Lots of per diem workers at this hotel. Limited parking in the evening but place empties out during the day. Also lots of noise at night and stacks of beer cans/bottles outside the room doors in the morning. Clean and serviceable for the most part. Had very little contact with staff. If you just need a place to stay it was decent but nothing special. Served it's purpose on our visit but wouldn't likely stay again. Plus is NNPTC gate is a stones throw away.

This was a beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff. The room was very clean and quite large. The shower had amazing water pressure and was quite enjoyable. The bed was huge, soft and so comfortable that I spent most of my trip sleeping! This is a pet-friendly hotel with a $20 per pet, per night fee which was quite reasonable.

Traveling with a trailer for work, had ample space for parking! Right off of a main road, but was still quiet. Room was clean & comfortable, staff was professional yet friendly, while breakfast was limited in options it was more options than we've seen for a couple months now.

The first room i was given was not cleaned and i had to get another room... The second room i was given had hair in the sink, soap in the shower soap holder, the toilet had urine on it, the refrigerator and freezer was dirty... I also took pictures and showed them to the front desk attendant...

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The entire place reeked of smoke, even in the so-called non-smoking room. The walls were paper-thin—we heard people yelling and screaming all night in the next room, which made it impossible to sleep. The bathroom was filthy, covered in mold, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I honestly felt dirty just being there. My children and I were supposed to stay for two nights, but after one miserable night, I packed up and left. No family—especially with kids—should ever have to stay in a cesspool of germs like this. Management should be ashamed. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

The service was decent. The staff was friendly. The room, while clean and put together, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, paint was peeling off the door and frame, and the hair dryer didn't work. I say only decent for service, because when we brought the issues to their attention, we were told to talk to the manager who wasn't there and wouldn't be there for hours. Nobody with the authority to do anything was available.

The only thing I can say negatively is that the rug could use a good shampooing. I had on new white socks and the only place I walked was from the chair to the bathroom and back a couple of times and my socks were dirty! Everything else was great for us -- quiet and comfortable.

My room was renovated from entrance to the bathroom. Very impressed. Daily room cleaning. I know that's in the listing I wasn't expecting it. I guess I could have put the do not disturb sign on the door. But it was kind of nice coming back to a clean room. I'm not really a messy person but still was nice

Room came with pump Bottles of shampoo, conditioner and handsoap. Very nice. No weather stripping on room door leaving 1/2 inch gap under door so humidity and bugs able to come i to room. No dresser or wardrobe to store clothes in. Bathroom had multiple short hairs in bathtub and bathroom floor. Toilet paper holder was difficult to reach as it was attached to same wall as toilet but very far away and on a holder that was broken and tipped causing roll to fall off holder

Overall not bad place to stay. Rooms were good sized and clean. Even with it being on a busy road didn’t hear too much traffic noise, but the bar across the street music could be heard and felt until late. Big gap around door probably did not help. We were scheduled for 2 night stay but hospital let wife out early and unfortunately paid for extra night that wasn’t needed, per hotel rules. Definitely acceptable for short stays.

The manager had someone on his cell phone (on speaker) that was spouting profanities during the entire check-in. He was also rude and the hotel terms were completely different than those posted by Travelocity. The room stunk of burned air. There were drunks staggering about the back of the building and the air in the outside walkways reeked of marijuana. The entire vibe was like a bad Quinten Tarontino movie opener. Definitely not what I was expecting for a $117 a night motel.

When I did, the gentleman checking me in had me swipe my credit card (I assumed for incidentals), and I repeated that I reserved with Expedia and was already charged for the room to make sure. The following morning I I checked my account and saw that I was charged for my room a second time. The room smelled pretty musty, and I saw mold and dirt in multiple places. My key card also stopped working at one point for some reason. Overall, it was a cheap room, but not as nice as the pictures on the site. My overcharge was remedied, but the refund took a couple days. Not ideal when traveling! The area is not very walkable either; sidewalks on both sides of this busy road were closed off.

Front desk person on arrival was not friendly. We went to our room(s) and one smelled weird, not sure what the smell was. The toilet had a loud whistling Lise after flushing. We discovered we no hair dryer, called front desk asked for a dryer. The staff member came into our room with the attitude that he did not believe us , left and said he would get one later. Next morning we asked again and were told “later” - never heard from them again. The website said breakfast to go available, the desk clerk never mentioned anything about coffee or breakfast. Overall, it was it was not a good experience - the area did not feel safe.

