Elevator looked like it not been inspected or properly maintained (floor indicator lights broken and no indication lamp after pushing any button). TV didn't have reception until I noticed cable was bent to the point where connector into the tv was not making contact. On the positive side bed was comfortable, room was clean and free breakfast was good.

I've stayed here twice now as a stop on a long road trip travelling with a pet. I've found this hotel to be very nice for the price. It is quite comfortable and clean, the pet fee is very reasonable, and the services are pretty good for a relatively inexpensive hotel. The only issue I had was that the ice machine was out of ice. Other than that, it was a good stay.

So much to unpack about this place. The Entrance-for some reason gos takes you to the back of the building. General look- Obliviously cheaply updated. The whole place reeks of “we used the cheapest materials and put band aids in anything we could”. Elevator- Like getting on a fair ride that jostles and the bar doesn’t come down all the way. The door doesn’t shut all the way before it starts to move and so much clanking I’d recommend taking stairs. And this might be super petty of me (but I am the wife of someone who does flooring for a living), but the cheap tiles in the elevator don’t line up with the cheap tiles in the lobby, and was obviously placed by someone who couldn’t make a cut to a corner if their life depended on it. The Room: Bathroom- The fan/light (all in one and can’t be turned on separately), is so goddamn loud you can’t turn it on in the middle of the night without waking anyone else up. So you’re stuck peeing in the dark or with a phone flash light. Loud-The mini fridge is so loud we had to unplug it to get sleep. The Bed- was actually pretty comfortable and was probably the only plus side of staying here. The area-Great Options for food! Gas station nearby. I wouldn’t stayed at the Hilton by Jonathan’s Grill if I’d have known it was there and that this one was so awful.

Pretty disheartened by my trip to this hotel. My room on the second floor had a bad ant problem that caused me to throw out my food. I moved my stuff from on top of tv stand over to the desk, and they found their way over there in the night and got into all of my stuff. I'm a very clean person so it felt pretty nasty waking up to that. Also, someone tried to come into my room at 9AM the day of check out (I couldn't locate a Do Not Disturb sign in all fairness, but all the same you'd think they'd knock or something instead of just open the door). I honestly wish I could receive at least a partial refund. The bed was comfy enough, but ultimately I left the property pretty upset, had to wash all my clothes (ants), toss food, and clean out my car afterwards. The parking lot needs work as well. There are potholes everywhere. The staff was very kind though, and that should be noted.

Front desk attendant was super friendly, housekeeping was great, our room was clean, and breakfast was good. No pool, but we knew that going in. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient to I 75, both on the Tennessee side and Georgia side.

I suspect there are a lot of fake reviews on here as this property is a typical 7 in quality. The breakfast had an unusually good selection, though. Quite old, musty smell, not in great condition, gym didn’t even have a real treadmill (it was manual).

We were just there to sleep and arrived after midnight. There was the smell of mildew in the hallways. The floors definitely needed to be clean, the kids socks were filthy from very little walking around the room. We checked out at 1045am so we were there less than 12 hours.

Upon arrival, room had a bad smell. The towels were dingy. It was a late check in so we decided to spend the night. The next day, we saw a cockroach and noticed what appeared to be bloody mucus on the restroom door. I spoke to the front desk staff who became immediately defensive and offered no help or any attempt at resolution. I contacted Expedia and they did not help either. Front desk staff lied about management not being present and not being available for a few more days but an Expedia rep confirmed that they just were not willing to approve a refund for the remaining night. Honestly, we were willing to take the loss because the place was terrible so we checked out a day early. The hotel refused to give me a checkout receipt or to acknowledge that I was checking out early. I’ve been with Expedia for over 10 years and I’ve never had an experience like this and I’ve never had to write this type of review. Very disappointing. Please don’t stay here!

Staff was fairly friendly, but the entire hotel smelled musty, and each time we walked through the hallway we could smell weed. Additionally, our room was humid even with the AC turned down, and the floors and bathroom didn't feel very clean. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but it wasn't pleasant.

The room was dirty-hair on the mattress, bathroom floors grimy and noticeably dirty. Shower was also grimy so we did not shower that evening. The floor in our room was also damp and when we first got in the room the air was not on, which was miserable. Would not go again.

We wouldn’t even take our shoes off because the floors were so dirty. The room was nothing like the pictures. The towels in the bathroom were not the quality of a Wyndham property. The hotel had seemingly just finished a reno. Everything seemed clean. Lovely bedding and super clean room! Id suggest larger bath towels for guests. My only complaint was absolutely awful shower water pressure. Makes rinsing very difficult for long hair.

