trip short and left.

The hotel was nice enough. The rooms aren't cleaned very well. The bathroom smelled bad and the carpet really needed to be vacuumed. The staff is very loud in the hallways. The biggest issue I have is that, even though I paid upfront for the hotel through expedia, the man at the front desk wanted me to pay an additional $250 deposit because my address was local. Which I thought was very odd. He said it was because people who live in the area can trash the place. Isn't that a risk you run with a hotel regardless of whos staying?? I was tired and just wanted to get to my room, so I agreed. At first he wanted me to give it to him in cash, but then agreed to a card when I pushed back. I had to ask for a receipt that shows the deposit and that I will get it back when I check out. When i did check out the girl at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about when i mentioned the deposit. When she went to find the manager then he said I'd get it deposited back. I got a receipt saying that as well. Its been about 5 days since I checked out and I still haven't gotten my $250 deposited back into my account. Would not stay there again. It's so sketchy.

We were very happy with our stay in Roseburg, which was our stop between Vancouver, BC and San Francisco. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was in working order. It was quiet overnight, and there was variety in the hot and cold breakfast options. We would certainly stay again, and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling along I-5.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and we had a real choice of pillows. The fridge, the microwave and the heating/cooling system worked. The bathroom was sparkling. Will definitely stay again. Also, a nice selection of restaurants near by

Lovely front desk staff checked me in. The room was clean and nice, though bathrooms are pretty small. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast offerings were very comprehensive. Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Pool is very small but we didn't want to utilize it so it didn't weigh into my opinion. Overall, very pleased with our stay and will book again if we return to Roseburg.

The TV remote and bathroom door both didn’t work upon arrival, BUT the woman at the front desk helped us with both things so quickly. Dated property, but the rooms were clean enough, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the nights were quiet.

Stayed for business. I found my room to be spacious and clean. I concur with the prior feedback regarding the placement of the shower head - very low for some strange reason. Enjoyed the full breakfast. Five Guys right across the street is a bonus. I would definitely stay again.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom fine and breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals and waffle maker. Two story building close to I-5 interstate. My biggest complaint was the weak internet and unreliable connectivity. It wasn’t just my room location as I heard others complaining also. If I didn’t need reliable internet service I would stay here again.

The bed amazingly comfortable and I slept very well, despite the fact that there was noise most of the night from the road and the hallway. There isn’t much soundproofing. The big problem was the television needed to be “rebooted” at least once every 30 minutes because it would stop working. Overall a great place to get a good nights sleep while on the road!

Staff not doing their jobs correctly when extending my stay causing huge inconvenience; staff trying to get in my room when in shower when I clearly had it marked Do Not Disturb; manager saying I booked a certain type of room when I didn’t so basically implying I was lying and not compensating me for his own staffs screwups saying he can’t comp me one night’s stay while I’m there as an extended guest mourning my mother’s death. Pretty sure the manager can waive any fees, so who’s really lying?

I had the best experience with Comfort Inn is Roseburg. The room was clean and comfortable. I kept having to add nights as I went along because I was there to be with my mom who was dying and didn’t know when that was going to happen. The hotel front desk staff was always kind and helpful. During my last two days there instead of booking one night at a time I booked two and didn’t end up needing the second night. They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. My siblings stayed there too in another room. Can’t thank you all enough for being such a wonderful place to stay.

Pros: The room was ok and the bed was very comfortable. Had a mini-fridge and a microwave and breakfast was included. Room was 'clean enough' but there is no going above and beyond. Things that are not on the "clean this" list do not get touched. Cons: Parking lot was a bit weird and parking is a bit limited (especially for larger vehicles). I wouldn't want to even think about trying to park a trailer there. The walls are very thin and door had a gap when shot all the way. The staff upon arrival was VERY rude. I walked up to the desk about 15 mins early and got greeted with "I just clocked in and have other things to tend to so I can help you in 20 mins". Later that evening, when I asked for one extra bath towel, her response was "I can trade a clean one for a dirty one-we have limited towels". The shampoo/conditioner in my shower were empty (and normally I love when hotels provide this) but my former experiences with the front desk made me not want to ask for more. I usually don't have this experience with people working in hospitality but this experience made me realize how big an effect it can have on the quality of my stay.

Location is close to literally everything in town. The staff was awesome. Pool/jacuzzi was well maintained and stocked with towels and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. A few things in my room weren't as clean as i would have hoped when i arrived but I am used to wiping down the room when i get to a hotel anyway. Overall a great value and place to stay in Roseburg.

Our room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the nice indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast included a pancake machine which was fun. There was a Five Guys Burger nearby and other choices a short drive down Garden Valley. This location was about 15 minutes from Wildlife Safari.

The Comfort Inn was a clean, convenient spot right off highway 5. The check in was easy and the clerk very friendly. Our room was clean, with a very comfortable bed and strong shower. The area was not very walkable but was right off the freeway.

The hotel was just OK. The first room we had the TV did not work. The 2nd had a strange smell. The front desk person came and agreed the room did smell. She came bag with an air freshener which help for awhile. The breakefast was lacking and the attendent had a hard time keeping up with the food. They tried but they kept missing the ball

terrible breakfast. bugs in dry cereal....yuck!! room not clean-cookie crumbs on floor, also m&m pieces. bathroom floor not mopped....... overall 1 star, if that. used to be a nice place. different owner. now thumbs DOWN!!!!

We stayed here for our annual trip to Wildlife Safari and points beyond. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was provided with make your own waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, etc. Elmer's and Five Guys Burgers were across the street. Other choices are a short drive away. Will stay here again when we come through next year.
