The tiled steps at the main entrance were wet and very slippery. The elevator doors seemed to hesitate to open and the elevator inspection card was expired. When I got to my room the carpet had a Hope the size of my hands, worn through it. The bathroom floor was filthy and didn’t look like it had been mopped in some time. The bathroom walls had rotten looking and what looked like dark mold stains on them. Overall rundown condition.

Normally we stay at better hotels. I saw the reviews and for 80 bucks i was surprised. Clean room but no frills. Pool is permanently closed. Choice of bagel, yogurt or cereal for what they call "breakfast". I would stay here again.

Hotel is very dated. Weeds growing all around the place. The front door glass was very dirty. The pool they advertised needs to be removed. The sign says the pool is closed indefinitely. You couldn’t see the pool. It was in a he courtyard of the motel next door. Walked in the he room and it smelled of smoke. We had a small partial roll of toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk to get more. Giant crack in the window of the room. The carpets were stained. The breakfast was minimal. We won’t be staying there again.

I booked this based on the pool, breakfast and brand. The only thing that was appealing about that hotel was the outdoor pool. We arrived after check in time to discover that the pool was broken. We were advised that we could cancel but at that time being from outside the country, we determined that we would not be able to find another place. They said that they emailed everyone but we didn’t receive anything. You could hear everything inside the room. The elevator was sketchy and the inspection notice had expired. Not a decent breakfast. Can’t believe what I had to pay for this. I expected more from a Super 8!

The hotel was ok clean rooms but older furnishings and the elevator was old and scary but worked still and the pool was down two of the 4 days we were there. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was just lite with just toast, bagel, cereal, oatmeal coffee or juice..

This place is terrible they had hard bagels toast 2kinds of cereal and 1flavor of yogurt nothing for kids to eat. I had to get a different room and didn't get money back for the down grade the elevator was broke the pool was broke and nobody offered to help with luggage up the steps it was a nasty vacation

Room and hallways were filthy. Beds were stained and disgusting. Smelled terrible in every inch of the hotel. Elevator was down right scary. No pool or bar in sight as advertised. Breakfast was cereal and juice. Coffee tasted like hot water. Crackheads everywhere.

I would not recommend this motel and will never stay at it again as it is filthy. I went to the front desk to ask for something to clean the bathtub so that we could use it because it was filthy and was told they didn’t have any cleaning agents so I had to go buy cleaner to clean it before we could use it. The floors are filthy and dust all over everything. The sheets smelled of urine. It’s a terrible place to stay. Very unsanitary.

The hotel was run down, the parking lot icy with garbage overflowing everywhere. The bathroom had mildew and mold. It was very loud when flushing toilets. The blanket was so thin we were freezing. It was fine for the few hours we were there to rest but not someplace I'd stay at for days

The hotel was dirty, smelled really bad (very musty) especially in the elevator. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, the coffee didn't even taste like coffee. Not sure if all Super 8 hotel are like this but I will definitely steer away from them in the future.

Absolutely filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When I told the front desk clerk about the floor in the elevator at 5:30 am she told me that housekeeping will be in at 9:00 and she’ll have them clean it then, so it is perfectly okay with them that their customers stand and walk through sticky syrup. Unbelievable

This was the most disgusting property I have ever set foot in. The handles were broken on every door, the floors were dirty, the bathroom floor was black with dirt and mold. The tub would not drain. The covers on the bed were stained and covered in hair. The chair in the room looked like it was picked up off the side of the road it was so dirty. Every surface was covered in food or crumbs. The fridge smelt like rotten food.

Not at all what the reviews depicted. Hallway lights were all burnt out. Baseboards hanging off the wall. The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana. There were burn holes in the comforter and stains on the sheets. We did not stay. Left immediately.

It was a warm bed for the night which was all we were looking for. You do get what you pay for. Service was good in that they changed our room when first room's toilet did not work. Right on the highway but traffic noise was tolerable. Only one chair in the room and could have used 2 as room was very spacious.

Mattress was uncomfortable. It’s an al-in-one on a platform. No box springs. They’ve tried to update the place but it still has features in rooms that are 50 years old. There are better options in the same price range off the same highway exit

Room not as nice as pictures on their web site. Hole in carpet. King size bed that was on a metal frame but no box spring so it wasnt comfortable. Price was good for someone on a fixed income, but you get what you pay for.

The place was pretty clean and had good staff, but the bed was uncomfortable and didn’t have a solid foundation. I found myself rocking back and forth all night which kept waking me up. The beds could definitely be improved

Outdated hotel, third floor hallway smells, water is warm but not hot, our room was in the third floor facing the highway with lots of trucks passing by causing lots of noise, tv channels are mostly sports and limited however it's worth to stay again cuz our chack in and out was very easy, good WiFi connection, good friendly staff and good Continental breakfast

The location was quiet, even being right next to I90 and had easy access in and out of. The property in general is in need of sprucing up, minor repairs, and new carpet in the hallways (or a good scrubbing). But, my room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice, even when I got cranky that my room wasn't yet ready when I went to check in an hour past check in time. Luckily it was only about a 5 to 10 minute wait. Overall, I was satisfied and would stay there again.

We stay there every time we go to Erie. Convenient to every thing we want to do fishing and casino. Blow dryer didn't work but they replaced immediately. Was pleased with the stay.

Horrible stay. Would not recommend. First room we booked, found beg bugs in the bed sheets. Took photo of bugs and went downstairs to show front desk. Lady was rude and had an attitude. Told us and I quote, “you would know if they bit you”. in opinion it shouldn’t matter if they bit us or not. it’s a problem that we even found them. then she proceeded to say to us, “well what do you want me to do about it”. We got moved to a second room. I would like to have a refund as i was still charged for this terrible stay.

The weekend staff were totally incompetent, we booked an accessible roombut when we arrived it was not available, i told the staff the room had to be close to the elevator, the idiot but us down at the end of the floor. We asked to be relocated but they would not, we were finally relocated the next.day. we asked to be compensated but they would not. This place is a joke.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast - limited, and the milk was sour. The lights rivaling a stadium, on the one side of the building, were so bright. Turn the lights down to the ground. Will stay somewhere else next time.
