The room was clean, we really liked the 2 rooms, the fridge, dishwasher, and 2 burners where a great addition. The pool was small, but nice and clean. The pool towels are really nice and conveniently located. The staff was friendly, check in was easy and quick. They only do house keeping every other day unless asked, it was easy to get more towels at the front desk. Breakfast was ok, it is free. The mattress was super lumpy and uncomfortable.

We stayed here because our kids were playing in a baseball tournament. The staff was great except we would get home from ball games pretty late and had really hungry kids who were tired of fast food. The pool area has two grills… but the pool closes at 10 and we rarely got home before 9 each night. Kim kicked us out of the pool area while we were trying to feed our children- two nights- because it was 10:30. I understand having to close the pool at a certain time, but after playing multiple baseball games in the heat all day long, our kids were hungry and tired. They were not in or anywhere near the pool while they were eating their dinner… thought it was kinda unreasonable to not let us fix dinner for our family. Friday night, one of the male staff members at the front desk made a comment about how he had complaints that our team was way too noisy… we only had two kids! He obviously was mistaken, but was argumentative and threatened to kick us out!

Great 5 night stay! Booked a 2 room suite with 1 king bed and 2 doubles, living area and kitchen. Very spacious. The pool was great and staff was very welcoming. The only thing I was not happy with was the breakfast. Lady that was tending to the breakfast area was rude, seem obviously bothered that people were serving themselves and though breakfast was supposed to end at 930 she was picking up everything around 905 (happened all the days that we were there).

Pros: Convenient to alot of shopping and restaurants. Cons:The rooms were outdated. They needed some serious renovations. The furniture had tears and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Parking didnt feel safe. Alot of questionable people wandering around the hotel inside and outside.

When I drove into the hotel, I hit a curb and put a hole in my tire. The front desk lady (Kim) was so helpful she found 4 tire stores nearby and their phone numbers I was able to make arrangements for a new tire the next morning. She was very sympathetic and sweet. Made us feel very welcome. The hotel was mostly clean, but the furniture was dated an soiled. Great location, and amenities. Excellent breakfast.

Hotel lobby was nice and updated. But Hotel room floors sticky and doors. Curtains dirty and bed skirt stained. Breakfast not great and cost was too high for the quality. Found hair in bathroom that was questionable . Room smelled funny and needs to be updated. Very outdated.

Only stayed 1 night. First room had a smell so changed rooms. New room was great! Everyone we encounter that worked there was super friendly and nice! Breakfast was good. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in the area.

The property was nice. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. My only complaint would be that the bathroom in one of our rooms was not cleaned. The shower had shampoo or soap running down the wall and the toilet seat was up and had urine all over the rim. We called the front desk and Kim, the lady on duty, came up and apologized and cleaned the bathroom herself. She was very apologetic and very friendly.

The hotel needs a remodel. The first floor rooms smell of wet dog. The hotel allows pets, and its not maintained or cleaned well. The beds are exactly as other reviewers stated, lumpy and with holes. We checked in on the Feb 10 everything was good. Unfortunately my fiance got sick and vomited in the room the next morning. I called the front desk to explain to them what had happened and requested to have the room cleaned. After waiting several hours we got dressed and went on an outing. When we return to the hotel that even at 7:00 p.m. the room was half cleaned there was vomit still on the skirt of the bed and the towels were still on the floor.

Everything was awesome except for the air conditioner thermostat locks out at 68 but it never got that cool in our room. We like it ice cold. The shower didnt have very much pressure to it. Other than that it was good.

The check in lady was fantastic. She asked appropriate questions about our needs and gave recommendations on restaurants and things to do and see. You could tell she was proud of Chattanooga and the hotel and knew which events were going on in the area.

Although the hotel was very understaffed. The people at the front desk were very helpful. We had to ask for our towels the second night. No one came to straighten the room, which was ok but no one brought towels either. The lady at the front desk brought them right away when I called her

This was a great hotel! I was with several other authors on a book tour and needed a double room. Kim realized we wouldn't be as comfortable since my husband is tall and upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite. She was the best hostess I've ever encountered at a hotel.

Nice property, friendly staff, clean, comfortable and exceptionally quiet room. My ONLY complaint is that I had to check out before the night clerk had access to the room scheduling software. Huh? He told me that he couldn't check anyone out before 0400. I had to leave at about 0310. Still waiting for my receipt....and I've already had 2 flights and am now home. 0400 'til the software works? Really??

The breakfast was okay, coffee available during the day and evening. Beds pretty comfortable, pillows not. Like the shower, need another safety bar handle. Toilet very low, no clocks except on microwave. Need to work on having heat to come on auto, instead of having on and then having to turn off. Close to shopping and restaurants but a lot of traffic, easy access to highway. Overall, would stay again.

Everyone was very nice and courteous. Kim at the front desk was very nice and passionate. The hotel was in the middle of a lot of nice restaurants. The staff as a whole really made our very wonderful. We will be back.

There were a couple things in the room that were dirty when we arrived, but we did see housekeeping staff frequently making rounds to the rooms. The room otherwise was comfortable. The location near the highway sometimes made it difficult to get out of the area due to backed up traffic.
