It was a nice stay for a night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel next door had some people being a little loud outside but I guess that is to be expected on a Friday night. The only down fall was the pool being closed for repair. I wish I would have known that before booking a non refundable room.

We booked this for a family weekend getaway. The pool and hot tub were closed (& according to signs had been closed over a month). This information wasn’t available through the booking or hotel website. We would not have booked this hotel had we known that. It’s why we were staying at a hotel!

We have had a great experience at the Sioux City Staybridge, so I selected this location in Sioux Falls. I think this location is needing some upkeep though. The laminate wood floor is peeling up in the rooms, creating a dangerous trip hazard for my elderly dad. When I booked a room, I also didn't know that the pool was closed for long term maintenance (all month long). I would not have booked this room if I knew that.

Very spacious with comfortable beds. Hot tub was HOT! We ended up changing our reservation for the following night to stay at another Staybridge because of how much we enjoyed our stay here! They even had a social hour with chicken, waffles, and adult beverages for their guests. (They do this I believe Monday through Wednesday nights) highly recommend.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool and hot tub were not very busy. The courtyard outside looked inviting with grills and seating areas, but we did not venture out as it was December. Location was close to many shopping and dining options with ready access to the interstate.

Check-in was very smooth! They held a social from 5-7pm and I thought that was a great addition to the stay! We loved the room and how spacious it was. The pool area was a hit with the kids and I enjoyed the hot tub. Overall, we had a great stay!

Decent proprty. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was almost unusable due to the amount of chlorine in the air. I grew up swimming competitively so I'm used to chlorine but this was excessive.

Oct. 28, 2023 room 121 Visibility the hotel was clean. Our room was clean and neat, however our room had a terribly strong mold/mildew smell. We didnt get into our room until midnight, so switching room was not an option. Told the lady at the front desk, but she didnt seem to care much. She said the room just had new carpet and toilet installed, still not sure why that would create a moldy smell if there wasnt a presence of mold somewhere. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

The room was filthy and smelled awful. The closet door was broken off the hinges, the floors were peeling up (carpet and hard flooring), there was debris around the edges of the bathroom floors, the dishwaser rack was broken and had fallen in on the oscillator (so the dishes weren't sanitary), the dishwasher was full of dishes, the couch bed mattress was terribly stained, the mattress cover for the couch bed was deteriorating, the upholstery was worn through on the furniture, and there was dried blood on one of the handles of the bathroom sink. The desk staff was friendly at check-in, but the custodial staff refused to move for us as we would walk down the hallways and not a single one of them even acknowledged our existence while we were attempting to walk around their cleaning carts. The critical health violations alone would make me hesitate to book a Staybridge Room again, but definitely never here.

It was a nice hotel, nice outdoor area. The room was clean, however, the was a musty smell to it. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Wouldn’t recommend the continental breakfast, just the coffee.

Booking service had overbooked the size of room needed. Hotel accommodated the best they could. Shower had mold. But, very quiet hotel. Clean for the most part. Pull out beds are always uncomfortable but this one needed the mattress replaced and some TLC.

The hotel is in good area which is close to restaurants and shopping malls. However, this hotel is not clean at all. It even has some poop left in the toilet. I have to call the front desk and have someone come in to clean the bathroom. Also, there are dirt everywhere in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The two-bedroom suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Loved that it had two bathrooms too. The continental breakfast was very good and had several options. The outside patio had a gas fireplace and plenty of seating. The pool area and hot tub weren't overcrowded even though we stayed on a holiday weekend. We had the area to ourselves for quite some time which was nice. The location was great and convenient.

Rebecca greeted me at the front desk with a warm welcome. I was checked in quickly. I told her my first time staying here, and chose it due to the reviews on line. The room was excellent! Clean, very comfortable bed linins and great kitchen area. Elevator was quick and efficient. I did not have breakfast (meeting my son for early lunch ) Location was easy to find and the outside grounds looked very nice. Location is close to restaurants, shopping, gas stations and interstate. Check out was just as easy.

Desk person didn’t know what she was doing. Tried to charge my card even though I paid through Expedia already! Train your staff better. Caused an ill, elderly lady to wait for too long while trying to figure out how to check us in!

There was a line of people waiting to check in. Both employees were on the phone. A gentleman finally spoke up after waiting a minimum of 15 minutes. Staff member put callers on hold and took care of customers in the area but only after became upset and called them out.

Great Hotel in a great a area. Close to lots of shopping and places to eat. Great parking and lots of area for dogs to go on walks. The interstate is a little loud, but you cant hear it in the hotel. And I kinda like the noise.

The hotel was situated around numerous restaurants, dept stores and even a mall walking distance from the hotel. If I'm ever in Sioux Falls, South Dakota again in need of a place to stay I will definitely be booking with Staybridge Suites.

Really appreciated the food/ drink provided at the reception during the week. Nice clean bedding. Comfortable beds. I like that they have reusable dishes - cuts down on all the waste. Best breakfast from the hotels we were at on this trip.

I liked everything about the Staybridge. The rooms are very nice and cozy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.I love the kitchens and was happy there was a full size coffee maker in my room. The breakfasts that were served the 2 mornings I was there were excellent.
