Unfortunately, the elevators, pool and hot tub were not operation. Lack of products ( shower soap ) ect were available. Staff was pleasant. Driver and desk people were great!

The hotel was really nice. The pool and gym is open late but front desk needs to watch for kids that use the pool. During my stay there were unsupervised kids running and playing in the pool area, I notified front desk but the lady only smile and didn’t do anything

Great hotel. Nice spacvious room. Clean. The bar was nice and attached to the outdoor fireplace, gazebo and sitting areas. The best i have found in its class.

Our family and friends had a great stay here. Every employee was welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Love Chantal at the front desk! Our children loved the pool and the beautiful courtyard at night. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. This was not our favorite stay. What we loved - the man who checked us in was very helpful. In particular we appreciated that we let us know they had a wedding and put us on a quieter floor. The room was disappointing. It was dirty 0 had not been vacuumed well, our TV did not work and we had to ask twice for coffee replenishment.

Great hotel. Even though there were 3 weddings, our room - at the end of the hall - was so quiet. Room was great, water was somewhat slow in the shower and the pillows were just okay. We pulled out the sofa bed and the mattress was brown on each end. But overall it was nice and clean - as always with Marriotts. That’s why we always stay there.

Wish I could give this hotel a better ranking. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and everything seemed OK until nighttime when we realized that we were placed in a room that had a connecting door to the room next to us. Once the guests next-door came back to their room, which in our case was 2 AM, and we’re speaking in normal voices they may as well have been inside our room. The connecting door provides no noise cancellation, which made the experience unpleasant.

The room I was in did not have a working television. They called a maintenance guy up who “made a call” and left a voicemail. It never got fixed. I worked fifteen hour work day and wanted a place I kick it and relax at the end of the night and couldn’t even do that. You’d think for $206 a night on a TUESDAY, they would offer a better solution than making a call. I went to ask for a different room but was told they were “all booked.” The 75 empty parking spots in the lot say otherwise, but okay then, sure. Very dissatisfied.

Great hotel. Even though there were 3 weddings, our room - at the end of the hall - was so quiet. Room was great, water was somewhat slow in the shower and the pillows were just okay. Loved the bed!! Very comfy. POOR water pressure in sink and shower. The view from window was AWFUL!!! A wall and some HVAC units!!! Wall was ao close and tall could barely see the sky!! Room 224. Housekeeping in one time, which was no problem, however, looked that only bed was made an towels changed out.

This hotel is a dumpster fire. I was placed next to a family that drank all night, screamed loudly all night and smoked weed in their room. They kept myself and my children up throughout the night. I called the front desk for almost 40 minutes without success. Only when I called with my cell phone from a number outside of the facility did someone answer. I asked them to have a member of the staff go to the room to ask them to keep their noise down a little, even saying I understand people want to have a good time but this was excessive. Instead of going to the room they called the room which only increased the noise and disruption. When I presented this to the staff in the morning upon checking out he dismissed me and said he would “add some points to my account”. If I didn’t have to put a star rating they would have gotten 0/5 not 1/5

Before checking in I called numerous times, and no one answered. Then when I get there to check in no one is at the front desk just to find out they were in the bar area talking so they saw me the entire time. Then I wake up and call to see if there is continental breakfast again no one answers the first 2 times, finally someone answers to find out no continental breakfast and no menus in the room to order. This stay was very upsetting stay.

Day staff were great throughout stay. But, late overnight staff (after 1:00am on 10/7) were unprofessional and not customer centric. One of our rooms had a deadbolt lock that got stuck throughout stay. Eventually resulting in a lockout at 2:00am. Staff was more concerned about "CYA" than correcting the problem. Evenutally, the problem was corrected by 4:00am. Resulting in being locked out of our room for 2 hours (2am-4am). Late overnight staff needs to trained in customer service principles. Day staff was well trained and professional.

Great place to stay with our dog! A courtyard to take him outside to play and a trail that surrounds the entire hotel/condo establishment which is great for walking. Amazing shops and food establishments are literally right around the corner. And everyone there is super friendly!

Nice hotel and as I appreciate the Starbucks coffee, I did not like the breakfast arrangement. The staff were nice and friendly, but it was easily backed up. We were not in a rush in the morning, but I could see it being inconvenient if you needed to be somewhere. Price was high for the quality.
