Pool was closed for maintenence so was very upset about that. Floors were very very dirty! Was not happy having black feet after u just clean your feet. Housekeeping needs to mop the floors!!! Asked for extra blankets thay told us they were out. Got no discounted rate. Very unhappy. Wont be back.

Dirty towel not from hotel left on back of bathroom door. Hotel towels were dirty and stained. Bedsheets and pillow cases looked dirty. Ice machine doesn’t work. Saved $20 by getting room there, wasted $90 by getting room there.

Checked in quickly. After a long cold wet day on the motorcycle, it was nice to park right outside the door and turn the heat up! Room is clean and smells fresh, a little "worn" but everything works. We'd stay again.

A place best stayed away from. Obviously, no one in ownership or management cares about the appearance. Run down rooms look old and tired, should probably be torn down. Town closed up up 8 PM, only dining option was Shoneys.No breakfast. No laundry facilities.

Was highly disappointed that the pool was not opened . Looked to still have the winter cover on it. Pillows were horrible . We book the same hotel every time we are in town & have had better accomodations in years past.

Hotel has pool which has been closed for years. The free breakfast advertised is coffee and granola bars. When I went to the front desk to request another wash cloth I had to bring another wash cloth back LOL.

Convenient parking in front of room. Room was dated, some blackness around toilet bottom and aging evidence. Otherwise a convenient stop for the price. Cat found an entry under bed to hide before leaving. Had to lift bed to get him out.

The floors in our room were very dirty! Not sure they have ever been properly cleaned! My feet were black! The rest of the room was clean so we did stay, but I made sure I wore my shoes when walking around the room!

Check in staff was great. She even found extra pillows for us. The room was in poor condition and in need of repair in several places. It seemed the springs in the sides of the bed were broken and you would roll off if you got too close to the side. The floor was swept but I walked in socks and my socks were filthy! Towels were a dingy yellow color instead of white. The coffee pot lid would not stay down and therefore would not make coffee. I would not stay there again and I am not a picky person.

Employees did not care about the quality of the facility. The room had roaches, holes in the walls, the walls were also dirty, terrible remodel job on the shower. Floors were sticky, cracks in the refrigerator. The pillows were stained and raggedy. The towels have holes in them, and the wash cloths were stained with yellow because the employee said they clean the ashtrays with them. Paid $70 for a room and was not aloud visitors even though I was visiting family and they were to come over and have dinner and exchange Christmas gifts. Coffee pot was dirty. When I was leaving the facility housekeeping carried around one rag from room to room. If I could have gotten a refund I would have left within five minutes of viewing my room. Please do not stay here, it is not worth it. I have pictures of all the above complaints.

Breakfast was a joke, you could get a granola bar or a muffin and a coffee or a “juice” The bare minimum to “qualify”. Rooms were painted by a toddler I’d guess. Room was clean but not really clean. 3 very small pillows on a king size bed was a joke. Tv had lines running through it and was unwatchable.

The woman at the front desk is very sweet & friendly but the man is a jerk. Don't expect much for the continental breakfast as they only had muffins and granola bars, we tried to take our son something back to the room and the man came out yelling at us and told us no we couldn't do that. Our room was decent.

We have family in the area and every time we come to visit, we stay here at least one night. The rooms are always clean and fully stocked with all the amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, and coffee is provided. The staff is always friendly. They do have a free breakfast. However, it is only small blueberry and chocolate chip muffins and granola bars are you talking to you and coffee and apple juice to drink.

When I first arrived to Check-in. I waited for almost 10 minutes before anybody came to the front desk. When we got to our room, our phone didn't work. One of our lights didn't work. There's collected dirt around the floor edges. We had to clean the shower ourselves to use it. And it took forever to get hot water to the shower.

We stayed in room 215 and were greatly disappointed: The toilet would not flush; had to get a plunger, which didn’t work. My wife requested another room, but Kamal Patel, the GM basically argued with her and tried to blame her for the plugged toilet, claiming she put some debris in it to cause it to get plugged. Patel is a sorry excuse for a GM. He finally gave us another room, after first claiming there were no more vacancies, which I don’t believe, given the fact that the parking lot was very empty. My wife requested a refund, but Patel declined her request. The woman who checked me in yesterday was very rude too. I request a refund of the cost for the room, given the pathetic nature of this motel stay and the very bad customer service.

We had to stop in the middle of the night with not many choices. The front desk guy was super helpful and very kind. Location is right off the highway. I thought the bed was very comfortable and the shower immediately had hot water. It’s an older motel, but it was a perfect stop.

I really really really hope i never have to stay here again. As i was putting belongs in my car atc10:30, they were physically knocking on my door telling me i had to be out by 11:00. I stayed for 3 nights and i would ask to exchange dirty towels for clean but they would ignore me and walk on only for them to come back a few hours later demanding to do a towel count.

Convenient to highway but not to food options. Room was OK but required a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially baseboards, entry door and floor. Liz, the evening desk attendant was most pleasant and helpful.

This Super 8 motel is good for paying a lower amount based on the cost of other motels. Our only negative is the web said this motel had a full breakfast but in fact only has coffee, juice and bakery items to take with you as you leave.

Great Location, near the interstate and Royal Blue and other ATV parks. Good price! Average clean. Coffee makers had not have place to plug in or didn't work. But 6-10 is breakfast and coffee time. They call a granola bar or tiny muffin breakfast. They run out of coffee and when I told them they said wait 30 minutes!! Both sitting in the foyer like they were evesdropping on our conversation in the lobby but did not make a move to make coffee.
