We wanted to get away for the weekend and enjoy the pool. We booked this with the hopes the pictures matched from the pool area. But was disappointed to learn it didn’t. The room needs more ventilation. The pool needs to be renovated and cleaned make the pool more appealing. Would not book again

Clean place. No pool. No phone in the room. Shower head was poor with not a lot of water or pressure coming out and if you were over 5’2 you had to bend down to wash your hair. Minimal breakfast. We had no tv and the service desk attendant pretended to fix it then said he would be back but never did. The next day we asked what happened and he said he got busy (at 10pm). The only good thing is that the rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet.

This hotel was dirty, the pool was broken our 2 night stay, they gave the 5 of us 3 towels for our stay, wifi didnt work, musty odor in room. Wouldn't stay here again.

Ok for the price. Room clean but musty smell. Bathroom fit had a hole punched in it. Hotel dated and needs upgrade. Pool was clean. Ok for a quick one night stay but would not do extended stay here

The pool is closed and nasty. The outside of building looked like it was closed. Remodeling the place so it was messy and smelled like wet paint. The 3rd floor hall way was very load from the Remodeling guests. But the front desk attendee was super to me.

Not Wyndham quality. The extreme chemical smell overlaying mold was so intense everyone's sinuses and throats burned 2 days after our 11 hour stay. My pneumonia-prone kid coughed for 2 days after. Other things were "you get what you pay for" things: 3 towels for 2 rooms, damp carpet etc. Good people on staff.

The room smelled horrible. We opened window immediately. Front desk tried to help... He let me check out two other available rooms. They smelled worse! He came to our room offering fabreeze, again trying to be helpful. We had to keep our window wide open all night. Lots of road noise and lights from shopping center, but at least it made the room somewhat tolerable. Won't ever stay again. Breakfast was only waffles and yogurt.

The room had garbage on the floor when we Check-in, black mold in the grout in the shower, dead bugs on the floor everywhere and the breakfast was a joke it was stale cereal and waffles.

Room looks terrible and smells awful. Bedding has several stains and what looks to be cigarette burns. And the mattress is lumpy. Entire bathroom is covered in peeled paint and smells of pee. Same with the stair case. Air conditioning is okay. And breakfast is not full service breakfast that they claim it to be. And had very limited healthy options. No fresh breakfast, fruit or coffee ( coffee machine was under repair )

There was blood and other bodily fluids in the bathtub and the bathroom it was not cleaned There was mold all over the back of the sink And when we brought it to their attention the manager told us that we probably put it there ourselves and we were white trash and we needed to get out or they were calling the police they refused to give us any compensation no refund it was booked through Expedia which said that they couldn't really help couldn't even find someone to talk to that knew English how dare you come to my country and call me white trash

It wasn't as nice as the pictures seemed - but that's become the norm, properties using fake or old pictures and not upkeeping their properties. Decent location but that was about it. It was rather dingey (curtains were dirty, burn marks in chair and carpet, very musty smelling and the room was humid the whole time even using the AC). The floor was damp and uneven, the exterior was lacking upkeep, and there was outlet DANGLING near the fire exit. We avoided the continental breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this property, pay a little more and get something worth it.

The building is just run down. In the bathroom, leaks in the ceiling had been patched with drywall tape that was peeling away. In the sleeping area, the carpet was stained and gross. Throughout the halls and room, there was a strong smell of disinfectant, but not a great sense of the place being actually clean. Externally, signs had fallen down, the driveway was crumbling, and even the parking spot lines had been fading. The price was cheap, and the hotel was, too. Breakfast was good. It was the redeeming fearure: access to waffles, OJ, and coffee. Without that, i would never consider staying there again.

This place was disgusting. The sheets were dirty and when I say dirty, they were stained and did not smell as if they were cleaned. It looked like an animal had left footprints on the tops sheets. There were stains on the carpet of all different colors. There was mold on the ceiling, the smell for damp humid air was so thick I was worried I was going to catch something uncurable. The fan in the bathroom did not work which may have been the reason for all the mold. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been at. The person working the night shift when we checked in didn't seem to want to take the time to remove his ipods to even help me. I will NEVER return here.

Old and smells bad. You get what you pay for. To go to the pool you have to walk outside and around the side of the building. Supposed to be non smoking but it smells of old stale smoke.

Check-in and out was easy and the staff did a great job and cleaning the rooms but the motel is old and has mold. The doors slam and you can hear them like they were in your room. Starting at 5-6am the door slamming began. We were put next to a stairwell which made it worse and you could hear everyone coming and going day and night. I definitely got my money’s worth because for the price point it’s definitely better than most. There was broken car window glass in the parking lot basically right out side of the front door so we didn’t feel very safe but we didn’t have any issues. There was trash and food remnants all over the parking lot too which was gross. Again…for the price of our stay I’m not complaining. You get what you pay for.

This maybe petty, but we found that there was no way to watch local TV. They have replaced the TV with a streaming version that was not able to get the local channels. Also the pillows were very soft and mushy There were not enough plugs to accommodate all electronic devices we had. We had to purchase an extra plug adapter to recharge phones and medical devices

I was not clear about logging in to the internet so I called the phone number listed for the front desk. Twice! and received no answer. So I called the phone number for new reservations to get a love person. He, too, tried to call the front desk and got no answer. This is complete crap customer service! What if I had been having an emergency??????

Spend nearly 15 minutes waiting on anybody to check us in, had a hole in the wall of our room, and despite saying there's no smoking it could clearly be smelled in the elevator and stairs. It'll work in a pinch, but I've paid less for better.

Tiny breakfast room only hot item were make your own waffles, watered down juice. Rude front desk - greeted with give me your ID & credit card. Beds were comfortable. Seemed to have sketchy people living there, group of men with a grill in the side parking lot drinking outside a broken down trailer. Won’t be back.

The staff was great, the room was exactly what we needed. Walking distance to the waffle house and even cracker barrel. There was a Walmart within a 5-minute Drive. We stayed here to go to Rock City and Lookout mountain. The drive could not been more than 10 to 15 minutes. It was everything we needed. Would definitely stay again

It was about what I expected. We came to Chattanooga for a huge regatta, and we did not want to spend a fortune for one hotel night. The location was close enough (10 minutes) to the venue. Expected mediocre amenities and staff friendliness- and our expectations were accurate.

Staff was good and polite. The breakfast ran out of food 2 hours before it was set to close. Trying to find staff at desk to replace empty container there was a sign at front desk stating staff had to step away. The ice machine was in breakfast area that put off a lot of heat, very humid. The waffle iron need some WD40.

The front desk staff was great but the hotel itself was pretty musty. All of the bedding and pillows felt slightly damp and the room smelled bad…almost like damp moldy carpet. Breakfast was basically just waffles and yogurt which was fine but they could definitely do more!

The property was ok. The room was somewhat musty smelling and small. I feel the price they are charging far exceeds the quality you recieve. The rooms should not exceed $100/ night. The breakfast was really a waffle, cereal, or pastry.
