I was surprised we had to pay a third party for parking - $12/day. I was not aware of this when we booked. Breakfast on site is very limited and a bit high in price. The room was FANTASTIC, the lady at the front desk was nice. The bar was a welcome sight and the bartender awesome.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Only thing I had a problem with is the paid parking that you have to pay (nightly) in addition to your stay that you have already paid for. i thought that was kinda shady for them to sneak that in there. I asked the woman at the front desk and all she said was she's "sure that was in the fine print"...very very small. I think that is something that should be more well known!!

Lobby was beautiful, loved there was a bar and Starbucks coffee. The pool area wasn’t as nice as the rest of the property. The rooms were nice, bathroom was beautiful. There were a few instances with miscommunication about the actual fees due at check in. The night previous our stay, I tried to transfer our reservation to another Double Tree, Expedia customer service was very hard to understand communicate with. For some reason the transfer wasn’t allowed, I was never given a reason for why it’s not allowed. All in all, we enjoyed our weekend away from home.

First off i have to say that i never felt so "at home" at a hotel before in my life. This was the most welcoming staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were both very helpful with transportation services to and from the airport and local restaurants and respectful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. My only complaint would be the noise of the heater in the room but hey what can you do. Love this double tree and will continue to use this company based on my satisfaction during this latest stay. Renee in the two wrights restaurant works very hard and was a very welcome waitress! Mary the manager was veey helpful and very welcoming to me as a new guest. She always had a smile on her face!

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly. The indoor and outdoor areas are clean and well maintained. We had a king suite room and it was perfect! The pool was just like the pictures. I wish they could warm it at night because it was cold. I will definitely come back here again.

Hotel was immaculate. Check in and out was quick and easy. Had a late dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Staff is attentive even when they are racing around behind the bar. Inviting fire pit in the patio created a relaxing environment.

Although this hotel lists “free breakfast,” there was no buffet or menu. Instead, I was given a card for a free breakfast “item” from a case of sad-looking Starbucks options. Very misleading. The listing also stated free parking, but in reality, I had to scan to pay $12/night. The saving grace was cleanliness! The hotel was in good condition and the room was spotless! The bed was comfortable as well.

The HVAC drain was blocked, so the carpet was completely soaked, and you could smell the mildew, I woke up, and my sinuses were completely closed from the smell. Also, the coffee maker only worked halfway and spilled water everywhere.

Our room was nice, but on the side if the building next to the freeway , very noisy! Did not sleep most if the night! I talked to the front desk in the morning and by late afternoon was moved to a room across the hall. It was so much quieter! And I slept well! Thanks to the curtious and caring staff!!! Also had a great dinner in the restaurant and service was excellent!!! RAK

The stay ranged between okay and good. The king suite was very spacious with good interior arrangement of furniture. Unfortunately some of the drawers would not stay closed and the sliding bathroom door was hard to open from the inside if closed all the way. Also, the room didn't have much information in terms of how to connect to wifi, menu options for the restaurant on-site, etc.

The room was ok. Definitely in need of a few upgrades. Our shower handle fell off mid shower. The shower was luke warm. The air condition unit was very loud and when we entered the room the tv was not working due to cords being unplugged. I guess from a previous guest. If you’re looking for a room that is right off the highway then sure but I will not be back.

The property was convenient but the AC unit in our room on the first floor was extremely loud in our room, which made it hard to sleep. Ended up having to turn the AC off. This should have been resolved by maintenance checks before having guests stay.

Everything was beautiful! Customer service was 10/10. Check in and checking out was pleasant, quick and easy. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the AC unit, even when we had the temperature turned up to 80 there was still cold air constantly blowing.

The hotel suite was spacious and clean. However, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The drawers in the sitting area were broken and would not stay closed, and the toilet was extremely low to the ground that did not deter me from enjoying my time in the suite, though.

Overall stay was great. However there were small hang-ups like the fans not working in the bathroom and the AC unit sounding like a jet plane engine every time it turned on. It was extremely loud. Despite this, I still enjoyed the stay and the comfort of the bed is what’s most important: 5 stars! I would stay again!

