Great restaurant. Nice having Starbucks. Not a big deal, but the elevator doors take 10 seconds to open.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a long weekend. We had such a great time in Chattanooga. We visited the aquarium, rock city, and the military park. We did some hiking as well. So many fun things to do. Choosing this hotel was a good decision. It’s very close to the aquarium. Lots of restaurants and the hotel restaurant as well as the rooftop bar had delicious food. We arrived early on the first day, around 1 o’clock and check-in wasn’t until four. The front desk staff did not make us feel like we were a pain. They just had no trouble at all getting us into a room. I really appreciated that. The valet guys out front were super friendly and helpful. The parking garage if you don’t want to use the valet is conveniently right there next to the hotel. We didn’t have any problems with parking our vehicle and it staying safe while we were there. We could see Lookout Mountain from our hotel room window. The room was clean. Honestly, I was very happy with choosing this hotel. The only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is there were a couple of inconveniences, but they weren’t that big of a deal. The platform bed is extremely comfortable, however, the mattress slides. So by morning, my side of the bed would be a foot over the support frame so if I got too close to the end of the bed, it felt like I would fall off. They didn’t clean the room during our stay and gave us no fresh towels. We had to ask for some. Minor issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking was $16 a day for the garage which is very reasonable since the hotel is located downtown and parking is always an issue. It goes up to $22 a day for valet parking.

I loved the look and feel of the building. The rooms were pristine. The staff was exceptional. The food at The Forge restaurant was delicious. The hostess was so sweet and attentive and the waiters were amazing. The front desk Cedar and Eddie made sure I had a wonderful stay. The Spa was a delight. The front desk coordinator s Shannon and Rose were the best and Mk and Brandi gave me the best experience. Now the only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel no longer has a pool at this time they converted it to a restaurant bar on the roof.

The beds are extremely comfortable. Also the food is very good. The hotel is very spacious and comfortable. Valet and check-in/out is easy and convient. It is great to have a Starbucks onsite as well as a Spa.

Wonderful hotel. Would have loved if they still had their pool.

Hotel was clean, rooms were very clean and air conditioning worked well. Warm water always available for showers. Only downside is they are rebuilding alot around the area which closed some crosswalks and walkways. Convenience wise it would have been nice to stay closer to the aquarium area but this place was nice with great staff that it was worth driving to some places

The room had mold in the bathroom ceiling. The lightbulb was missing from the light so the room was dark. Not a good location at all either. They have warning signs all over the garage to lock your car that are not reliable for anybody that breaks in and steals your belongings.

There were cockroaches in our closet, pubic hair in our shower in the room is disgusting

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, & I’ll admit I was a little let down this time. Although everyone was nice, it was hard to get ahold of anyone by phone for any assistance or to answer any questions. Not to mention the room was not thoroughly cleaned & did not have towels enough to accommodate the individuals booked for the room. May come back as things can change, but just not anytime soon.

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel. We love a lot about this hotel however this time it really fell short. The glasses were absolutely disgusting. With literal milk stain in the bottom of one glass and lip makers all over the other. I found jewelry in the bedroom floor which leads me to believe it wasn’t vacuumed. After these issues we asked for a late check out and were denied. Just seems like they missed the mark this time.

My husband and I stayed here for a one night getaway for our 10 year anniversary. We encountered MANY issues. 1. We arrived and our tv didnt work. They sent maintenance up, got it fixed. He then returned 2 more times, knocking on the door because he left something, and forgot to clear us off his list. 2. We found 2 blood spots on the comforter. Gross, but we kindly asked for them to replace the sheets while we went to dinner. When we arrived back, we found sheets set down on the counter, but they left the dirty sheets on the bed. When asked for them to at least replace the comforter (which is what was dirty) and to remove the dirty items from the room, the front desk said 'What, did you want her to make the bed?' 3. She came to replace the dirty sheets, and while making the bed we noticed spots on the clean sheets, we told her and she laughed and said 'oh, not stain, its the chip dust from my hands' She eventually got the bed made with new sheets and comforter, and clean hands. 4. The next morning, we were awaken by the housekeeper knocking on the door to see if we had left yet. Once we were up, and packing to leave, we found yet ANOTHER blood/snot stain on the sheet tucked into the corner of the bed. Upon checking out, Chandler gave absolutely the worse customer service. He told us(and many others that we heard) that he was trying to leave, that he was off work now. We will not return, though Carlee eventually helped us, and was apologetic and sweet.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The view was disappointing

The room was very nice and the staff is very friendly. The hotel itself is also above par with all that it offers. The only thing that keeps from giving it 5 stars is the walls are kind of thin and I could hear tv’s and people talking, there is no closet or place to hang clothes except on the inside of the bathroom door and the a/c unit sounds like a generator when it fires up. Otherwise it’s in a great location and was a nice play to stay.

