Decent place to stay. My only concerns were safety and convenience. The elevator was broken and we were placed on the second floor backside of the hotel where the entry door was broken. The room key would not allow entry, so the door was propped open with a rug, allowing anyone to enter. A pizza delivery establishment was nearby which created a lot of traffic and noise until midnight even during the week. At midnight a semi with deliveries showed up preventing a good nights sleep due to the noise.

Service at front was nice and quick. Prices were as promised. The whole place needs a complete overhaul. Outdated carpets fixtures and the bed was pretty hard. Not bad for a cheap stay to get one nights safe rest on the road, but wouldn’t use it for vacation Or with my kiddos. It was clean just old and kinda musty/wet smelling. Back door doesn’t stay shut you have to pull it hard so no one sneaks in without a key.

TV didn't work. Refrigerator didn't work. Air conditioner blew warm air. Room wasn't clean. Elevator broken. Had to walk personal items upstairs. Hotel sits next to a Wal Mart parking lot where apparently everyone in town parks and plays music all night. I know this is an inexpensive hotel option versus other hotels in the area. But any place you stay you should at least be able to have some A/C, a cold drink, and turn on and watch some TV no matter the cost. The front desk had me flipping light switches and unplugging stuff on the cable box to try and get the TV working. I had stopped for the evening to watch a sporting event. This hotel was noticeably unkept and unacceptable upon arrival and got worse as the stay continued. I'm surprised Wyndham would be associated with a hotel this bad.

The elevator was out of service and we had to pull our luggage up three flights of stairs. Air Conditioner was really loud. Ran out of hot water so had cold showers on the morning. Ran out of items quickly for breakfast.

The woman at the front desk was lovely. We stood in the foyer, after ringing the bell for 10 mims before i finally called to find someone. She said she had to go to 2nd floor... no problem. She was helpful and pleasant. We get into our room, cant get the TV to work. The owner eventually comes and fixes the issue, again no problem. We stayed for one night. It was quiet... not very clean - i wouldnt let my son take a bath due to the dirtiness of the bath tub. Then as we are getting ready to leave... i see roaches. Big ones, small ones. The PEOPLE were wonderful.. the facility... stay somewhere else.

For a inexpensive hotel, this particular Days Inn was a great experience. Our room was spotless. The bathroom was as clean as I've ever seen, and I stay in quite a few hotels every year. The staff were nice, friendly, and accommodating.

Everything was winderful, the staff was friendly made sure we were very well taken care of . She got us everything we needed, even brought it to our room. The breakfast was yummy , and fresh! Hotel was very very clean. Will for sure stay there again!

This fit our needs - passing through on a long trip and we just need clean and convenient without breaking the bank. Great value - nothing fancy but rooms, breakfast area, and property were all very clean and well maintained. Almost didn’t stay here since we had a bad experience at a Days Inn in Murfreesboro. Will stay here again.

The first room was not clean at all. There was urine in the toilet, the bed was left a mess after the guest left and also there was kfc cup left on the night stand. The woman at the front desk did swap us rooms but the other room looked so disgusting I wouldn’t take a shower in the bathroom or sleep under the covers. Worst hotel I’ve ever been too.

The air conditioner was several knobs torn off so it was difficult to get the room comfortable. Also the mattress was uncomfortably hard. I personally like a soft, comfortable mattress. And finally, the waffle maker overcooked the waffle. I took it off as soon as it beeped but it beeped too late. The waffle was overcooked.

Was double charged, once by Expedia and once by hotel.... really cant believe nothing can be done as long as i have used expedia. Very disappointed as i am a single parent that bust his butt for his daughter to play travel softball and i will not be using expedia again if this is not resolved one way or another!!!! We recently traveled to Dyersburg for a family emergency and stayed 5 nights at this hotel. We were very happy with the service we received and the bed was so comfortable - the best night's sleep we've had in weeks! The manager was very helpful in securing rooms for our family even during one of their busy seasons, and went out of his way to be kind and accommodating. One of the very best examples of service I have ever received from a hotel. Will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Terrible service! This was our second reservation. We originally booked a room for 11/27 to 12/1. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk stated that she didnt see a reservation for us and would not let us check in. We tried to show her the expedia confirmation and she refused to look at it. She would not call a supervisor. She would escalate the situation. She would not help us figure out a resolution. She would not let us get a room. Her customer service skills were terrible. We had to track down a family member who allowed us to sleep at her home for one night. I ended up having to cancel the origianal reservation and rebook for 11/28 - 12/1. This was the worst service and worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. The clerk showed no empathy for the fact that we were from out of town with nowhere to stay.

The customer service was terrible. They lost our reservation. The clerk refused to look at our confirmation and asked us to leave. When we tried to get her to escalate to find someone who could help, she asked us to leave again and then called the police. We never ended up getting a room that night, after traveling in from out of town.

This place was perfectly sufficient for an overnight on our trip home. It is right in front of a Walmart and beside a Walmart convenience store so anything you need is easy to access. Im certain thete are restaurants near but we were too tired to care about eating. Beds were comfy. Only thing I did not like, and do not like anywhere, is having the sink in the main room instead of in an actual bathroom.
