Staff very friendly. Parking could be a little tight. Rooms clean and comfortable. Convenient to several restaurants.

Not bad, but not great either. Located on a super busy road, small carpark, slightly rough crowd, room looked out on the barbed wire fence of the neighbouring storage facility and our room shared an interconnecting door with a noisy neighbour. Was clean enough, bed comfortable and water pressure pretty good. Breakfast was passable.

Friendly front desk staff. Room was clean. Parking was tight. Breakfast was not great. We were there for one night and had no issues.

I will stay again but I just did not like the parking. Everything else was fine.

Parking is a challenge if you return after 08:00 PM

It was much better than it looked from the location & outside appearance. The lobby was VERY small. Both times the front desk was VERY helpful. The hallways were okay, nothing great. BUT when we opened the door to our room! WE WERE VERY HAPPY! The mattresses were nice & firm, not saggy. The room was clean & had a FRESH fragrance not perfumy like the hallway. The towels were nicer than expected. The kleenex tissue wasn't soft. They could upgrade that. Just sayin'. The parking lot was SMALL but we didn't move our car the entire weekend. We were VERY happy with the room for the price. The hotel was close to a lot of things we wanted. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc. If we needed a room in Chattanooga again, we would consider Stay 2Night.

Very small parking lot, breakfast options very limited, building needs work, curb appeal is very low, very small bathroom, room was clean, bed slept good.

The only real "complaint" that I would have is limited parking. If you got back too late the lot would fill up very quickly. However due to the size of the property I know you can only do so much. Overall though, the experience was great. The manager Olivia was very professional and helpful. The room was bigger than expected. The beds were extremely comfortable. Houskeeping even organized our toiletries for us in the bathroom while we were out one day. Based on the price that was quoted one would think "This place is probably a dump". Obsolute opposite. The microwave and minifridge was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this place. We will stay here every time we come back to Chattanooga!

Room was clean, simple decor. Outside of building looks drab (old). However room is good. No pool, parking could be difficult, there were 2 spots left. Breakfast very simple juice, coffee, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal bars. Plenty of warm water and water preasure in shower. BED WAS A LITTLE HARD, BUT PILLOWS WERE GOOD. BED WAS CLEAN!. Was perfect for one night. We checked in at 10pm, and on the road by 7:15 am.

Need a larger parking lot .

Our experience at Stay2Night was less desirable than other hotels we have stayed at in Chatanooga. The room was very spacious but there is a clear neglect in maintaining the property both inside and out. Stairwells appeared to have not been power-washed in a long time. The same can be said of the carpeting in the hallways. Wall and doors in the hallways, exits and elevator were filthy. The staff was friendly, but my overall impression is that this hotel is rented out to guests who are staying long term.

Always clean rooms and bathrooms. Front desk service very good.

The rooms were very clean and hotel was quiet! Staff is incredible! Very close to numerous restaurants and shopping in case you forget anything. We came to town early for a concert so being close to these things was great! I’d definitely stay again and recommend!

It was very nice and clean.. the only isssue i had was the smell of pot in the hallway eveey day and it was a no smoking hotel.

The hotel outside and in the halls smelt nothing but marijuana. The room its self smelt clean luckily. It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel but that was a lie. We would have gotten a second night but due to the STRONG marijuana smell we opted on getting a room somewhere else. There’s no way the property managers couldn’t smell it.

What you see is what you get. The rooms are decently renovated, but the hallway gives motel vibes. The lobby and eating area are small, but it’s fine enough. We had 2 rooms. Both were relatively clean inside and furnished as pictured, but one was infested with ants. The chairs and couches need to be cleaned but beds were comfy. There’s free breakfast, but it ends at 9am. And they won’t extend checkout beyond 11:30. The staff was a bit testy and bordering on rude, but we made it through our 1 night with few issues. Book it if you need the most basic accommodations at a low price. Just call ahead and request a room without bugs.

Hotel and room were very clean. Check in was smooth and fast. Property condition and facilities was great and up there . As amenities they had breakfast which was big plus. Staff was so nice and friendly

The room was very nice spacious no issues with the room itself and the property was not bad at all and I got a decent rate for my stay but there were a lot of things I did not like as far as how loud it was being on the main road. There were kids inside the hotel that were running up and down the hallway talking/playing extremely loud. My room faced the road and when the outside light came on it shined directly into my room and was on all night long.. my room was also next to the vending machine ice machine elevator and stairs…..

The hotel was very noisy being on the main road. You have to go outside the lobby to get into the building. We stayed 2 nights, both nights had to have key reprogrammed. Lots of food choices within 5 minutes. The bed was extremely comfortable & the best part of the stay. The room was average for the price we paid. The pull out couch bed was awful, it was nothing but springs, so our 6year old slept in the king bed with us as nobody could sleep on those springs

Property was ok. I feel it was a bit overpriced for what was there. 1st floor smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, but 3rd was much better. Road was very noisy from inside the room but room itself did the job.

