The pool was cold and the hot tube didn't work.

Hop tub out of order. Pool freezing cold. Listened to staff fighting with each other in the halls. Would not recommend.

The room 2 Queen, 1 Bath, ground floor. The mattresses appeared older, stained. General musty smell that A/C reduced, but didn't completely remove while we were there. Not great for the chronic respiratory issues. Hinge over part of security bolt on the door was broken in half, loosely screwed into the wall. 3 adults and 1 child (7 y.o.) on reservation, towels in bathroom for only 3 people. The in room coffee maker failed to work. There were grimy places along the bases. Room gave feeling of needing a deep cleaning. Pool area: grimy, black film on pool bottom. Pool is NOT deep, 3ft (shallow end) to 5 ft (deep end.) Hot tub was out of order. It may be the type of carpet, but in general the carpeted floors felt crunchy. Might need a good shampoo? Breakfast area looked generally clean, except for the mold in the interior of the milk/yogurt refrigerator. Bottom corner, left side in back. Eggs were powdered type, typical of economy hotels. A lot of Wheat, gluten, and carbohydrate offerings. Anyone with dietary concerns may want to plan to go to a restaurant. Reservations were at reduced rate, but I still expect cleanliness, amenities to work and be in good repair.

Pictures look ok online but this place is run down. The pool was so dirty you could barely see the bottom, hot tub was out of order. No towels in the pool so we had to use the bath towels. There were homeless people or drug addicts across the street. Breakfast was ok. I would not stay here again.

Friendly staff .clean great breakfast was looking forward to hot tub after long drive and it was not in service and pool was very cold.

The pool was ice cold and I am not exaggerating. The hot tub was not up and functioning because the manager basically told us he didn’t feel like it. Then in our room we finally had hot water for showers after our third shower. To say the least this was the worst stay in a hotel for us in a long time especially when our kids were looking forward to a winter getaway to a pool and hot tub. To say the least we will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

other than our room didn't have any blackout curtains so the sun woke us up everything else was good. bathroom is small and i couldn't close the door because of my wheelchair. other than that bed was nice blankets were great staff was friendly.. fyi pool & hot tub aren't working. we didn't get there in time to use them but they are out of order

The room smelled like smoke upon arrival; AC unit did not work at all; there was a cockroach that was running around the room. I would give 0 stars if possible and recommend to not stay at this place regardless of cost. Worst hotel in Sioux Falls

Room was clean,staff was pleasant, breakfast was good.

We walked into our room and there was a cockroach crawling on the wall behind the tv.

The staff was great, checking in and out was fast and easy. Unfortunately, my room was not as desired. The bathroom had large areas of mold under the sink and in the shower. Dead Bugs in the window and the painting over the desk, also large areas of the ceiling paint was buckled and chipping in the shower. The room had cigarette residue smell to it as well. Since I was only staying one night and exhausted I stuck it out. But definitely not what I expected.

Moldy shower. Mildew smell in entire room and bed. Not able to check out the front door when I left for early flight. They left phone # to call, but no answer on 3 different calls. And this all costs 250 dollars more or less. This place should be condemned. Almost left and stayed on an airport couch

This is an older hotel that is a appears to be nice on the exterior and the staff is nice if you run into one that speaks English. I stayed there for 2 nights and on the first night i noticed a couple bites on my arms and figured they were from late season mosquitos or maybe some fleas from my friends new puppy but sadly no. The second night me and my lady friend were there i started getting bit by something. My girl then noticed a bed bug the size of a tic. As i looked across the bed, i noticed a second one. We grabbed tissues and put them in small zip lock bags and gtfo of there. The staff was nothing but difficult and in denial. They refunded me for one night and I'm disputing the second

The area is a little rough and the outside appearance of the property is run down. However, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. This is definitely a dated property but works well if you need a quick place to sleep.

Good value for the price. The bed was comfortable. The room did smell slightly musty

Motel was ok but it is getting old.

Super staff when checking in, they explained everything in detail. The room was very clean and beds are comfortable, there was a microwave, refridge and coffee maker in the room. The only draw back was the very small bathroom.

Our room smelled stale. The faucets in the bathroom sink and tub leaked. The picture in the room, the glass was cracked. We could here the people above us most of the night. Cars coming were very loud.

Friendly staff. Bathrooms are tiny and the toilet doesn’t want to flush sometimes. There was construction going on nearby so it was a bit noisy. Continental breakfast wasn’t very tasty.

From the begining there were issues. We chose pay at property because we werent sure what csrd we wanted to use. They ran the card on file before we ever arrived. They did refund it and used the card we wanted to but the funds wernt available until the next day. Next, no wifi in the rooms. At all. They said there was wifi in the lobby near the router but nowhere else. The description of the hotel says free wifi in the rooms, so that was a lie. Very dated room, very string piney cleansor smell, no usb ports, very worn mattresses, food left in the fridge, cracks in the bathtub and the bathroom is so small you have practically get in the tub to shut the door. We normslly stay at the other Quality Inn but they were booked so we felt ok about this on but we were wrong. If we could have found another room we would have.

