They had the whole parking lot blocked off for 2 days to reseal the asphalt. No warning for guests. This place is an old horrible motel with Best Westerns label thrown on it. Front office staff was great. Cleaning staff was scary. Room smelled like pets and urinal cakes. Its also a noisy property, as you can hear everyone. The a/c sounds like a diesel truck running inside the room. Breakfast was really good.

We didn’t even check in. The whole reason I booked a room was for the pool and when I went to check in I was informed the pool was closed. This was never stated on the booking page nor on their website. I will say at least they didn’t charge me a cancellation fee to not stay.

This Hotel does not have Cable or streaming if you want to watch sports on A network or sports channel such as ESPN. I was disappointed that it was the very rare hotel or motel that did not have full TV service.

Having a breakfast available on site. I would have liked to use the hot tub but it was shut down also I had hoped to swim but pool wasn't heated. I also liked having a room next to the office due to my disability.

I booked this property over others in the area based on the fact that they advertised a hot tub wit their pool. When I arrived to find their hot tub drained and behind tape, I was less than thrilled. Otherwise a good hotel and a decent stay.

All was pretty good and what was expected. However, very disappointed in TV station selection. No local news or typical over the air channels. Plus no ESPN family of channels. In today’s world of technology, how is that not possible?? It’s always the little things that annoy, me, sorry to say and here in room 128 it was the broken toilet paper holder. It still held the roll , but it’s old, is it the original one from the 60’s?? You can do better, right?? Thank you.

Our room was a pet room and smelled really terrible. I think there was blood on the carpet but could not tell. The hotel didn’t know what it was either. The bathtub was dirty also. This was the second room we tried. The first smelled so bad we couldn’t stay in it.

Place was old and bathroom needed care. Old used towels left in the bathroom.. hair in the tub..hair dryer didn't work and no portable was available so they sent me into someone elses room who had just checked out. Breakfast was ok

The bed was quite old and worn. Springs were very noticeable and uncomfortable. The shower was great! The pressure and hot water were just right. I liked the hot breakfast. The pet area was terrible. Dogs hate fake grass it smells and it seemed like the pee pools up on the fake grass.

Overall the room was clean, but had some hiccups. The sink did not drain properly. The bathroom door handle had been installed backwards, so it was always a nuisance closing the bathroom door.The heater/air conditioner unit ran continuously and was quite noisy.

Pros: pool looked nice, hot shower, free earplugs (you'll need them), room mostly very clean (shower curtain and lampshade had issues), easy to control temperature in room, easy to park near room which makes life simpler, parking lot creates a sort of interior courtyard and felt reasonably safe (see note under cons), stairs to 2nd floor look sturdier than some outside-entry motel stairs, 2nd lock on door added to security. Cons: hard to sleep until around 11 pm even with earplugs because the building shakes with doors/feet so much, mattresses uncomfortable, TV did not work at all, counter/sink super low (maybe it was once for wheelchair use but shower was not so IDK), breakfast options really poor (when 2 teen boys can't find anything to eat and throw away bacon they describe as raw and chewy I figure it's pretty bad). Hotel clerk created a feeling that there was a lot of unwanted foot traffic by talking a lot about how much they monitor it and interrupting check in to go do just that when she saw someone hanging around smoking near the office - I'm not truly sure how much of an issue it is, she told me the area is safe, but from her behavior there may be a concern. They do seem on top of it though, and we didn't have any issues other than very loud neighbors until 11 pm (coming and going, hanging out in stairwell, slamming doors, loud talking) which no one addressed. We stayed here vs 6 because we hoped it would feel a bit safer. Prob not worth extra $ unless for pool

Room was decent, breakfast area was great and good food choices offered. Close to stores and restaurants walking distance. Biggest drawback was walls seem thin and can hear people stomping around all night upstairs and of course the rude people in parking lot talking all night instead of going into a room to be polite to others trying to sleep. B+ total

