It's currently under renovations and/or construction, the main elevator was not working, it was a holiday weekend so it was very busy and noisy, someone's kid messed around and pulled the fire alarm even though there was no fire, employees picked right outside my door to stand and have a loud 15 minute conversation that I could hear every word of. Room was not properly turned over when they allowed me to check in at 6pm. Not the best at all.

Staff was very friendly, easy check in , room was clean! We were very surprised by the addition of two fire pits on the outdoor patio. A perk we used both nights that we were in Lehighton! The gas lanterns really added to the ambiance! Nice addition to a hotel stay for sure !

The front desk folks were so accommodating and patient even when I had so many questions. The outdoor fire pits were popular and perfect on a cool fall night. The pool, jacuzzi, and weight room were great too. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pool and hot tub were really nice; especially after a day of skiing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was great. Can’t go wrong at a Hampton Inn. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Blue Mountain. A lot of skiing families were staying there. Will def stay here again.

Unfortunately my room 203 was located on the highway side of the building just above the main entrance. The highway noise made it difficult to sleep. The room had a VERY musty smell. I thought it would go away by running the ac but it didn't. There were surfaces that had not been wiped down in some time, water sitting in the coffee maker and again that very musty smell in the bedroom as well as the bathroom.

The Hampton Inn at Lehighton-Jim Thorpe was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Staff members were friendly and efficient. We appreciated the spacious bathroom counter and comfortable bed. The breakfast choices were diverse and delicious. Although we were right next to the elevator, we hardly heard anything. The elevator ride could have been smoother - it jolted a bit. Also, returning late on a Friday night, we were lucky to find a parking space.

I would recommend and stay at this property again even though we had a serious noise problem with our room. The elevator shaft was next to our wall and every time it was used, a loud vibration would come through the wall. Also the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and needs some repairs to it. Front desk apologized stating that no other rooms were available and that the elevator service company was scheduled to look at the elevator. Again I was very happy with the cleanliness of the property and would stay there again, only a different room.

We booked this for a last minute, family hiking trip. It was a great place to stay, close to Jim Thorpe, very clean and Comfortable. We had a corner room, which had a small entryway that offered room for luggage. It was a great night sleep!

Staff are professional, check-in and out are fast, but for over $300 per night, you would expect something better. There is a strong wet smell upon opening the door, not sure if it's the towels that are not dry enough or something else, possibly the whole room. The hotel Wi-Fi basically didn't work the whole day. Disappointing.

Stayed here for two nights to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday. On arrival I asked about restaurants for his birthday and when we came back they decorated the door for him! The place was clean and the staff was friendly. It’s about 15/20 minutes from blue mountain resort which was the closest I found.

We stay here every time we come to visit family and friends in Jim Thorpe. Its a great location, clean, quiet and the staff is awesome. The breakfast here is phenomenal and if something comes up out of the ordinary the staff really does try to accommodate and go the extra mile. We love this hotel.

Such a relaxing experience Madison was an amazing hostess. She often checked in on us and made sure we were safe and comfortable. The cleaning staff worked around our chaotic schedule and asured we had fresh linens and towels on demand. Thank You is and understatement. We were very pleased with Hampton Inn at Lehighten, PA. Staff were very friendly. The pool and hot tub were great. Donna,the breakfast cook took great pride in her work. Breakfast had numerous choices. Housekeeping was provided daily, which is not always true in hotels since Covid. Popcorn, cookies are in the lobby in afternoons and help yourself coffe bar is 24 hours.

Pros: 1. The staff was polite and courteous. 2. The location is nice - about 15 mins to the scenic railroad. 3. Ample parking - we stayed on a night the hotel was full but had no issues finding a safe, well lit spot. Cons: 1. The rooms are loud. We were on the third (highest) floor and could hear the traffic all night long. It was loud enough to wake a 3 year old multiple times through the night. 2. The sink in one of the two rooms we had didn’t work - there was no maintenance staff to come address it when we checked in around 8pm. The front desk attendant came and did a temporary fix. She took care of the situation but it was time consuming and hacky where we had to be careful with it throughout the stay. 3. The breakfast was chaos - overcrowded and honestly somewhat shabby. The fire alarms went off during peak breakfast hours which didn’t help the situation. I am not sure if the staff was having an off day because it’s hard to imagine that much chaos being a daily affair.

The entire stay was great! While the facilities were clean, well kept and up to date, the person on the desk at check in was out first impression. She was wonderful. I failed to get her name but she was very friendly. She gave us ideas of where to have dinner. Told us when we got back, to let her know if we wanted to sit by the fire pits- she’d light them up for us (we didn’t know they were there). Breakfast spread was real! Hot foods, so much variety. Unexpected. Check in and out were easy.

Very enjoyable experience with good amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi. The room itself was clean. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests I had.