Left almost immediately after checking in, I didn’t even stay at the hotel. Checked in and went to my room, the door had a very cheap lock on it and there was a gap at the bottom big enough for a raccoon or a cat to slip under. The area around the hotel was also very dangerous. When I checked in I signed a form that said I could get a refund if I left within 10 minutes of checking in (I must have checked out within 5 minutes), so I went to the front desk and the man said he couldn’t refund me since I booked through Expedia. I called Expedia and they said the property manager was unwilling to refund my money even though I signed the form and checked out within the 10 minute window. Still trying to get my money back since I had to pay for an entirely different hotel and didn’t even stay more than 5 minutes at the Days Inn. Will not be booking a stay there ever again.

I reserved my room through Expedia weeks before arriving. When I did, the gentleman checking me in had me swipe my credit card (I assumed for incidentals), and I repeated that I reserved with Expedia and was already charged for the room to make sure. The following morning I I checked my account and saw that I was charged for my room a second time. The room smelled pretty musty, and I saw mold and dirt in multiple places. My key card also stopped working at one point for some reason. Overall, it was a cheap room, but not as nice as the pictures on the site. My overcharge was remedied, but the refund took a couple days. Not ideal when traveling! The area is not very walkable either; sidewalks on both sides of this busy road were closed off.

My second time staying at this hotel. Its location is great when visiting family in the area of goose creek, charleston or the naval base. Good services and ammenities. Bed, bath and location are all great. Very friendly services, breakfast isnt bad.

Lots of per diem workers at this hotel. Limited parking in the evening but place empties out during the day. Also lots of noise at night and stacks of beer cans/bottles outside the room doors in the morning. Clean and serviceable for the most part. Had very little contact with staff. If you just need a place to stay it was decent but nothing special. Served it's purpose on our visit but wouldn't likely stay again. Plus is NNPTC gate is a stones throw away.

Left almost immediately after checking in, I didn’t even stay at the hotel. Checked in and went to my room, the door had a very cheap lock on it and there was a gap at the bottom big enough for a raccoon or a cat to slip under. The area around the hotel was also very dangerous. When I checked in I signed a form that said I could get a refund if I left within 10 minutes of checking in (I must have checked out within 5 minutes), so I went to the front desk and the man said he couldn’t refund me since I booked through Expedia. I called Expedia and they said the property manager was unwilling to refund my money even though I signed the form and checked out within the 10 minute window. Still trying to get my money back since I had to pay for an entirely different hotel and didn’t even stay more than 5 minutes at the Days Inn. Will not be booking a stay there ever again.

The area isn't very walkable, had to lift and uber a lot to get around but there are a few fast food joints around. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I've been here twice and kept coming back because of how great the staff is. It's a safe area and my room was always clean. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a simple stay that's comfortable, clean, and safe.

They only gave us 2 lg towels. My wife needs two because she has hair and when i asked them at the front desk they said they didnt have anymore. I couldn't believe that a hotel that cost $110 a night would not be able to give you an extra towel. The hotel was under construction so i understand some noise and dust. But my wife was not happy with our stay and i don't blame her it was not worth the money and we would not suggest this hotel to anyone staying in Goose Creek. The free breakfast was a joke. What hotel gives you powered eggs and quarter size Cinnamon rolls, I thought is was a joke. The sauage was cooking in water, water really? Needless to say we didn't eat their free breakfast Someone should send in corporate to review what is going on at that hotel.

The facilities are okay. However, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, the soundproofing is terrible — I spent the entire night hearing the room next door — and at breakfast the milk was sour and the pancake machine was broken.

It is a no frills location, but I had a renovated room and it was very nice. Actually, extremely nice. The free breakfast did not have a lot of variety, but it did have hot food each morning. Their sausage gravy and biscuits on the second day was excellent. Staff was helpful.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Don't expect anything pretty here. There was a spot in the carpet where it had been cut out and replaced but done very sloppily. The caulk around the sink area was clearly done by a blind man. The breakfast may be the worst I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel is the closest to the Navy base so I might stay here again for that purpose but otherwise I might look for another hotel.

This is the last time I book with Expedia! This property is very dirty, rundown, NOTHING like the reviews. Smells of skunk/pot, one towel in the bathroom, just gross! The breakfast was white/wheat toast, muffin, coffee. Must have a tin of fake reviews because this was not worth the money I spent. I felt unsafe in the location—in a separate building in the back of the hotel, there were cars with people sleeping in them and at one point at 2 in the morning my door handle was being turned. The door opened to an outside location not hallway. No more Expedia business from me!!

The gentleman that checked us in was not at all friendly. The room was extremely smelly not to mention there were cockroaches running around on the nightstand and on the desk. Every time you stepped into the bathroom the tile cracked and popped. The ice machines were broken and discussing. There was hair in the refrigerator and the furniture was very worn and unclean.
