Hotel under construction, dust everywhere, parking lot under construction on both sides, limited spaces. Smoke free property, but folks smoking at the pool, at the front door. Spoke to desk, never addressed the issue. Supposed to have reception with food in the evenings, didn't happen. Room was nice and clean, water pressure was not great, breakfast was good.

The room I had was dirty, very outdated & damaged. There was dust everywhere, it was piled up on the lamp shades. The furniture was stained with dirt, broken & every piece had damage. The walls were damaged as well. The curtains had stains as well. The TV’s were not smart TVs. It’s a very large room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen & a dining area. I did not allow my kids to walk without their shoes on. There isn’t another hotel with a big enough space for my family, otherwise I’d have moved to another hotel. I just won’t be going back. As we were checking out, I notice a sign saying they’re renovating. That would explain the dumpster view outside the windows. My kids thought it was funny to look out & see toilets in the dumpster. The parking lot is shared with Texas Roadhouse restaurant, making evening parking difficult. The area is convenient with a few shops right there.

It was what I was expecting, EXCEPT, it did NOT have a hot tub as listed. Having 2 beds & a pullout couch was nice. A lot of space compared to the basic 2 dbl bed setup

Stayed here for 1 night. The hotel was great. Lobby was very nice with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Recently renovated and very quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors at all. The location is great, there is a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance and a big shopping center right next to the resort with Marshalls, Target, Macy's and many more. There is free breakfast in the morning and there was a good variety of items. Pool was closed when we went but would have been nice in the summer and there was a nice BBQ and seating area. Gym was small but well appointed. There were a number of seating areas in the lobby. We'd definitely stay here in the future!

The Receptionists were great, very friendly n professional, the room, GREAT, a lovely suite, very nice n quiet place, pets friendly gift for a dog, as a celebration, very convenient, next to a plaza shopping center, a variety of restaurants n fast foods, great parking, accessible to a HWY, close to the city wn 10mins. safe place, fitness rm very good, the pool very nice, and it has a BBQ area, very nice, and the Breakfast, GREAT, customer Service primo, definitely will come back n refer to my friends n family. The hotel was going through renovations. The room they placed us in, was on a floor where there were many renovations taking place, including the room across from us. The hallway floors were dirty and dusty from the construction and paint. The room assigned to us smelled like cigarettes, although it was a smoke free hotel. We address this with the front desk and they were friendly helpful. They gave is a different room on a different floor which was not surrounded by construction or debris. I wish they had done this in the first place. The room was nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were many convenient restaurants and stores nearby. The hwy was close by. The breakfast was good. The pool area was tidy. However, when i booked the description did say pool and hot tub. There was no Hot tub. I was disappointed with that. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. 7/10 recommend.

Was clean upon arrival but the elevator area was always dirty and the paint on the trimmings was peeling. Needed cosmetic work done to the hotel. I requested towels and other items needed and they did not bring it up we had to pick it up at the front desk. Not worth the money we paid.

Overall the room just wasn't clean. There were water marks on the kitchen table, the end table in the bedroom had streaks on it like it was just wiped with a wet cloth, the bathroom fixtures were dirty. There was paint on the dresser. The door knobs had been painted and it was flaking off. The cover for the dome light in the bathroom was missing. The showerhead was nasty. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The lighting was very harsh. There was a large difference in temperature between the living area and bedroom. On a good note the staff was very nice. It's also located in the same parking lot as several stores and restaurants. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again.

We arrived to the hotel approx 4 hours after check in due to our acitivity running over. We expected to arrive, shower and meet our colleagues for dinner. There was no running hot water....we purposely ran the water in the shower for a long time with no success. We called the front desk and learned that many of the rooms did not have hot water. I feel that we should've been told that when we arrived. The clerk at the front desk offered to move us to another room, but we also found the same issue in that room. At that point, we packed our items and vacated the property.

My family is staying here while we wait for our furniture to be delivered to our new home in Exeter Township. I work remotely and not only was the internet great in our room, but there were many other options in the lobby to sit and work effectively. The TVs were large, the bathroom was spacious, the fridge was a great size. We had what we needed to cook small meals in the room and ultimately everything was just better than we expected, right down to the pillows and pull out couch! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great for family trip, business trip, traveling with pets or kids, whatever it may be. This is the place to stay. It helps that the breakfast is free and actually good too.

The property was nice and in a quiet convent location. I did not like how outdated the television was in the fact it did not have Netflix or any other streaming app and they could not be added. Overall the hotel was nice, I enjoyed my time there and found it to be quite peaceful.

