Was surprised when checking in that they require a damage deposit. They said it is refundable if no damage but several things in our room were damaged before we checked in. Don’t know if we will get our deposit back or not or if they will try to blame us for the broken smoke alarm, damaged drawer handles, etc. in the room.

This is definitely a truck stop Lot Lizzard hotel! I was going to leave back out for a drink but scared to. It looks and feels unsafe with all the trucks parked outside they might think i’m a prostitute or something and try to follow me back to my room. This is definitely NOT what I expected. Very disappointed.

The property was adequate for the price point, but NO extras. The breakfast was very basic - purchased wrapped pastries and muffins, coffee, juice, and some fresh fruit were the only choices. Low hospitality vibes. The room was in poor repair, although the beds and linens were fine, and important things were clean. It is a well-used hotel trying to keep it's head up. We needed a budget hotel for 1 night and that's what we got.

Do not book with this hotel!!!Long story I woke up with mildew on a nasty (bleep)pillowcase, didn’t see it because we checked in late, woke up the next morning(I flip my pillows at night) and woke up to a nasty pillow. When I called to inform the front desk(Mihkal) he told me there’s nothing he could do!!! Please do not book with this hotel, plus the bath cloths were dirty with stains, and the walls!!! I’ll never book with Days Inn Again!!!

Stayed here last August and had quite a pleasant stay. However, this time was unfortunately much different. Checked in 12/27 for a quick overnight stop on the way to Florida. The older gentleman at check-in was not very polite and sadly lacked professionalism. The room.... Dirty, dead bugs under the pillows, and roaches crawling under the TV area as well as the floors and walls in the bathroom. I will definitely be looking elsewhere during any future trips through SC.

Rooms are in poor condition and there were roaches in the bathroom and bed nearest the bathroom. The housekeeper did provide clean washcloths and towels whenever asked which was nice. We were visiting family this hotel was closest to our destination Would not stay there again, nor do I recommend it.

The bed was clean and the tv worked. Very important for me. Although the room had new flooring you can tell you’re in an aging building. The room was billed as nonsmoking but clearly it has been smoked in. The was a chair in my room, 210, that was filthy. It needed to be thrown in dumpster. It’s what you would suspect for this price point.

The room was terrible. Extremely dumpy from the outside and inside. There was broken furniture. The place is not just outdated it was entirely old and broken down. It was the ugliest pathetic hotel room I’ve stayed in 40 years. Tear it down.

Bugs in the room, paint pelling off the ceiling, they turned the AC off while we were gone and come back to a hot room. Door to the room would barely shut and the bathroom door hinges were loose that the door was sagging causing it not to shut properly

The sweet lady that checked us in was so compassionate. We drove 11 hours to attend a funeral, she allowed us to check in early. This allowed us the opportunity to change and freshen up after the long drive before going to the funeral home. Such a small but meaningful gesture. It was truly appreciated.

Most terrible experience ever. Staff were rude. And, didn't acknowledge anything we asking for for a handicapped couple. Room was terrible, 2nd floor where we had to lug our belongings up to the room with no help. Room had minimal towels for three people. No cups in the room at all . Had to use my hands to get a sip of water to take my medications. Would never reserved a room if I knew what it was actually like. Nothing like photos on website. Horrible, horribly, horribly!!!

The clerk committed fraud on my card five times at the time of checkout and accused me of smoking.. This experience was terrible and I’ll never stay at a Wyndham hotel again.. Hilton will get my money from now on

The staff here on every shift was absolutely rude my entire stay. I will never stay at another Days Inn. The room was dirty and the floor had a layer of sticky filth across the top of it. The curtains had bloodstains on them and the tub looked unclean.

Great staff and they let me leave early with a refund on last night no out hassle. But could be cleaner for sure so not get a smoking room I didn’t realize I checked that and the smell was not so great. Other than that it was safe and a great location from For Jackson.

I reserved a smoking room and when I arrived to the hotel the lady told me that I was wrong. The hotel was not equipped for emergency linen changes. They didnt have enough of rags and towels in the room for the amount of guess to the room. Breakfast was VERY VERY limited. It consisted of a waffle, coffee, oj, and a variety of cheese Danish. I wouldnt recommend.
