Nice, quiet, safe and clean. We were traveling with a U-Haul towing a car and it was nice to have a large well lit parking lot to pull into. The rooms were clean and comfy.

Property is located right off the highway, so there is traffic noise. They have paper thin walls so you hear other rooms TV's, people coughing and conversations. they do have an EV charger which is a plus, but it is located behind the property where there is little foot traffic. This is adequate for a one night stay with a dog driving an EV.

EV charging didn’t work. There was sandy dirt on the floor in the bathroom of my room. Location was noisy because of the freeway. Breakfast was bagels or instant oatmeal. Only ice machine was on the first floor. Staff were great though: friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds and great staff. Outside area and parking lot were clean and litter free. Pool area was clean and well looked after. Very minimal items for breakfast but still good for a quick snack. Went there twice and would go back if ever in that area. Very highly recommended. We were there mid July 2024.

I love a family friendly place, but the other fmilies were extremely rowdy in the pool and in the hallways. We were woken up at 5AM by kids screaming running down the halls. We attempted to use the hot tub the night before and had to quickly exit when we realized the water was contaminated by a disintegrated diaper.

Everyone is real friendly here. We've enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub. The room is super clean with nice black and white photos on the wall. The hotel is visible coming off of the freeway so that makes it nice too.

Beds were comfortable and bathroom and linens were clean but the accommodations were minimal. The vinyl flooring was extremely dirty. I had to wear socks or shoes while in the room. Staff were polite but checking in was extremely slow and frustrating after driving all day. The breakfast choices were a joke. They had apples, coffee, yogurt, and begals. The coffee tasted terrible.

The room was filthy. Old crusty food at the end of the bed at the headboard so gross. Mold and rust around shower and light in bathroom. Floor was filthy. The sheets are so old and bleached that they made us itch. This was room 100 so don’t stay there. I paid 165.00 for room and dog. Also front desk took a copy of my drivers license and I have never had that happen. Thank gosh I have life lock. Oh by the way the reception room/food court had crap all over the floor, buckets, rags and just filthy. It was 4 in the afternoon.

We have stayed here a lot and usually like it, but this time when we first got into the room there was some kind of sticky substance on the night stand, the room smelled like pee, and there was, (I think) dog pee on the floor next to the bed.

Upon arrival I was given a key card and assigned a room. Opened the room with my key and had my fingers slammed in the door by a guest who was already occupying the room I had been given. Front desk apologized and assigned me a different room, the second room given had been urinated ALL over, including inside the wall mounted AC unit. The heavy smell gave me an instant headache and the urine was visibly noticeable on the walls and the sides of the AC unit. Eventually I arrived at the third assigned room with a headache and a smashed finger. They did refund, but in the future I will stick to my standard procedure of NEVER staying at a Motel 6 OR Super 8 no matter what the circumstance.

Not sure how many people were in the room next to me, but was woken up at 12:30 at night to very loud voices whose conversation I could understand through the wall. The hallway was filthy. A lot of people wandering around in the parking lot, that I don't believe were staying at the motel. We usually have had good experiences, as we stay there quite often. The quality of our stays have gone downhill the last couple of times we have been there.

Pretty noisy stay. Room flooring is laminate now and you here everything and cold. Walls are pretty thin. If the next room is watching tv or talking, you hear everything.

Clean rooms, very uncomfortable mattresses... Breakfast is nothing but a bagel , apple or yogurt. Coffee was best thing there and not much to offer.. For the money look else where because your back will thank you.

WiFi was spotty and unusable. Facility is run down and dirty. Complimentary breakfast was made up of bagels and juice. No choices. All the plugins were full and there was no extra place to plug in the phone to charge unless you unplug something else. Staff were not very friendly and seemed annoyed when I complained about the WiFi as though I need to understand everyone is using it. Get more bandwidth so your customers can used the advertised WiFi. Not worth the price I paid. I won’t stay here again.

Attendent on property was very unreasonable in requiring a $200 cash deposit. I don’t carry cash and offered my Discover Card for use of the deposit and he refused. I had to find a hotel room elsewhere. I was very pissed off and disappointed in my experience

The motel itself was very nice, and well kept for the price range of the motel. However, our experience with the front desk was not a good one. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly slow, and absolutely no personality. One of our key cards stopped working, so we sent our daughter down to get it replaced. They rudely took it away from her and stranded her and her baby out of the room until I could get down there. Once my husband and I got down there the lady was very rude, and just kept preaching policy. We rented two rooms, one under my name and one under my husbands. We have our card on file for any incidentals. It shouldn’t matter who we have staying in each room. I can understand not handling over a card to just anyone, but a simple phone call to myself would have solved the whole problem. We travel quite a bit, and have never ran into such a dramatic situation over a silly key card not working. This motel could definitely use a little customer service training.

Lovely stay. Property is well kept. Jeremy at the the front desk,was so helpful and even had fresh coffee ready for our very early morning. Jeremy is certainly an asset to the hotel and takes great pride in going the extra mile in his work. We will definitely be back!

Check in was horrible! I got an email requesting me to check in online, which I did. My online check in was confirmed, and the confirmation said all I had to do was go to the desk for my key. When I arrived there were 6 people in line and 1ckerk. A big sign in front of the desk reminded us that the world is short staffed, and to be kind to those who showed up. I kindly asked the clerk for my key and he told me that the online system had been disabled. When it was finally my turn, I was told that they needed the ID of everyone over 18 who would be staying, so I had to go to my car to get my friends ID. This held up an already slow line even more. I was wondering why people were getting out of line after talking to the clerk. I wish they had posted this unique check in requirement instead of a big sign whining about staffing shortages! Maybe if you considered the customer experience at check in, your customers would be more amicable.

I chose this hotel because I needed an inexpensive place about halfway between my home in CA and the new one I am building in WA. I just need a clean place to sleep but also one with a safe parking area as I carry building materials in an open pickup. I will stay there on both ends of these trips.

I stay here about 2 weeks every 6 months. I am not a big breakfast guy, so the breakfast here is ok for me. Breakfast consists of apples, bagels, oatmeal and juice. I like the size of the refrigerator. COSTCO is just down the road.

The property was very quiet, no noisy neighbors. The bed was a bit like a hammock, not comfortable for two adults to sleep in. The breakfast offering was some type of bagel and yogurt. We were disappointed as other price point hotels in the area offer much more.

I had a pleasant stay thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to assist with any needs. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast options. There were only bagels and some packaged foods available, which didn’t meet my expectations. I hope they expand their breakfast offerings in the future.

Decent after seeing some nasty places, beds are clean, bathroom not bad, some stains n rusty lights, pool n hot tub good, front desk/manager very nice n helpful. Breakfast is measly, gross coffee, bagle, cream cheese, apples and a yogurt... nothing I wanted. But overall id stay there again because i know the beds are clean.

I liked that the room was clean and spacious. We did not like the breakfast. Not much to choose from, no self make waffles, milk, eggs, meat, bisquits and gravy or bananas, instead had apples and oranges, bananas are a breakfast staple. All of which I thought they would have. If it's continental breakfast that should be stated online because then I would not have booked a room. Hot tub was not hot and jets barely blew.
