The hotel could’ve been cleaner. I was looking for an earring I dropped on the ground and found pet hair, pet food, and food wrappers near the bed. Also smelled weird in the room.

It was okay. Rooms were really big. Wish you could access Netflix from the tv. Half the channels had no service.

The hotel lost power for 5 hours and no one on the staff offered any help. We were completely in the dark. We should get some type of refund for the inconvenience especially because we were lied to about the time frame of when we’d have power. The staff never came to clean the rooms or offer any towels, toilet paper etc. My room had someone else’s food still in the fridge, the floors were dirty.

First, if you are going to Splash Lagoon and don't stay at this hotel you should NOT be allowed to park in the parking lot, use the pool inside and run around everywhere. Access SL from the main entrance or wherever else you're staying. We also didn't have power for several hours and no real support from management. We almost went home, several people did but had to fight for their money back. If you want a quiet stay go somewhere else. Property needs updated. Stay nearby at a nicer hotel for same or even less, which is what I will do next time. However, breakfast was good, just not enough room for everyone so we ate in our room.
