The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was 24 hour access to coffee, tea, and cocoa. I used the gym and saw people in the pool. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Loved my room.

We were there for a family overnight. Hotel was very friendly, comfortable, roomy, pleasant. Breakfast was great. Only negatives, were the couch was well used, needed replaced. Beds were comfortable , so that is more important. Also, the hot tub has been removed from the pool area, which was disappointing. We had a great time though.

The staff were professional and responsive. The pool was smaller than expected. Location was satisfactory to Presque isle. Loads of shopping nearby. Housekeeping services were non existent. But, when requested was quickly given what we needed.

Front desk staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The hotel itself was nice and the room layout was good. There were lots of options at breakfast, and the free coffee/tea/hot chocolate was a nice touch. The room itself was a bit dusty in some areas (e.g., lower shelf/cubby of the nightstands) and the $10/night parking charge felt a bit nickel and dime-y, but overall a great experience. Conveniently located right off the highway and close to a happening mall and lots of restaurants.

The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that the indoor pool was unbelievably cold. Everything else during our stay was wonderful.

Had the 2 bedroom suite. Lots of room, clean and well equipped. TV's in all rooms for extra privacy, full feidge, stove, dishwasher and table for 4. Well equiped gum and pool ws perfect.

We were just bummed that the pool wasn’t open because it had to be cleaned due to someone throwing up in the pool the day before! On positive note we very much appreciate that they follow safety protocols regarding the pool too!

The hotel was nice the front desk was super nice and very respectful. For as long as we were there they only took the garbage out and they didn’t clean anything at all I got myself Clorox wipes to clean everything. And the tub had a crack in it made me worry if it breaks on my kids so I had to was them in the other bathroom and that bathroom had mold on the ceiling.

On the surface, it’s a nice property. Staff helpful, nice. It could use a thorough cleaning. There was dust/dirt on bathroom floor/baseboards/doors. The couch pull out had pieces of chips and candy in it. My bathroom had a dirty washcloth hanging up. No hotel is perfect, but a dirty washcloth left?

Let’s start with the leaking ceiling in the breakfast area. Move into our room, grab a glass to get some water and there is lipstick on it. There was only one remote for the whole suite. The bed in the bedroom felt like I was sleeping on a bed that has not been upgraded since the 90’s. My poor daughter has to sleep on the pullout couch which had springs poking up through. When I called about maybe switching rooms, they said they could only send up more bedding to help. It did not. when I went to get into my bed, there was some kind of brown/red crust on the comforter, so I immediately stripped that off the bed. I had three pillows and they were practically “empty” so it was super uncomfortable. The toilet non stop ran. Had I not prepaid for this two night stay, I would have immediately checked out and moved to a new hotel. We travel a lot for our child’s comp cheer team and this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Wasn’t to bad the counter was missing half of its face so you could see under the sink and the fridge wasn’t set up right as when you opened it it rocked side to side out of adjustment!! And the shower had a adjustable head that was falling off the wall so it was spraying water all over the place when trying to shower..

If you’re a light sleeper this isn’t for you, the windows block absolutely no sound and you hear all of the traffic from the highway. Rooms are clean though not very modern. Breakfast is about average for the 3-4* hotel.

This was out 3rd year staying at Homewood Suites. The cleaning crew, front desk and breakfast lady were great. The only downside this year was our room was on the side facing the main highway so it got pretty loud while trying to sleep.

They canceled my reservations without letting me know. So I never got to stay. I made reservations for two nights. Snowstorm kept us from making the first night stay. Tried calling hotel but could not get them to answer. When I arrived for the second night I was told they charged me for first night and they canceled my second night. We had to scramble find other accommodations because they were sold out. Very very disappointed, and I will never use Expedia or this hotel again.

When we got there the lady at the front desk could not figure out how to check me in. She was completely unprofessional, did not seem to want to help and seemed bothered to help when I requested she check us in later so we could go to bed. She ignored the request to key us in and spent another 30 minutes trying to get the computer to work. It felt really rude and not customer focused at all. The next morning we went to get breakfast and they said they stopped serving at 9am which no one had told us so we paid for breakfast with the reservation and got nothing. 9am to stop breakfast is ridiculous, at least 10am would be better. The shades in the rooms would not close so it was really bright all night and into the morning.

We love the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. Upon check-in on April 14, the front desk clerk was extremely polite and professional. Unfortunately, a drunk group of people trashed part of the pool area and this was addressed by hotel personnel. Breakfast was very picked over by 8:40 and not replenished. Several people had to walk away because no employee was in the kitchen. Sean, in management, was kind enough to credit us some Hilton points, but others missed out. The following day, food did run low again. She filled some, but was quite rude when people asked for a refill :/ The lady also started cleaning up before 9:00 as some people were still there. This was strange to us because we have always seen employees survey the room and make sure everyone had what they needed. I felt bad for those that came down at 8:50 with young children and things were empty.

They were over booked so my 2 bedroom suite had to be separated into two 1 bedroom suites. Thankfully, there were 2 adults so it was okay since there was an adult in each room. The overall cleanliness was okay. There was still some crumbs on the stove and the water in the shower wouldn’t turn on unless the shower head was turned just right. The biggest problem was the thermostat stopped working through the night and it was 64 degrees when we woke up even though the heat was set at 72. The staff was very friendly though. I really appreciate that.

Did not enjoy the ground floor room - was told it’s easier with pets but room was beside the courtyard and constant people just outside our window. Travelled with our dogs, but did not feel safe leaving them in room for any period of time. Lots of barking - rooms not sound proof. Very good location overall for shopping and convenience. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The property was conveniently located. It could be a little spruced up with landscaping. Room was clean. Free breakfast was terrific. I was a big fan of the oatmeal. Dining room was lovely. Please invest in better coffee. The coffee was very weak. We ended up going to Dunkin to supplement our coffee.
