Best Western Plus Parkway Inn

Rooms were clean and hotel was very close to highway and shopping center. We didn't have time for breakfast but I'm sure it's great.

Front staff recommendation for a restaurant was excellent! Hotel is clean and everything worked. Free breakfast is better than most, but not exceptional.

Overall good place to stay

Front desk staff were so welcoming and my room was clean and comfortable. Some features are a little outdated and the gym leaves much to be desired. Fresh coffee and easy easy breakfast helped make my stay inviting. Definitely recommend this location for business travelers in the area.

The check in was fine and the hotel is what unexpected for the price expect the room. We went to sleep and woke up mid night to scratching. I went back to sleep and then by morning, it was consistent and louder. There was a mouse behind the bed scratching the carpet. What!!!! We packed up quickly and I told the front desk. He stated that a manager would call me back on Monday when they are in and it has been crickets. I asked for my money back and he said there wasn’t anything they could do and they need to confirm what I was reporting. So disappointing and will never stay in another Best Western after this experience.
