Excellent experience. Very impressed. The breakfast every morning is impressive and delicious and such a great way to start the day. There’s a hot tub and pool. The place is very clean and nicely done. Beds are very comfortable. The room was very large and the ceilings were high. Felt very spacious. The kitchen had a conduction stovetop, fridge, microwave, a dishwasher, and the cupboards had all the plates and pots and pans and utensils you’d need. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Excellent service. Literally already booking another stay there after writing this review. I travel all the time for work and have stayed in hotels of all types all over the country, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s not super fancy, but I found it more comfortable than most of the very expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast really puts it over the top.

The place was one of the nicest places we've stayed in years. The rooms were large and quiet. There was a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only minor downside is that the pool and hot tub are a little small, so when you get more than 1 or 2 families in there it gets pretty tight and loud.

Several exposed electrical wiring units in courtyard from ground level broken yard lights was the biggest item. What a hazard to any child who happen to pull on the wires. Plugged kitchen sink with inoperable disposal, open service panel on in-room air conditioner unit was also special.

We were welcomed by rude staff, I wish I had known the pool and fitness room was being renovated we would have stayed elsewhere. The room was very clean, but our air conditioner was not working. The front staff told us they would call someone. They never did, and we were also told the next morning we could not have any discount on our room as we paid via the Expedia

A lot of outside construction going on….a lot of nails and screws were laying all over the parking area…can easily pick up a flat tire! Pool area was very small and not much seating. Hot tub didn’t work. The pull out couch was nothing but springs. Felt bad for our older kid that got stuck sleeping on it. Definitely needs updating

It is being renovated and really needs it. Our room had stained and torn upholstery. The garbage disposal didn’t work, and only one burner on the 2 burner stove worked. The spa worked the first day but went out the second day-apparently needed a new motor. The staff was helpful though, and the breakfast was good.

Overall wonderful Hilton stay. We found ourselves somewhat stranded at this hotel due to the cold, windy weather / closed roads and we really made a terrific choice. As a very frequent Hilton user, I specifically did not use membership or points and was curious if there would be a difference in anything. I can report membership or lack there of did not seem to matter at all. Pool / Hot Tub very nice. Breakfast was really quite fabulous. Service was exceptional from breakfast staff and front desk. Everyone else we encountered were friendly and seemed they would have helped us if we needed anything. Room was clean and quite comfortable with only item of worn out / chipped dishes provided, but I am sure these are difficult to keep looking nice and few people probably ever use or notice. Only possible other knock was I noticed the exterior siding was completely falling off below the windows, which had no actual bearing on our stay besides the appearance of possible maintenance issues. I would assume they will be fixing when the weather cooperates.

The facility was clean, but the room was not clean by par. There was a diabetic test strip with blood on it sitting right in front of the vanity sink. There was areas of the carpet that was not vacuumed. There was tears in the curtains shears. There was no shears on the window for the living room to block the sunlight out, there was toys left in the bedroom at the base of the bed from a possible previous guest. The amenities were downsized in the room and not enough amenities for five people. There was five people on our reservation and only two areas for people to sleep so the fifth person had to sleep in a chair when we contacted the front desk , they said they did not have a rollaway bed or to accommodate the person, but they did give a bed in a bag and the other person had to sleep in a chair with a pillow and blanket. We have stayed at this facility before in the past and was very pleased with it that we chose this time, but this time around, we were very pleased with it. It was also food stuck to the dishes in the kitchen area , just not a enjoyable stay as we expected from our previous visit to this facility

The room was very clean. The internet was not too good and being able to cast your devices to the tv was complicated and was not nit able to do it. Very comfortable room. They have a suite with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms plus a pull out couch. Full mini kitchen.

Clean and spacious rooms!! The continental breakfast was one of the most diverse and delicious breakfasts I’ve had and I’ve stayed at many!! Only complaint is the beds were too firm for me, but that’s a personal issue not the hotel’s. However, probably the best hotel pillows I’ve ever experienced. We will definitely stay there again!

I travel for work and stay in hotels all over SD, MN, IA, NE, WY and ND dependingon the week. This bedroom suite was absolutely amazing, definitely more room then i needed but also was very nice to have the different options of areas it provided. Bed was comfortable and the comforter and cover were very soft and cozy. The room had a very homie feel and didnt feel like a hotel room at all. Very satisfied with my stay

Arrived after 3pm and the room still wasn't ready. The staff was rude. The building is going through remodeling outside which is desperately needed but they've neglected the lawn and parking lot. There's holes in the gravel and the grass is over grown and unkept. This hotel also has an extra charge for if you purchase something at the "store" they have. They charge you just in case you want some overpriced items they have which is ridiculous to me. This hotel is really outdated. The rooms inside are old with dirty torn and stained furniture.

I travel a lot, domestically and internationally. This has got to be one of the beat places I've stayed in a long time. Staff: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was in Sioux Falls to get SD residency and DMV requested a tweak in my hotel receipt- the front desk email it to me while on the phone! Everyone I encountered from front desk to the manager's night/breakfast host to housekeepers were genuinely nice. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The placeis newly renovated. Parking lot: I was towing a Uhaul trailer and there was easy and ample pull-through spots. Food: We were suprised by a special manager's social one evening and it was delicious. Breakfast had the usuals, plus American tacos and roast potatoes (plus eggs, sausage, various toppings, yogurt, etc). Walkable: It's right by a few places to walk for food- important when towing a trailer! I didn’t swim, but did check out the piol and it was clean and warm. The suite was well-appinted and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the couch. The large TV was on a movable arm. Strong Wifi. Large shower with great water pressure and hot water. It wss very quiet- I couldn't hear my neighbors or people in the hallway.

I believe this was more on the fault of Expedia than of the hotel. Expedia made it seem as if the room that had the jacuzzi in it was available, so that is what I booked, but that was not the room we received. When we asked the hotel staff about that, they said that the jacuzzi room is in high demand for a long time, and that they are actually going to discontinue the jacuzzi room because finding parts to fix the jacuzzi isn't worth it. Otherwise the hotel was great and the breakfast was amazing, but if I would have known that there wasn't going to be the jacuzzi in the bedroom, I would have booked a cheaper room. The hotel staff said that they couldn't do anything about refunding me or even switching me to a cheaper room (the hotel was completely booked for the holiday weekend) because I had booked through Expedia and not through them, their hands were tied.

I arrived early and got an upgrade in my room because it was ready to go. Very nice suite. Very great breakfast, many choices, went back for seconds. Overall best hotel I’ve stayed in. I’m usually a cheap guy but no more. Hilton is my choice from now on!