Rooms are good size, plenty of room for a small table & chairs but there wasn’t one. There were three of us, one desk chair and small sofa chair that was hard as a rock. On the positive side, beds were comfortable although the metal frames moved and creaked. Room was updated and entire room and bathroom was very clean WiFi was spotty, could not get at all entire evening.

The hotel was very clean. The person checking us in was very nice but very slow. She was waiting on one person when we came in and then she took care of another person, but we waited about 20 minutes before we were taken care of. The room itself was nice except for a horrendous air conditioner. It vibrated the bed we were sleeping on and was so loud it woke everybody up every time it turned on which was about every 15 minutes. If you want somewhere to lay down, this is your place, but if you wanna sleep, go somewhere else.

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a very comfy bed and drink making facilities were provided. The bathroom and furnishings were very good. The free Continental Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. If you were looking just for a reasonably priced room for a couple of nights, then this accommodation would definitely be worth considering.

Went well until water started accumulating in the bathroom. Shower faucet was leaking from the shower head base. Not sure if that was the problem. However management quickly offered us another room to stay. Everything was great.

I walked in at 12 am exhausted Sam greeted me and I was a ball of goofiness. He had a sense of humor, he checked me in, he was professional and I will never forget Sam!!! Thanks Sam! The rest of the staff was amazing too. My room was super clean no issues no weird bugs or else I would have screamed. Overall it was Amazing!!!! 10/10

Needs updated badly, when we first checked in our first room it had been slept in and not cleaned. We went back down to front desk and they say what?? are you sure? I assured them that it had been. Just handed me a key and said nothing.

Very friendly front desk agents who made checking in and out a breeze. The photos of the hotel make it look much nicer than what it actually is, you can tell it's an older hotel with new paint on the walls. The breakfast wasn't my favorite, and the juice machine was out of juice after we had one small cup. The coffee was awful, definitely recommend bringing your own if you want a good cup. The overall cleanliness of the room itself was solid, I searched high and low and didn't spot any bugs or signs of any, which is rare nowadays even at really nice hotels so A+ on that. However there was a condom wrapper behind the headboard of the bed, as well as alot of dust, room service needs to focus on the areas that most people won't bother checking. Overall we would choose this hotel again if we needed one for a roadtrip on i-75. Very convenient to get to and the area felt safe.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel. Needs decoration. It's Difficult to find. It is hidden behind another hotel with no clear way to find the entrance. The sign is totally inadequate. It has small lettering and is way up high. It is not readable after dark.

The hotel was very convenient for us. There are a lot of restaurants within a short (3-4 miles) drive. The parking lot was well lit and seemed safe. The area is an older, transitioning area with older homes and businesses, but still safe. The hotel needs better signage to mark where to turn off the main road and then to the office.

Very nice clean and great breakfast. A real breakfast. Sausage, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, real fruit. Apples, bananas, oranges and a variety of juices and milk. Even peanut butter and jelly packets that you can make a sandwich with for lunch. This is a very nice clean large cafeteria with room enough for the whole family to eat. If you stay here you won’t have to worry about buying breakfast anyway. So you can’t beat it. Safe your breakfast money for gas. Thanks again for your hospitality. You’re one of the best.

Breakfast eggs were premade frozen then thawed & heated in microwave, turkey precooked sausage had no flavor. If you wanted hot tea or hot coco to drink there is none—not everyone drinks coffee. Orange juice a bit on thick dark orange & cranberry juice was weak on taste.

The room was fine but the breakfast area was completely disgusting. There was syrup on the floor with a napkin over the syrup. The counters were gross, the original waffle mix was empty, there were no forks, the eggs were stone cold. Someone had to ask for milk and the employee just put milk out and didn't check the condition of anything else. There were several people looking for food and were trying to piece together some sort of breakfast. This was shameful.

Staff was great..easy check in..only complaint was guests smoking weed outside and it lingering in elevators and hallway..if you’re not a smoker it’s super strong and makes you ill.. otherwise room was great, breakfast was very gross sausage wasn’t cooked and day old eggs..

When I booked it I thought it was a good price. The room smelled like wet carpet. The staff were friendly and overall good. The eggs used for the breakfast are awful, not sure how they continue using the same brand, everybody in the room had something to say about it.
