We checked in very late, but had indicated that on our reservation. No staff was at the desk, so we tried calling the property to try and wake someone up, but nobody showed up. Ended up calling the corporate reservations phone number and sitting through a sales pitch before I could even ask for help. Eventually got checked in and was given a key to the wrong room - 1 bed not 2. Went back down to the desk and then was charged to move into another room. Once in the new room, the toilet was broken. In the morning, the front desk clerk was great -apologized and reversed the charges, but I will never stay at this property again.

We were very happy to stay at the Wingate in Erie. We had booked a Different hotel and it was awful so we left and came here. So glad we did. Rooms were clean, staff were nice and the hotel was clean.
