The property is nicely located, not too far from places or easily accessible with ride-share programs. Allowed to check in early was a bonus, the halls had that scent of cleanliness and care that staff enjoy working there. A pool, bonus although a little cool. Breakfast was a great selection and the rooms are what you need. Nicely laid out, plenty of space, couldn't ask for anything more.

I’ve stayed in many Marriott hotels and everything is always excellent. There was only one elevator working in this one and there were only two bath towels in the room for 4 guests. Right away we had to request more towels. There were no towels in the pool area. Not the best one I’ve stayed in.

I love the location of this hotel & it's proximity to the mall & an easy drive to the waterfront. The wi-fi was not working for either day we were there which was very frustrating & it didn't seem anyone wanted to answer any questions about it. The breakfast was good, plenty of choices & my son enjoyed the pool. There is no gym on-site but you can use the one in the hotel next door. Just a good thing to know if this is a priority for anyone.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant, and surprisingly overnight stay. The continental breakfast was nice, and also more than I expected. Only one warning, which is that the hotel is now charging a $10 parking fee, which I suppose is like airlines baggage fees- just a way for them to recoup some expenses. Overall, very enjoyable, and I would recommend it.

Staff up graded us to a suite on the top floor because a baseball team had most of the rooms near the room where we booked. The only downside was that the ice machine was broken. Also, good was that we could walk to several restaurants at the nearby mall

Had a great stay. Location is excellent. Staff are friendly. We were there in April and only one elevator was working…. That same elevator is still out of service. Would be helpful if the inroom fridges had a freezer compartment. They need another ice machine. The only one is on the third floor

The room was solid, but the bathroom could have used a good deep cleaning and the shower needed some repairs. One of the queen mattresses had several questionable stains and thats my largest complaint. I could see plenty of other folks being bothered enough to complain about that, but since there were clean sheets and a mattress cover on it, I ignored it. All things considered, it still wasn't a bad stay. The breakfast and coffee were pretty good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The original room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke. When I spoke to the manager about it, she immediately had me check another room for the smell and then helped me to move everything to the new room. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and professional.

On the surface the room looked fine but when my kids toy rolled under the bed it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Outside of the dust bunnys lying about there was also an old Swedish fish. It wasn't all bad. The pool was clean and a decent space.

Air conditioner broke in hallways and lobby (where you eat) Room ac loud and rattled. (Plus, we are having record high temperatures in June so ac was necessary) Ants all over ac unit and window area. Tons of Nats flying around bedside light ant night and landing on my pillows and shoulders. Shower dirty. Worst Marriott I have ever been too.

When we visit our daughter in Erie, we always stay at the Fairfield Inn at MillCreek Mall. It’s always clean. It always smells nice. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Staff is always friendly.

It was fair for the price. There was hair on one of the pillows to the bed when we entered the room which was a turn off. They do their best to mask musty smells in the hallways with an automatic air freshener. The pool area didn't have towels stocked, so we had to ask for them when needed. The coffee pot in our room didn't work, so I went to the main lobby to get a cup and it wasn't fresh. Other than that, I believe they try hard to work with what they have. Breakfast was decent for being included.

I asked to be away from the elevator, pool, ice machine, etc. I was in town for a funeral and wanted quiet. I didn’t hear a thing the entire 8 nights I was there. I really appreciated them accommodating me.

The property definitely felt dated, the lack of internet was such a let down being that its 2024 and there isnt any wifi internet available. (Apparently down for Awhile). Everytime we passed front desk, there would be at least one person asking why there was a lack of internet. Pool was old, no towels in pool available. Missing pool tiles. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom in the room cleanliness was okay... There was leftover hair from previous occupant in the shower. Bathroom smelled of dirty old towel smell, could not get rid of the smell for the duration of the stay. Overall experience on the lower end, would not stay there again.

This hotel was very convenient to Erie and we enjoyed the w many dining and shopping options. This hotel is clean and the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The only negative we experienced was some kind of noise the entire night… sounded like a motor of some sort. Not sure if there was a truck outside or some sort of generator or charger?? My husband slept fine but I am a light sleeper and this was too loud for me to sleep. Other than that would recommend.