All of the staff was exceptional, except one very rude lady helping at the bar. Rude! Rude! Rude! I'm from Texas and expected some southern hospitality. She had NONE. Instead of telling me that they were out of items mentioned on the drink menu, she just kept telling me NO! All she needed to say was they were out of the item. Finally, her gentleman co-worker spoke up and let me know the situation. The room was nice, but unfortunately, I faced the freeway and it was noisy. The hotel itself was quiet, no loud kids, etc... The property itself is definitely older. Carpet, paint, etc. The lobby is gorgeous, big, and very posh! Note- There is NO continental breakfast! You pay for everything!!! I tried to order room service thru their app the first night I arrived and of course it would not take my order because it said my room number did not exist! I tried it 4 times! I made sure I was using my correct room number. This was extremely frustrating.

Mary of customer service was next level and exemplified what it is about. Anove and beyond and sincere genuine enjoyment of her job. Luis as well was exemplary and complimentary. A wonderful way to be welcomed home during our stay.

This hotel has beyond poor customer service. We had to be proactive and ask questions regarding parking to avoid towing, figure out what was included as far as amenities on our own, as they weren’t explained upon checking in, and consistently had to follow up regarding a clogged sink. Eventually, we were switched to another room after four calls over an hour timeframe to the front desk and speaking with another representative. We were still further inconvenienced after getting switched. It was a very terrible experience after driving 8 hours. We received a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. However, we don’t eat breakfast, so it didn’t smooth anything over. The second room’s carpet was stained bad and had a slight odor. We will never book here again.

Due to a severe storm, the electricity in the hotel went out. Due to this, we had to check out of the hotel a day early. We were told that we would not get charged for the extra night. We had to walk up four flights of stairs then down four flights of stairs several times with several pieces of luggage. The hotel employee by the name of Gwen was very, very rude. Even our first night at the hotel, the air conditioning unit made so much noise we could not sleep. We requested a room change and Gwen told us, in a very unprofessional manner, that nothing was available. We then called back and spoke to Mary and she was to get us another room. Mary was very nice and professional.

Had the best experience at this property. I had to travel for work here and Michelle was the first person who took great care of all of my needs. She was attentive, even while managing many roles in the late evening. The gentleman the next day was just as nice and I even had an impromptu tour from the sales manager. Everyone I encountered at this property was great and the room was exactly what I needed as well. Plenty of space, clean, and an overall great experience!

Very nice hotel. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Lobby was nice as well as the lobby bar. They have a Starbucks at the bar which is cool. The bartender was nice and attentive. Gwen at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She checked us into our room as early as possible without any hassle. She was extremely helpful. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again!

Enjoyed the stay for the most part. The location is right beside a busy highway so it does get loud, especially in the evening. The woman working the front desk wasn’t the friendliest person .. but she did get me checked in and out in a timely manner. I just always believe that working in hospitality, you should come across or atleast TRY to come across as welcoming, friendly, etc. The hotel gets the job done when all other hotels are busy but will stick to Embassy hotels from now on.

Really like this property for our stay. Clean, good parking, near the outlets and multiple shopping locations. Bed was comfortable. I didn’t have a drink there but saw several folks sitting at the bar watching a game and having drinks. Nice lobby area.

Let me first start off by saying I love this property. The room I has was very nice and very roomy. The staff was great, 5 stars all around. The only negative I have is that on the side my room was located was the highway and it just seemed some of the cars were extremely loud at night. It's possible it wasn't any louder and I'm just not used to hearing them like that. But even with that, it's still a great location.

The dinner was surprisingly good. The brisket sandwich was off the charts. They originally gave me a room knowingly with a VERY noisy air conditioning. They agreed to change it but was this room even made available? But very nice people. Nice room and great shower.

Van service to and from the airport was excellent - courteous, on time and accommodating. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. BUT, without renting a car, there are zero options for meals other than a VERY limited Starbucks processed breakfast in a bag and poor dinner options of basic, tasteless entrees. Stark seating and decor, cold and uninviting.

I had a good stay I was disappointed in the fact I was not told to get coupons for breakfast my daughter paid for coffee and muffin every morning via Starbucks in the lobby and never once did anyone tell her that we were suppose to get coupons to cover our breakfast so we paid 30 dollars every day we were there ? So lack of communication I guess ! The rest of it was nice the people were very nice !