The common areas were clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were a good size, but the lighting in the bathroom was not ideal for doing makeup or getting ready for an event. The small mirror that is supposed to be magnifying with light looked dirty and the light was so dim. Overall good experience

The staff at this hotel were amazing, we had an issue with our room! It was super hot and we could not get it to cool off , they immediately brought maintenance who tried then brought a fan! We had an ant problem so the manager took off all the incidentals and parking , overall I enjoyed it

The lobby was pretty, with plenty of places to get food and coffee. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. However, the rooms were just OK, needed more counter space, more pillows, better exercise facilities.

Although the room was dated, everything was delightful! We had the suite and the room was extremely spacious!

Great location, beautiful place. Nice options for food and drinks and nice decor. Nice staff. Justin and Isaac at valet were nice. There was a really nice woman at checkout who helped at valet- I appreciated her help and we tipped her well.

Loved the location and decor. One woman at the front desk was amazing. However, all other front desk staff were not. We were awoken at 7:00 am to hammering, scraping, drilling in our ceiling. Nobody would answer the phone. When we did get someone 1.5 hours later, he was VERY rude and cut me off to transfer me his manager. She has yet to call me back.

The property and rooms were nice. Had the ability to walk to some bars that were in the area and were close to food. Dislikes were how rude the front desk was and won’t answer the phones in a timely manner either. The ongoing construction that wasn’t informed to me. I got a king bed and was stuck in a room with two queens. The construction made the halls congested which was also a fire hazard and the constant smell of paint fumes. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the hotel stay at especially for the price that was paid.

Broken elevator. Very noisy clients with no staff intervention. Kind of a rough area location not convenient for walk around.

The hotel is not that impressive for the money. The location isn’t really walkable to the attractions in my opinion. I did walk, and the walk was unpleasant at times. There were other guests making a lot of noise past midnight in the hallways of the hotel which was annoying.

The Hotel is Awesome but not the best area. To be fair there was a lot of road construction going on…

Location is good, clse downtown and within walking distance to some known attractions. Room had a chatty air conditioning unit. Breakfast not included.

Great location to catch free shuttles, walk to Choo Choo bars and restaurants. Rooms were nicely appointed and had all items needed. Just wish that they had a pool for the kids. Breakfast options(extra fee) were tasty and filled all of us up for the day ahead.

Excellent and walking distance to the Barrel House ballroom!!

For starters, DO NOT enter the left side entrance to the parking deck for self parking. It damaged our Kia Rio because of the slope for drainage. Also, we parked on the second floor, and the elevator was not working, and no sign was posted stating out of service. The actual hotel itself was a good experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We did enjoy the couples massage at the spa. The food from each restaurant located inside the hotel was delicious. We did have a good view of lookout mountain. The room itself was okay. The bed would not say in place. It kept sliding on the slick bed frame. The bathroom light only shined in the shower and not the sink or toilet. Also, the water for the shower took 10 minutes to finally get warm and was not really adjustable. Not a great experience for our honeymoon, but it was okay.

Very clean and the hotel restaurant The Forge was outstanding

Great location. Near restaurants and coffee shops. Also has two nice restaurants on site. The Forge, one of the restaurants on site, has a delicious breakfast menu.

I spend about 45-60 days a year in Hotels. Unfortunately Hilton name is no more a guarantee for qualty. This Hotel does not appear on GPS. So we were lost. Even the sign of the hotel is unlit and you can't see it unless you are right in front of it. We arrived the hotel around 9 PM after 8 hours drive. We were told the room service is available until 10 PM. When called at 9:30 the room service said that they are closed because the work was slow. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor supposed to be open until 11 PM. They told us they are closing early because they are slow. So we can't eat there and take the food to our room. Next day the room was not made. We were told that during the stay room is made once and you have to come down to the reception and request the room to be made. Two water bottles were provided on arrival. After that water bottles were declined and we had to buy it. What offends me is that little things like water is being sold for profit ! I paid over $550 for our stay. I could have paid $15-25 more for drinking water. The WC in the toilet was broken and it would constantly leaking water. I have decided not to choose Hilton again. I see their service degrading progressively over last several years. The breakfast was very good and staff very responsive.

Great hotel, rooms great and clean. Staff friendly. Weather was good. But didnt like the area much, but was only an overnight stay so all was good. Have a fantastic roof top terrace - only point was no vegan options at the hotel and no teabags.

Hotel room was large and comfortable. Bar was well stocked and service was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great.