My wife and I were looking for a hotel in Erie Pa. To stay in for a couple of nights so we decided the Fairfield Inn Erie Millcreek Mall was for us what a great choice we made .Everything that you might need is a short walk or drive away. My wife is very picky about hotels being clean so I know it must have been good.We have never stayed in a quieter room than this one no road noise or slamming doors it was GREAT.They also have a real good breakfast with a nice variety. The next time we visit Erie Pa we will be staying at Fairfield Inn Erie Millcreek Mall.

The rooms smell odd, like they used to be smoking rooms. The AC is outdated and old so makes weird inconsistent sounds that keep you awake. The front desk staff were great though

Wi fi was not working during entire stay. With that many guests, I would think they would have a 24/7 access to repair. Check in male was unfriendly, no smile, no eye contact with radio playing too loud for me to hear him.

Location was great for our needs. The issue was with staff. They checked us in and gave us keys to a room already occupied! After we got that fixed (no apologies) we did not have our room made up on the second day. We were told they dont do that ! Even though it was the same price for both nights. Premisis is fine I just think it was staff that really didnt care . I am disappointed in Marriott , wont stay there again.

I got billed for parking. 2 out of the 3 out my party got charged $5 to park in their parking lot while the other did not. I had no idea I had to pay to park. I assumed it was free like most hotels. I will NOT be coming back here to this hotel. It’s crowded and run down anyways. And their day time staff front desk is always on their break and never there. Their night time staff is very night and offered us breakfast before we left. Very pleasant.

We prepaid for our stay months ahead of time, yet when we arrived late at night, we were told the hotel had overbooked and there was no room for us. There was zero communication beforehand to alert us to this issue. The front desk staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no empathy for the situation they created. We were not immediately offered alternatives or assistance, and to make matters worse, we were told we needed to leave the lobby while trying to figure out where we would go for the night. Being stranded late at night due to poor management and lack of customer care is unacceptable. This experience was stressful and disappointing, and I would strongly caution others before booking here.

Very close to fun things to do, parking good also. However, ther were some issues. Exhaust fan in bathroom was VERY loud, a maintenance person was supposed to look at it per the front desk person. Never happened. When we arrived there was a half roll of toilet paper for the room. Staff seemed irritated when asked for another roll (it was a 2 day stay at $200 a night, geez, sorry...). Staff seemed quite bothered with the guests overall. I saw them actually arguing with guest several times during my stay, not a good look. I know people, especially nowdays can be very demanding and entitled but, hey, it comes with the job and there are certain ways to handle conflict. Overall, its a great location but staff kind of put a damper on things.

Although we had a slightly annoying tech issue with the key card not working an hour before checkout, the person at the front desk kept trying to make it right before personally unlocking the room for us so that we could finish checking out. Based on the cleanliness and the extremely helpful and friendly people working there, I'd gladly stay again!

We arrived just before a big snow storm and the staff were very accommodating in giving us a very late check out and a discount yes rate if we needed to extend our trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast too!

Overall we had a nice stay. I didn’t have any towels in my room and when I went down to the front desk to get some no one was there and I had to wait about ten minutes for help. No bell or anything to alert staff you were waiting. Outside of that the room seemed clean and comfortable. The pool was nice but small.

The hotel needs signage at Interchange Road. It is very difficult to find. The room had 1 desk chair. There was an empty corner where chairs and a table should be. We had half a roll of toilet paper and an open lotion, half full. I called the front desk a couple times and there was no answer. I had to go downstairs and knock on the “employee” door to get toilet paper. No one was at the desk or insight. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was great. For the price, we expected more attention to detail. We have stayed at other Fairfield hotels before so had higher expectations.

Everything was good except the morning brunch, the sausage were like rubber and the eggs were runny (like they were not cooked enough). The other thing is the parking fee that you now have to pay. There is so much space around this hotel to park it is not like you have to park in a parking garage.

Went for breakfast early. Tried to beat the ice storm coming in.. the person was so nice. Just got everything fixed perfect. That person was so nice and polite! The food was hot , fresh. The counters were clean and the table were too. Great Job!!
