The room wasn’t ready at check-in, the toilet had feces all along the back rim, there was hair all over in the bathtub and bathroom floor, the hair product containers were empty and the room had a very musty smell. The elevator button panel was hanging open and the stick-on tiling in the elevator was held on with packing tape. The pictures online looked so good. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Elevator was small and sounded really rough. The floor was also very dirty. However our room was clean and it was fine for just staying over night. We had a small microwave and fridge ( no freezer) which was nice.

The room was very nice. We liked the suite. Bathroom was a little cramped and the mattress on the bed left something to be desired. The hot tub and pool were good. And the choices for the breakfast were great.

Many times at places that offer free breakfast, it isn't worth eating. Not here! Breakfast was very tasty and there were plenty of options. The person that took care of this area was very meticulous about keeping the area clean and well stocked. The rooms were clean and quiet! My only negative was that the hot tub was so hot, it was hard to stay in it more than 10 minutes without sitting on the side, but it still felt good and the pool area was very clean as well.

Got charged a $250 smoking fee when i never smoked in the room. Entire hallway and elevators reeked of marijuana. Front desk Staff was not helpful and the general manager was not available when staff told us she would be. Beds were uncomfortable. Got in trouble and asked to be quiet when we were only unpacking and moving luggage. Terrible experience and stay.

This was my 3rd time staying at this property. Previous experiences were great. Beds are comfortable & rooms are clean. The heater in our room this time was very loud & it was hot in the room, even with it off. I ended up turning it off, even though it was below zero outside. It was very snowy outside, and with tracked snow it was wet at entry & very slippery. I almost fell multiple times. More floor mats were needed.

Check in area was not manned upon arrival. After a 10-15 minute wait we were greeted and checked in. We were told we would recieve the upgrade due to Bonvoy status and were booked in a handicap room that did not have the basic suite layout we were expecting from Fairfield Inn and Suites

The hotel as a whole was nice, not the best I’ve stayed in but certainly far from the worst. It was a little challenging to get there as it is tucked in the back of a mall parking lot that was full of potholes. Not sure that I would stay at this particular hotel given the options available in this area.
