Sleep Inn & Suites of Lancaster County

Very clean room and staff was very pleasant

Check in and check out were quick and easy. The price was reasonable. The location was good, about 20 minutes from Lancaster and 40 minutes from Hershey. We found 2 good restaurants close by including Friendly's-my favorite! The beds were comfy. My friend utilized the hot tub. There were plenty of luggage carts available when we needed them. I just wished they had hooks at the top to hang bags like some do at other hotels. The room was clean. The bathroom was small and the shower kept flooding the floor. The room was a bit small. We struggled a bit to find room for our bags and belongings. You could hear a good amount of noise from other rooms. I didn't care much for the breakfast options, mostly carbs. We kept having trouble with our room cards not working. The cleaning lady came the first day but I don't think she came again after that so we had trash and dirty towels/wash cloths piled up. Everyone at the hotel (staff and guests) were pleasant. I was thankful for hot water for my tea every morning. The refrigerator was a bit small. We struggled to fit all of our drinks and leftovers in there each day.

Was hoping the pool would be open, otherwise great

It was a nice place to stop for a quick overnight. Staff were helpful.