Staff was nice, room was very nice, can tell some parts of the room were worn down, but didn’t really affect us. Bed was comfortable, little loud in the hallways. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of towels, just stayed one night on our way down to Florida from Indiana

First room given to us was still dirty. Second room was clean but definitely not equal to the picture online. Breakfast was subpar to the point we just opted to go somewhere else for breakfast. Wall are thin; you can hear hall traffic and other rooms all night long. There is also a lot of outside noise pollution. Will not be staying again.

I stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and made no fuss when I wanted to switch to a different room. The room I originally had faced the street and it was extremely loud and noisy, especially with all the sirens from fire trucks/police cars the 2nd night I was there. I would recommend asking for a room in the back that faces the storage units. It was much quieter. They offered housekeeping every day and as a female solo traveler I felt safe here as they kept their doors locked after midnight. Only way to get in was through a key. The staff were very quick to take care of any issues you have so don't hestitate to let them know if you have an issue or concern with anything. I know this hotel did offer daily breakfast but I cannot comment because all 5 days I slept in and missed the times. Beds were comfortable (for me) and plenty of room space. A microwave & fridge were great to have! The hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants, stores, nature parks, gas stations and a short distance to I75. The only thing I did not like was getting in and out of the parking lot. there is only 1 entrance and I had a hard time getting into the parking lot due to a back up of cars that were stopped at a nearby stoplight. People blocked the intersection many times which would cause me to sit there for minutes on end waiting for someone to let me in. All in all, I would definitely stay here again :)

the blonde lady that works reception at night was extremely rude to my girlfriend when she went to ask for more toilet tissue. the lady asked us if housekeeping had come by, and they did. however my girlfriend and i were still sleeping at that time. when my girlfriend explains that to the receptionist, this lady proceeded to lecture mysellf and my girlfriend about how “we need to make sure we’re letting housekeeping in to clean because “the desk isn’t allowed to give out extra towels and tissue”. which makes absolutely no sense to me but alright. no need to start an unnecessary argument about toilet tissue. everything was nice and quiet for majority of our stay, until the last couple nights. i was woken up at 5am to the couple in the room directly above getting busy. SO. EXTREMELY. LOUD. which granted wasent the hotels fault. it was just quite annoying to be woken from my sleep to the sound of tht. and then they were back at it an hour later.

Average property. The checkin attendant wasnt very friendly and gave me an attitude when I asked for more towels. It was fine to spend one night while on a road trip.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Much better than expected.

The room was clean and comfortable. However the check in person was very strange and disturbing to me, making comments about other guests, and being quite rude to another guest whose key wasn't working while I was checking in. She even raised her voice to this man, who was Latino, and confronted him about being drunk, although he was perfectly polite and said very little. She also called my phone several hours before I checked in, like at 6:30 PM, wanting to know "where I was". All in all a disquieting experience.

Awful service and we were in room 303 and the door wouldn’t lock. You could just push it open. When I told the front desk, Olivia, she was very passive aggressive saying she “knew” that room and that you just have to slam the door for it to lock. We had already tried that. Multiple times. Then she comes up to our door, and proceeds to try and push open our door without us even telling her to come in. She got it to lock (the one time it decides to) and then proceeds to be passive aggressive still saying that that’s all we had to do. We didn’t realize that the door didn’t lock the first night we were there. We noticed it when we left the next morning (which means that it was probably unlocked all night, and after I realized that I felt super unsafe) and she kept saying “I don’t understand why you didn’t tell us when you checked in” like we were lying to her…even though she told us that she knew about this door. Then said that we could leave or stay in the same room because they didn’t have any other rooms available and told me that we probably wouldn’t get a refund because they didn’t know about it before…again she told me she did. Anyway, horrible experience and I’m glad to say that I will not be staying here again.

The property was great. I would like to commend Olivia the check in clerk. Expedia made a mistake on the dates, Olivia made a phone call and got everything took care of. She went out of her way to accomadate me. This lady deserves recognition for her dedication.

Since this is a place whose name I didn't recognize, I was taking a chance. But the rate was good and the reviews were good, so I reserved a room. Overall it was a good experience. The biggest "dings" on the rating: the glass doors and windows as you enter the property were smudged and needed cleaning; the help at the desk was friendly but the two people I interacted with were dressed like they were going to be doing yard work instead of customer service; the door to some type of storage closet by our room was help open or unlocked by a towel wedged in the doorway. These are nit-picky things, I know, but first impressions matter. Coming into the entryway of the lobby looked a little sketchy, so if I didn't already have a reservation I might be tempted to walk out. However, the room itself was great and fairly quiet even though on a busy street. The breakfast was pretty good -- you can't go wrong with waffles. Restaurants are abundant along the street, and the motel is right off the interstate. All in all, a good experience and a great value.

The property and staff were great. Th area around the hotel was a little noisy in the evening with loud cars and felt unsafe with people walking the streets late at night near the hotel.

What I liked about this hotel was the quick and easy check-in, I liked how clean it was, and their breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean place to stay. 5 stars
