Stayed 6 nights

This place is not for travelers, not for a day, not for a week. First, we arrived 2.5 hours before 3pm after driving 12 hours. We were told we couldn't check in until exactly 3pm. We sat in our car for that time in the hot sun, while we watched the manager knock on the maintenance worker door 3 times for him to come to work. Next, we finally checked in and the first room had black mold in the bathroom, the next room had even more black mold in the bathroom, so we took the first room offered. Once in the room, we noticed that the TV wasn't even connected, there were stains on the bed linens, the refrigerator and freezer were not cleaned, stains and dried food left. The next issue was my fiance discovered drug paraphernalia on the floor and items under the bed. The night of check in, while I was sleeping, my fiance saw a roach crawling on the nightstand. When I woke up in the middle of the night, I killed several roaches in the bathroom and bathroom sink area. Night one, my fiance had to go out and tell the other residents to quiet down because I was sleeping and I possibly had a seizure. Day two, I went to speak with the front desk clerk who refused to give me Internet information so that we could play or video game console, then I asked for the managers name, he refused to give that as well. He then said he was the manager. Due to the roaches on night two, we slept in our car, the following night we left.

I called ahead of time to ask about early check in. The person on the phone told me $20 fee. Okay cool. I go around 12 to see, no rooms ready. Okay no big deal. So I go back at 3pm (online check in time) and I’m still charged a $20 fee without any explanation. The hotel won’t answer the phone to explain why either. The room had roaches as well. Literally one was in my bed, in the toilet, and the counter. The towel was black and disgusting. Absolutely do not stay here.

The bathroom was disgusting and had some kind of black mold all over it. The hotel was extremely unhelpful about it as well. Would never stay here again. The floors were dirty and almost none of the lights worked. 0/10