My family stayed in a 2 queen suite for 1 night. I was disappointed with this trip, and surprised because I usually have good experiences at Homewood Suites hotels. This room was dated, the furnishings were worn. Our tv in the living room area did not work. We were unable to adjust the temperature of the room and it was uncomfortably hot. I called the front desk and the woman said she was filling in and could not help with either issue, but would make a note for management to have my stay discounted. It was not. She did offer to change my room, but it was late and my family had already settled so I didnt want to move children and bags. The room was pretty clean, but the bathroom not so much. The shower head looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the tub floor was stained. I wore shower shoes. Also, our room had zero washcloths and they did not bring towels and washcloths to us. I had to have my son go to the front desk. I gave a 3 star review. The reason I didnt rate it lower with all the issues was because the room was very spacious, the breakfast was nice, and my stay wasn't long enough to.give the staff a real chance to make it right. If we have to stay in that area again, we will probably choose a different hotel.

Great place -- very friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. A few glitches with towels, bathroom mirror, and the phone, but quickly resolved. Front desk clerk, Kiki, was great. Provided info re dinner choices, options etc. Room was very nice -- clean. Loved the bright lights in the bathroom around the sink/ mirror and the nice shower with HOT water. Easy walk next door to eat dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Very comfortable, professional and polite. WILL stay here again some day!

Total thieves. Prepaid 5 night stay and walked to hotel 30 minutes away. Hotel I was walked to charged me $187. I paid $225 per night through Expedia. Notified my request for a refund of one night of five was denied!!! I did also ask for compensation for being walked to a hotel 30 minutes away not to mention having to unpack and pack to get back to hotel and that hotel I was walked to was inferior and also denied that request. To make it worse when my wife checked in the next day they hit her for $17 extra charge on a prepaid room. A total disaster.

What i liked was its clean, what i didn't like was that you have to request house keeping otherwise you will be sitting in your trash. Don't desk staff are not available to pick up calls. I had to call more then 3x to get a call back to my suit. Breakfast is free and quality not that great.

Room cleanliness was great. The Staff that worked the front desk were helpful and fun to talk with always walked away with a smile. Breakfast was outstanding and Tina that worked Friday morning was outstanding and was nice enough to give me a few minutes over the 9am cut off. This would be a hotel that I will be returning too.. Our stay was great until about 20min before checkout. We were laying in bed and all of a sudden one of the workers walked in. We were not clothed and nobody even knocked. This scared the life out of us. No apology from the hotel or anything. This was just a crazy experience.

Check in was ridiculous long, agent tried many times but nothing seems to work with computer system that night, payment wouldn’t go through either and he end up trying manually . After so many trials , unplugging system on and off and waiting for more the 40 minutes with young kids the next issue was the digital room keys . They didn’t work so the front desk guy have to walk with us and open our room with his own keys . Keys were finally return to us after another 30 min. next day we try to get things right with management and in return the manager offer $20 dollars which I prefer her to keep it that was a joke to me . In conclusion Beautiful and clean place not the best costumer service experience.

Stayed here for 1 night. The hotel was great. Lobby was very nice with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Recently renovated and very quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors at all. The location is great, there is a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance and a big shopping center right next to the resort with Marshalls, Target, Macy's and many more. There is free breakfast in the morning and there was a good variety of items. Pool was closed when we went but would have been nice in the summer and there was a nice BBQ and seating area. Gym was small but well appointed. There were a number of seating areas in the lobby. We'd definitely stay here in the future!

Lobby was gorgeous but in the room we Rotting trim and concerning fixes in bathroom Surly breakfast crew whose warm menu caters to a specific customer base (chicken carnitas and all the fixings and everyone else powdered eggs. Runny oatmeal with brown sugar setup like concrete, black looking bananas. At least the coffee is always good.

We check into Homewood Suites 2801 Papermill Rd, Spring Ridge, PA, 19610 on May 19, 2025 and Checked out May 22, 2025.1st night AC really loud, toilet when flushed was very loud and squealed waking other occupant. We thought of asking for another room but AC quieted down in the middle of night.The breakfast had very little selection, food was cold some kind of meat very spicy not suitable for breakfast no one was eating it. Pa health dept regulations require buffet line food to be maintained at 140 F. Was only room temperature. Construction was occurring right outside our window busting up swimming pool concrete. Should have been informed at check in and offered a room away from construction. 2nd day breakfast was cold/room temperature. On the 3rd day breakfast eggs were hot,but sausage patties cold and dried out. No newspapers available, not even for sale. The iron in room leaks.Upon checkout, Clerk didn't thank us for staying at Homewood Suites or asked how our stay was.Desk clerk too busy talking to a breakfast staff member. I received a text asking to reply about our stay. I gave a 2 and received a text saying someone would call to discuss issues. No one called. Definitely not up to Hilton Standards.

In order to get clean towels, you had to bring your dirty ones down to the check-in counter. Breakfast poor quality, replenishing of empty food containers, lacking proper timing. Food trays would be empty and they were very slow in refilling them for guests . The lobby and dining area air conditioning was either turned off or sat at a very warm temperature, which was uncomfortable. Rooms and common areas were clean, however, the small elevator had a tasteful odor.

It was a good value price wise. The whole place needs to be refurbished. Furniture is sevearly sratched and chipped. Bathroom ceiling was falling down.
