Stayed 10 nights

Towels were flimsy and rough, sometimes didn’t have hand towels or wash clothes. Toilet paper very cheap. Breakfast meager and always the same. Ice machine on our floor out of order for the entire ten days of our stay. We’ve stayed here three years in a row because it was convenient to our daughter’s home but not after this visit.

The front staff was excellent. The hotel and rooms were excellent for the reasonable pricing. The morning complimentary breakfast was also excellent. The carpets in hallways needs to be replaced very smelly. The towels very flimsy and only two for two people.

Overall the room was okay. The room had a musty smell, which we overcame with a scented plugin. My only other complaint would be that there were only 3 pillows per bed.

I’d like to say that the rooms were very nice. Our room was clean and the only issue was we had no remote for the television. I had to text and call the front desk three times in a three hour period to try to get a remote the desk staff was not very friendly when I asked him about the remote after two hours he said to me hey, I’m the only one here and I’m busy. I’ll get you one when I can which I thought was not very friendly. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The eggs were fake. The potatoes were cold and the coffee was so weak. It was like drinking warm water most of the people in the breakfast area when I was there were complaining about the same thing. I’ve been going there for some time now and it is really changed the breakfast that is.
