ClubHouse Hotel Sioux Falls

Property was excellent. Very clean and updated furnishings. They had a fantastic pool, fire pits, yard games, and workout room. Breakfast was hot continental with lots of delicious options. Would definitely stay their again.

Due to construction on the property parking was very limited and we ended up parking in an unsecure area.

Clean room and a nice pool, attached restaurant is nice.

Great pool for little kids and a great breakfast! Had to get a new keycard almost every time we went back to our room.

Fantastic place to stay. Weekday happy hours. Free bikes to use on the trail behind the hotel. Free bottled water. Fire pits with wood that they will light up for you. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay.

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Room is clean and appears new. The restaurant/bar is attached, but is a separate facility. Seemed a little messy when I went in around 8:00 pm. We have a small dog and loved that there was a door to the outside at the back of our room. However, the sprinkler system had been on and the grass and sidewalks were soaked- literally inches of standing water at 8:30pm. Kind of a mess. Location is good, but is not downtown.

The pool and hot tub were a hit. The fire pits were awesome. Bike trails too!!

A lot of highlights to the property. Very new feel, nice common areas, kid, friendly pool, restaurant on premise and free breakfast, free drink at happy hour, and free transportation around the area. Highly recommend

Great place to stay. Swimming area is great for kiddos. Water a little chili but kids didn’t care. Highly recommended

Everything was very nice and clean

Clean and comfortable facilities. Friendly staff. Lovely “backyard” that looks out on a green space and trail where you can have a drink/snacks and relax.

Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. Week-night happy hour and hot breakfasts were a bonus. Nice outdoor seating area. Very clean; not a spec of dust on the window sills or the very ornate stair railings. Highly recommend this hotel.

Not the cleanest room a little run down

The property and room was clean and nice looking. The restaurant was nice and convenient. Our room smelled like sewer gas and we had to open a window all night and it was super hot, had to turn the air conditioner on even though it’s winter time.

My family members and my immediate family have been staying at the Clubhouse since it opened. We use it as a place to convene when we fly in from overseas. It had been 2 years since we stayed here and our whole family agreed that this hotel has gone downhill. It certainly is not value for the price you pay. The staff at check-in were lovely and met our needs for a roll away bed and we really appreciate that. They also lit the fire for us so we could sit in at the fire pit which was lovely and much appreciated. The cons are the rooms are looking very tired. Shower had no water pressure, not clean- hair in bath and mold /mildew buildup. Floors looked like they needed a good vacuum under desk. Towels were frayed and thin. My sister’s room smelled awful and similar issues with worn, needed a good clean and her air conditioning did not work properly- kept shutting off. It was only one night so we didn’t complain. Probably the worst part of our experience was the very poor quality breakfast- nothing left at 8am on a Monday. The lady working there was extremely abrasive and unhelpful. No water. Very dried out food that needed changing. It was the worst we’ve seen in ages. Sioux Falls now has several other nice new options and we just had a great experience at a new hotel close by that was priced more reasonably and also clean and new. I’d look elsewhere- not our usual stay that we’d had for many years. Big disappointment!

I booked this for the pool, waterslide, sprinkler pad for my 8 year old to play in while i soaked in the hot tub. I have stayed in some run down hotels with sketchy pool situations but this was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. First red flag: Our throat and eyes instantly burned upon opening the door to the pool area. 2nd red flag: Once we went in, the pool was murky and the hot tub was filled with foam. Because another family was in there, it was extremely difficult to turn around with my strong-willed and excited kid so i allowed her to slide down the water slide a few times. This was a bad judgement call on my end because by the time we returned to our hotel room, she had serious wheezing, coughing, and was feeling lightheaded/faint. I can’t believe these facilities were open. It took all night for this to clear up.

The room was very clean and the entire hotel was well maintained! The staff was very kind as well

It's clean and conveniently located. The pillows are awful. Far too thick for comfortable sleep. Bring your own!

The stay at the Clubhouse was a really nice experience. The staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, bed and pillows were really comfy. The only complaint we had was a lot of road noise most of the night. Might want to pack ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

We got a room on ground level that had a door with access directly outside which was extremely convenient for hauling everything in and out. We were able to park directly in front of our room.

Ceilings and walls are super thin. It sounded like a party above and next to us every night. You could hear everything going on.

