The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and well maintained .pool area needs some lighting as it seemed dark and the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. The breakfast buffet could be better organized, like maybe put the waffle makers in a separate area away from the buffet foods and other offerings. The workers at the breakfast seemed overwhelmed and not very friendly, but of course, they could use some help as it was extremely busy with lots of kids on our first morning there, only one worker trying to keep up with constant refill of foods We liked the location as restaurants, gas stations & coffee shops were close by

Plaster was crumbling off the wall in pool area noise in the pool area way to loud and plaster on large columns falling off. Worst breakfast I have ever had everything was cool and had to be microwaved.

Hotel pool area is in horrible shape. Wallboard crumbly, paint peeling, dirty. Told front desk clerk how dirty pool was. He was in my opinion snarky about it. Back door to the hotel did not open with the key card. Had to walk around to get in. In my opinion, Hotel construction is such that you can hear everything from the room above you. Walking, talking, etc... Had kids above us that were up all night running and jumping and carrying on. Called front desk. They settled them down for a while but it didn't stop completely. Would not stay there again.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Right next to the interstate so it’s easy on easy off also had a very nice pool and recreation area. Breakfast was very good as well.

We just spent 2 nights and had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good for a hotel, and the two ladies keeping it stocked also kept everything clean. The only area I noticed that could use attention was in the pool area and it had peeling paint on the poles. Overall great stay! Staff also very friendly’

Thought the room at first was very clean. We were there for 5 days. Signed in on Thursday. Thursday and Friday went great. Cleaned our room, clean towels, beds were made and trash was emptied. Saturday through Tuesday morning they never cleaned our room. No clean towels, did not clear out trash, and they were to give us clean sheets on 4th day. Well that never happened either. They never entered our room again, so housekeeping was very questionable. And that was a shame because front desk and restaurant personnel were great!

What you see online is not what you get at this hotel. The property is run down and feels unsafe. The pool area looks nothing like the pictures. The hot tub had a loose three-inch metal strip on the seat that could easily cut someone. The pool water smelled foul, and the bottom was covered with dirt and debris, raising real health concerns. Our room was just as bad. The carpet and headboard were stained, and the whole place smelled like wet dog. Some outlets didn’t work, which was both frustrating and unsafe. The shower doors and bathroom fixtures were rusted, adding to the sense of neglect. The odor carried throughout the hotel, making it especially difficult for anyone with allergies or sensitivities. The bed was very uncomfortable. I did not sleep well at all. It was like sleeping on a board. The first room that I was checked into smelled of dirty socks/musty odor. The water in the swimming pool was cloudy. Would not stay there again.

Room was clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. Our room was in the center with the window facing the pool room. The ac under the window pulled the humid air in from the pool room. That made it uncomfortable. Nice selection for breakfast. Easy check in and out. Upon return for our next visit, we'll be asking for an external room.

We were put in a room that looked the pool. Was noisy from 8 am. Had to have curtains closed all day for any privacy. I dont know when the last time the floors were washed. They were sticky. They need new bigger pillows. These were minature.

we asked for a quiet room- away from highway noise. the clerk told us all the rooms in the hotel were quiiet as highway traffic on one side of the building died down and there was no noise. Boy was he wrong- he gave us a room on the highway side and it we heard highway noise all night long- not happy. Won't stay there again...

Everything was fine except the walls were thin/ we heard the tv from the room next door over our tv which we kept low. People going in and out were loud with the doors slamming. If there’s any way to soundproof the rooms that would help. Luckily they turned off the tv by the time we were going to sleep Also the back door on first floor did not lock/ did not need the card, it just pulled open

Overall, pretty nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. My complaints would be that the bathroom/shower was very small. Also, if you want quiet, request a room not connected to the pool area. That got a little noisy earlier than I thought it would.

For the price paid, it was good. It was generally clean and is in a good location. It was somewhat loud due to its proximity to a highway and several other hotels/businesses. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but at least it was free. The shower in the room was tiny and the door was very old to the point it was corroding. It's evident this is an older hotel that has been renovated somewhat recently, but not everything was redone. Nonetheless, the bed was clean and mostly comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was a good place to rest my head for a few hours.

We always love staying here! We only had one issue and that was ,Chris, one of the front desk staff. He was rude when we asked for pillows and continually rude. Was not appreciated at all. The rest of the staff was so nice and welcoming

I moved my room 4 times due to inconveniences with the property and management. Went into room seen urnie filled sheets, bugs in bed, door key would deactivate. Hotel workers were VERY EXTREMELY Rude!

The breakfast room tv was very loud and i asked to have it turned down or even off, they were not accommodating. One breakfast morning the coffee was empty and when i mentioned that to the young male employee, i was told to check for coffee in the lobby. Their paperwork they hand you states they will have your room cleaned every third day, i had to ask way it wasn't cleaned and told you need to ask. Sunday they ran out of breakfast food. With multiple options in the area, do yourself a favor and go to those options.

Unfortunately we were not able to check in until after 4pm. I originally called at 9am to ask when would be a good time to check in and the lady at the front desk said she wasn’t sure just yet but to try back around noon. However, we came around 1pm and were told no rooms yet. This was fine as our check in was not until 3pm but we had been in the heat all day at soccer tournaments and were looking for a little comfort before our next game. We came back around 2:45 and they still were not able to check us in as rooms were not fully clean. We came back at 4pm and were finally able to check in. Once checked in the hotel room next to us was so loud we were up until 1am and I am currently pregnant so it was a rough trip. The staff working the front desk was friendly and nothing is intended towards them, it just seemed like a little bit of a mess. Also pool area is extremely slippery and very HOT.

We drove down from Ontario to do some shopping and picked the Country Inn and Suites for its convenience, proximity to the highway and nearby shops, and the fact that it was family friendly and had a pool. Our 11mo old daughter had a BLAST. We stayed in one of the 2-room suites and it was perfect for us to be able to relax in the outer room after she went to sleep. The showers were a little small for my husband but the water was hot and the pressure was good. Continental breakfast was pretty standard, good selections. Liked that there was free coffee in the lobby all day/night (tho sometimes it went cold). We'd definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was lacking fresh food. It was hard to find hot coffee in the morning at 8am. There were no staff available to ask for coffee. Housekeeping staff were loading their carts with fresh linen from the laundry room. I had to walk around them to find the breakfast area. I had to go to the lobby in search of coffee. The room was an average room and everything was very clean.

The hotel was nice and pretty clean but there were no towels in the pool area both days we were there and we had to call and ask for some. Also we were there on a Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and there was full breakfast on Tuesday of eggs, sausage, hash browns, fruit, cereal, bagels, toast, pastries, waffles, coffee, milk and 3 different juice options. But on Wednesday there was literally only cereal and coffee….. no juice or even bread to make toast! My son was not happy.

We didn’t like the way the breakfasts baffle was set up. Also walking down the hall to the breakfast area was very cluttered. Empty cardboard boxes and totes for laundry were in hallway and we needed to walk around. Just not an appealing sight.