The place is clean and you can tell they make an effort to make it look it’s best and to provide a great service. It is indeed in a dead end street so it’s quiet but I never felt unsafe because there’s plenty of well known hotels of different higher categories nearby. Breakfast was good; nothing fancy but I enjoyed it. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, quakers oatmeal, bread and muffins, juices, coffee are the options I remember. Room was clean and furniture is updated and in good shape. Building is old, but doesn’t feel run down, just dated. Beds are comfy. Cons: tiny bathroom. Hot tub in pool area was out of service but the hotel doesn’t promote having one on expedia so you’re not getting deceived at all. Parking is easy; I always found great spots. Lots of pillows but I like thinner pillows. In general, it’s a good place to stay on a budget. I’m a hotel snob, so coming from me, this is surprising for me to leave a good review for a two star hotel, but I was impressed on how pleasant staying here was. I recommend it!

The a/c did not work properly and had to keep unplugging and resetting . There was not a mole or co2 alarm in the room. It was removed /

Front desk person was rude. Followed us to our room.. and just stood out in the hallway and watched us go into the room..very bad smell in the room..was burning our eyes. Very dirty everywhere..microwave had dried up food all over the front of it.

I want to start this off by saying, we are not picky about hotels. We know it’s affordable lodging, but this was awful. First, we arrived at the hotel and they mentioned an $80 charge to hold on your credit card for “incidentals.” We are super clean and would never leave a hotel room a mess. The charge actually posted on the account and when I called to check on it three days later, the man was very rude and unpleasant and said it would come off eventually and he “explained this before.” I have never had a hotel charge the card where it actually went through and has to be refunded later. Still waiting on the refund. Doubt we will get it. Next, when we got back to the hotel after going out, we ordered a pizza from the pizza place that was advertised in the room. I went down to the front desk, and what looked like the entire family of the owners/managers were eating supper in the breakfast area. That was no issue to me, however, I asked for a couple paper plates and silverware, and they said they didn’t have any (we never have this issue at hotels, usually the front desk staff just grabs us a couple from the breakfast area.) The front desk lady dug around in the cupboard behind the front desk and came up with some questionable paper plates that were clearly different than what was available during breakfast the next morning. She also said there were no forks and we couldn’t have any. I don’t expect a lot, but I didn’t think a plastic fork would be an issue.

We had a very lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Room was clean and very quiet, no issues with noisy neighbors. Breakfast had lots of options. Would definitely stay again!!

The young woman working the desk did everything in her power to resolve some issues with my room in a very pleasant and helpful manner.

As always our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Check in was quick and the people there are very friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

This was just a quick trip to establish residency and didn't want to spend a ton on a hotel since we were only going to be there to sleep. Hotel and rooms were clean. Bathroom small but served it's purpose. Pool area looked clean but we didn't use. Staff very friendly and extremely accommodating.

Staff didn’t service the room on day 2. Took dogs out & still didn’t service the room without complaining to the front desk. Then didn’t clean the sink or stool. Had to get my own towels from front desk. Hot tub shut down day 2 with no reason given.

Excellent customer service

Staff were friendly, however there was zero housekeeping while staying there for three nights. Top comforter was stained, no garbage removed, I had to go ask the front desk for coffee pods for the coffee maker. The breakfast was okay, but minimal selection and some things were expired. Walls were badly worn and damaged, as was areas of the carpet. Be aware that you will likely never see a refund of your damage deposit as they full charge it and I never got it back with no explanation why. I don't recommend staying here unless in a pinch.

hotel said they needed a car and charged $50 as a deposit and then didn't take it off after we left.

I have zero complaints about the room, the noise, the breakfast, cleanliness. Very happy with that. The shady hotels nearby is what worries me.

Easy check-in. Nice size room. Good access to highway.

Access was difficult due to construction, but that became an advantage - quiet location and economical rate.

There is an "inn" right next door that is very rundown (to put it mildly.) Our stay was okay, but i wouldnt stay there again. If you choose to stay there make sure you have a birds eye view of your car.

Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable accommodation, adequate Continental breakfast. Major road construction made it challenging to enter the property.

Very confusing how to turn to get to property

Two bus routes nearby running to downtown, TONS of food and shopping choices nearby and right next to a highway exit. Nice condition rooms with all the extras- microwave, fridge, indoor pool and breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal & bagels and juices

The gravy for biscuits and gravy was cold. Only one flavor of yogurt. The room smelt musty/moldy and being tried to be covered up by an air freshener. The shower wasn’t siliconed around the faucet allowing water behind the shower liner. Looked like water damage in the ceiling. Disappointed in how it’s deteriorated since the last time I stayed there.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable and clean room, great breakfast buffet. It was a fantastic experience overall!

Hallway stunk bad of smoke. Grounds around hotel needs serious attention. Lawn over taken with weeds and needed cut. Side doors didn’t lock. Breakfast terrible. Yogurt was outdated, waffles were the only good item. Definitely not worth the money spent.

The breakfast looked and was old , there was no coffee at 7am on a Monday morning the juice was watered down and so was the waffle mix. The toilet water ran every 10 minutes to refill it self. There was plastic wrap over all of the outside windows.

Could be cleaner and breakfast they were out of 3 of 4 juices