Spacious common areas, pool, shuttle, clean comfortable rooms (with the exception of the barn door closure for the bathroom - literally no privacy). Friendly staff and great location.

A great room and very clean! A bit noisy at night as we could hear the parking lot and the people in the hall. Comfortable stay overall.

Clean and spacious rooms - great. Their TV/Infotainment options are poor. There’s no way to cast your device directly to the TVs to play downloaded content without a HDMI cord. There’s no access to streaming services and their channel selections had commercials every ten minutes.

Room spaces were large, bed very comfortable, staff friendly, and breakfast was good too.

My first night was great, great night of sleep. Following night there were kids from a track meet staying at the hotel. They were running, banging, slamming doors, yelling and just out of control for hours from 8:30 - 11:45. I called the front desk, and I was told the quiet hour starts at 11:00?? After 11pm, the kids were now older and louder having races in the hall and yelling. The door slamming continued until after 1:00am. I notified the front desk in the morning about this, I was not greeted well since I had already called them and was not getting a response, so I ended the call. I was told they would look into maybe something being done and that a manager (who was not present would call me). So far no call.

I accidentally left an item behind and the hotel called me and asked if I wanted it mailed back to me. I have NEVER had a hotel do that. That’s customer service!

We were in town for Disney on Ice, and it was so fun seeing all the little princesses running around — including our own! We stay here any time we’re in Sioux Falls, and once again our stay was great. We didn’t opt for housekeeping this time, which was totally fine. We were able to go down and grab a couple of extra towels without any issue. My husband accidentally left his jacket at the pool, and thankfully we received a call from the front desk — at midnight, no less — letting us know they had found it along with some keys and a wallet. Even though it was late, they chose to call so we wouldn’t wake up worried, and we really appreciated that. Great job, folks! Breakfast was booming, and the team did an excellent job keeping things clean and well stocked — no easy task with such a crowd. Thank you for another great stay. We’ll be back again!

I requested room service, towels three times but never received the service. I had to go yo the front desk and pick some towels myself. This was disappointing

We went for rock the country and Tanner was excellent in communication with us for shuttle service. I’m sure he put up w a lot that weekend!! Very nice and hospitable!!!

Good location close to most attractions

This hotel is close to a movie theater as well as some really good restaurants. If I need to stay overnight in Sioux Falls again, I will be staying here.

My wife and I stayed one night on our way to Yellowstone National Park and loved it!!! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants. For those who like to run, bike or just go for long walks there is a track located behind the hotel. As for the rooms, they are very modern with several amenities and comfortable beds. My wife and I will definitely stay here again when we journey back to South Dakota.

The property and the room was really clean and had such easy access. It was in a great location to go anywhere in Sioux Falls. Staff was friendly and polite. The grounds were very well maintained and clean as well. Definitely our go to place in Sioux Falls.

This hotel was wonderful! My family road tripped across the country and we were so excited we booked this one! Johnny carinos is attached to the hotel and convenient. The pool was so fun for the kids. The laundry facility was convenient! The breakfast was great! The lady who serves and cooks it, really goes above and beyond! We appreciated it so much! What a beautiful place to stay! We bought s’mores kits and sat outside to roast. We saw fireflies! Beautiful memories made here ❤️

The room itself was as expected. But everytime we left our room our room key needed to be rekeyed. On the 5th time we just gave up and left. Breakfast was a big disappointment as we were there at 9 am, an hour before it was suppose to be over. We waited for sausage for 1/2 hour before being told they were out of sausage after being told they were making more. There was also no pastries of any kind, the yogurt was also almost cleaned out and we waited for a long time to get a few scrambeled eggs. All in all a big disappointment for an overpriced room.

Breakfast variety was good, food was not very warm. Property is fairly well kept but showing its age a little bit. Lobby is inviting and welcoming. Staff were pleasant. Pool could use some quiet hours for adults. Room towels are wonderful. Pool towels are really small.

The front desk upon arrival was great and very conversational! Also the breakfast had a wide variety of things to chose from and the breakfast staff was very pleasant to visit with!And the toppings for the waffles were great..we had stayed at two previous hotels with the same waffles and had no extras and you offered strawberries, chocolate chips, and whipped topping!! Soooo good and the biscuits and gravy were excellent too!! Very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Here before surgery the next morning, loved being attached to the Italian restaurant.
