Breakfast was the best of the 3 QI we stayed at on this trip. Decent fitness center but a stationary bike AND accessible equipment cleaning wipes would be nice. Business center has an Apple computer which can be tricky to use for PC users. Printer was not hooked up so could not print what I needed to. Overall nice place to stay, especially if you are staying at a non-peak time; we were there around LLWS time so rate was higher.

Absolutely filthy hotel. We left after one night because of the lack of cleanliness. Room felt extremely damp, the ac unit was absolutely filthy. Staff was friendly enough. But overall, do not stay here. Also there was a broken entrance door allowing for anyone to come in.

Unacceptably loud HVAC system. Exterior security doors broken/unable to lock. Key cards worked about half the time. Filthy windows, window sills, and hallways. Abandoned vehicles in the back parking lot. “Quality” Inn? No so much….

When arriving we were told there was no staff other than front desk, our room had a broken/cracked window, dead bird, a mouse, didn't feel clean to be in, our lamps didnt have a place to plug in, the clock was broken and the prong was snapped off, didnt seem welcoming. Stray cats all outside, pool filled in so couldnt use it. The extra room in the lobby that looked to be a seating area was full of extra furniture and looked to be a storage. Also, we had a women come to the room to empty/clean the room while still there, they said "they told me you were checked out". They deactivated our room cards before checkout time where we were unable to get back into the hotel to clear our room out. I didn't take photos just wanted to be out of there. I would not recommend this hotel to stay at.

Checkin was terrible. Front desk told me to cancel expedia reservation and ask for a refund and reserve again directly ... because it is easier for checkin!!!! She took us a long time to check us in while we were really tired! Elevator's certification is expired and definitely feels bot safe. Mold in bath!!! Broken lights in the room.

Our room was dirty with hairs on the bed and cobwebs around the desk and outlet areas. It didn’t look like there was hardly anybody there, but we were all the way in the back of the hotel on the third floor. Staff seemed frazzled when we got there.

The carpet in the room was musty and smelly...the shower curtain was moldy and was installed too high so water went all over the floor making it dangerous. The carpets all NEED to be removed from the rooms! Gross and Old .

The beds were terrible. Every time you moved they creaked and rattled. The walls were stained, both by the bed and in the bathroom. The floors were dirty. There was dust, cobwebs and dirt behind the bathroom doors in both rooms.

I came in with realistic expectations—at a 2-star hotel, all I really want is a comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a clean room. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t deliver. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—honestly, a cot would have been better. On top of that, the room itself was not clean, which immediately made the experience disappointing. If the basics can’t be met, it’s hard to recommend this property, even at the budget level.

You don't expect luxury with a Quality Inn, but our room had dead beetles all over the floor. The heater is extremely loud and wakes up the room when it turns on, the hallways were all banged up and in a state of disrepair, and they did not keep the toilet paper stocked in the room.

The hotel was ok. A little bit run down - the paint in the hallways was very sloppy, and the carpeting was very faded in one area. I dropped something in front of the desk in the room, and when I bent down to pick it up I found a pair of someone's dirty underwear hanging from the plug in the wall. gross! Shower was just a trickle. However, the several staff members I encountered were all very kind, upbeat and helpful! the breakfast was nice!

The lobby is the best part of the hotel. We got a suite, beds clunked when you moved due to damaged box springs, shower clogged, refrigerator was leaking and overall not cleaned well.

The hotel rooms are cosmetically deteriorated. The furniture was not clean. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The frames squeak when you move. The lobby was cold with no heat. The breakfast was terrible. There was hair in the pancake mix. The juice was warm with no ice. When we checked in the person who checked us in was smoking in front of the hotel.

Outdated and seriously lacking in upkeep. We just stayed a few hours to get some sleep along our drive but the condition of the property I would never pay more than $50 to stay there again. Bathroom floods with showers, our ceiling was leaking, the room smelled bad, the bathroom door was falling apart and didn’t fit right so wouldn’t close all the way. My husband booked while I was driving and he didn’t know what he was doing but I won’t be making that mistake again.

We have stayed here in years previous to 2020, since then have noticed a decline in property standards. Front lobby shows well, but unfortunately, the rooms need updating, the floors and rooms are beginning to look tired. Unfortunately, during our stay the wifi was not working, as they were waiting for repairs to be completed. Short walk to restaurants. Breakfast good selections. Do not feel getting good value for the money.

The front desk assistant manager an another worker were very rude to me after all the Wi-Fi cut off that night the next night they demanded payment for nights I already paid for and made us leave with me kids and infant baby said I owed hundreds of dollars because it was not in there system I paid through third party they said I had to call you guys to prove that I paid they were screaming and yelling the whole time just mean

My family, and I were moving, towing a U-Haul, and hit a deer. We made a reservation last minute at this property. They absolutely cannot have been more compassionate. The things they did to accommodate us were immeasurable and so meaningful, even offering us the opportunity to stay in the room longer at no additional fee. I cannot say enough about this property and thank all the staff for the things they did to make this traumatic event less stressful. Thanks to everyone for all of your gracious help. I would highly recommend this property.

The room we received the bathroom was filthy, with dirty towels and hair everywhere. The fridge and phone didn't work. I was happy that when I brought this up with staff they corrected it by giving us a different room.

I did not check in yet.I received an email asking how my check in experience was.So I was surprised when I showed up at the hotel, and somebody else was in a room assigned to me.The gentleman at the front desk quickly corrected the problem.But this does not give me a lot of faith in this hotel.I was a little wary from other reviews, but there was a budget to consider

Welcome respite after a long day at the Penn State football game. They accommodated our late check-in. Very friendly staff; comfortable room; nice bathroom. I would suggest more attention to cleanliness regarding vacuuming carpets. It was difficult to see entrance onto the property at night. I would suggest a lit sign at entrance to road. Too easy to miss the turn and end up back on 80 unintentionally.

It was ok for a night. The staff was helpful. The area was basically surrounded by highway. The rooms were dated. As for cleanliness it was not up to my standards but as I said it was an older location and just for one night. We did not get there until late evening left first thing in the morning.

Facility is older, but renovated where it matters. Hallways and doorways are beat up, but room interiors for the most part contain new furniture and fixtures, and everything was clean and comfortable. The only downside here is the breakfast, which is poor even by "continental breakfast" standards. Everything on offer was high-sugar and high carbohydrate. Not a gram of protein in sight, and not even any fruit. The cereals are all high sugar; even the hotel-standard raisin bran is the "extra crunchy" version with 68g of carbs in a single portion! I'm not on any extreme diet but there was nothing even remotely healthy to eat here, so we sought out a Denny's. For the price of the room, however, it's still a good deal if you just ignore the so-called breakfast.

First impressions were of a tired hotel and staff stretched thin. Our room had non-functional heat and was 58 degrees, so we called the front desk and were assigned a new room. There was some discussion among the staff about how many clean rooms were left, as apparently they were short cleaning staff. The second room was fully functional and very nice. The beds slept very well. The complimentary breakfast wasn't worth the effort. The staff was amazingly friendly. It felt like we were outside parties to their daily running joke.

We stayed here after a PSU football game because we had graduation the next day. It was clean and comfortable and the check in staff were very friendly. There is a good place to eat right next door. My only complaint is the water pressure was very low (which seems normal in an older hotel) and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower… they were completely empty. I would stay here again.

The hotel needs upgrades and some tender loving care. Numerous things were broken, tub drain, toilet flushing, bed not attached to frame, TV washed out, outside back doors never locked, filthy rugs, phone broken, etc. But I must mention the staff was Great and the Breakfast was very Good.