We prepaid for a room with a jetted tub, but when we got to the hotel, they said that it wasn't one of the dog-friendly rooms. But on Expedia, the hotel shows as dog-friendly without any designation between room type. I worked in hotels, this is a dumb clerical error and easy textual update for a hotel to make. Anyway, our issue wasn't with taking a different room. It was that the hotel had 3 opportunities to talk to us and never did--1) when we emailed to let them know about the dog, 2) when we confirmed our check-in time on the phone, and 3) at check-in. I think the front desk staff just checked us in, hoping we'd forget what we booked. It felt like they tried to pull a fast one. It was also a waste of time to send us off after check-in, only to put us in a position where we didn't know why we were given the wrong room and had to come back and wait in line again. In the end, they didn't apologize, would not honor to the room type we booked, and would not refund the difference. So, we took the downgraded room and called Expedia to get a partial refund, and they were really awesome.

The young woman who worked the evening check-in shift, Savannah, was a GEM. She worked against impossible odds to make sure everyone was taken care of. She dealt with crabby old people and impatient parents all on her own, but never once did she act annoyed or snotty. She was great. Give her a raise.

All I can say is that Bryan is awesome. His customer service was fantastic. Bryan get 7/5 stars. Breakfast had some issues but honestly it was more upsetting seeing how entitled the guest were. The staff did a great handling it me and my family had a great breakfast. It was a bummer the pool was closed for maintenance part of why I booked there was for that pool but it was not a huge deal. My dog didn't enjoy going potty on the grass in the pet area so if you have a picky potty pup it might be a small issue. All and all it was a good stay 💚

Staff upon check in was not very pleasant. We were assigned a room and given a key. A few hours later our room opened and someone walked in....they were assigned the same room and given a key. Addressed it with front desk. The rooms were clean but the overall facilities were pretty tired. Definitely wouldn't stay again.

Did not end up staying here. Not in a safe location. I could see outside through the door and I would have had a room on the main floor with a large window that did not look secure. Bathroom was not very clean. Room was overall dingy and overpriced.

The parking is enclosed. Feels safer. It is near a plaza with Ross, Michaels ,Grocery Outlet and restaurants. Check in was easy. We walked to the Thai restaurant and had a good meal reasonably priced. Room Was comfortable. The price was fair. Next to Highway. But not noisy.

Nice hotel, easy to find close to a highway. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The car park gets quite busy late in the evening and spaces become hard to find.

It is a decent property, but it is old. Breakfast is available from 6-9, but the first morning we arrived at 8 and everything was empty. A few things were replaced but not everything. The second morning we went down for breakfast a little before 8 and there was a good variety of food available, but no utensils to eat with. Not very well managed.

It was just average, the bathroom could use updating, the bed wasn’t horrible, but also needs replacing. The breakfast is pretty much done by 8:30am, and it’s suppose to be until 9:00 am, it was not very good.

On the web, it was rated 8.0 it is not a 8.0 the bathroom knobs on the shower were backwards and every time you got in and adjusted the heat it would turn cold. The blankets are so thin on the bed that you froze. It said it had a full breakfast. It’s not a full breakfast. It’s a continental breakfast not impressed. I will not be staying at best Western again thank you

The hotel itself looks pretty nice and it’s in fairly good shape. Couldn’t find an ice machine, even though it said ice machine this way.The room was pleasant, but the floor did need to be mopped and we left a note saying that. The staff at the desk was friendly as was the gal in the breakfast area, but the sausages were cold and there were only two left. She did bring more out in a little bit and they were hot. Would like to see more variety in the breakfast and a little more time taken mopping the room.

Tiffany At Front Desk Was Very Accommodating With Our Issues At Moving To Another Room The 2nd Day Of Stay, As Hotel Had Carpet Cleaning Going On In All The Rooms. Ryan, Who Handles The Breakfast In The Morning Was Excellent. Hands Down The Best Breakfast We Every Had At "Breakfast Included" Hotel. These Two Staff Members Really Know What Customer Service Is All About. Kudos To You Both.
