Great Space for a Family of 2 Adults and 2 Kiddos. Enjoyed the pool, basketball court, and playground. It was just a short drive into Gatlinburg, far enough away for quiet, but close enough to all the action. Plus, who doesn't love traveling and having a washer and dryer? Location and amenities fit perfectly for our weekend in Gatlinburg for Travel Basketball.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Bent Creek Golf Village. Our time here was short but we made use of the indoor pool and the spa. The room was in very good condition and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was and very well taken care of. Staff was wonderful and courteous. Everyone said hello including maintenance workers we encountered at the pool. Will definitely stay again.

Nice and helpful staff. Clean an totally equiped apartament, kitchen, etc. All the amenities availables, swimming pool (inside and outside), the space (all very good maintened, trees, gardens, etc). The place is 15 km far for Gatlinburg, which could be an advantage or not. For us it was because of the calm and quiet of the place. But, in other hand, you will need the car. You are very close to the Green Brier entrance of the Park, which is less crowded and has very nice hicking options. The only thing I would like to offer is some possibility of restauración inside the place: breakfast, lunch and dinner because you have the kitchen in the apartament but not always wants to cook; so instead of taking the car to go to Gatlinburg or the surondings dor dinner you would do it at the place without having to take the car.

The room accommodations were very dated, the room was smaller than anticipated (pictures are deceiving) and although the staff was very friendly there wasn’t any type of “service” to rate. They never cleaned our room the entire week of our stay. We chose the “Hilton” because of the reputation, past experiences, and amenities (which used to include tidying up the room daily). Not to mention the ants in the bathroom sink I cleaned out every morning and the spider that woke me up in the middle of the night crawling across my arm. One of the main reasons we chose the Hilton was so I could relax and enjoy a week free from cleaning everything and just enjoy our trip. If we would’ve known that conditions we would’ve experienced in advance, we would’ve paid the minimal extra for an AIR BNB or VRBO. It would have been more spacious and private at the very least.

Our room, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff was very very friendly. The only negative that I found was that there is absolutely no cell phone service in that area and the Wi-Fi at the resort could have been better. but, if you are looking to unwind and disconnect, this is definitely the place for you.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The staff are helpful and informative. We didnt get to use the amenities because we were so busy with Gatlinburg activities but the amenities appeared well kept. I loved our little kitchen and the thoughtful extras like the mini-salt and pepper, the crabtree and evelyn products, extra blankets, extra trash bags, extra towels in the cabinet. Everything was clean and the sheets had a clean scent. It is a bit of a drive into Gatlinburg about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic but we loved coming ‘home’ to our cozy room.

It’s a nice resort, very clean but the room is a bit outdated and very dark. Not much outside light. It does have a kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit which is convenient. The staff is very friendly, however the concierge lady is actually the timeshare salesperson. She will take up at least 20 min of your time at check in and call your room to try and sell the timeshare presentation even if you say you’re not interested. Its location is very quiet and peaceful. About 20 min from downtown Great local shops for shopping arts and crafts.

The location and grounds are lovely. The room we stayed okay, with the kitchen being up to date, but the furnishings were somewhat worn. The bedding was of lower quality, and no services were provided. We needed to take out the trash, and no services were provided. It wasn't billed as an air BnB type rental.

It was great, for sure a 10/10 stay. The room had a kitchenette and a washer and dryer and I wasn’t expecting that so it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the people were pleasant, 20 minutes to downtown gatlinburg

Very nice place with a living room/dining kitchen area and a separate bedroom. Extra bonus was that the pull-out couch had a great mattress and was just as comfortable as the queen size bed in the bedroom. We made use of the small kitchen area by buying breakfast food so we wouldn't have to stop on our way to our next destination.

Aside from the paper thin walls where you can hear everything within your own unit from every room and your neighbors room… the unit and grounds itself was great. Exactly what we needed. However, the manager is exceptionally rude and was unwilling to help me. I was coming in late and my dad was coming in early so I called to let the hotel know that and to give them all my information and card info so my dad could check in when he got there… my mother had just passed away after an awful battle with terminal illness and this was our first time getting to leave the house in a long time. My dad needed this vacation after being a 24/7 caretaker for several years. The manager informed me he could not come in and check in no matter what I did. I offered to give her his dl and to pre pay for the room and she rudely declined. He doesn’t have a debit card (we live in a small area and he doesn’t need one) SO… we ended up having to get him a same day debit card and changing the entire reservation to him so that he could get in even though I BOOKED AND I WAS WANTING TO PREPAY. I would not stay here again. Customer service is #1 for me and this ain’t it.

Overall, the place was nice and comfortable. The people were friendly. The things that need improvement the most are in the shower of our unit. It was set up for very short people. My wife is only 5'4" and she had to duck down to actually get her head under the shower head. Also, the safety bar in the shower is 1/2 blocked by the soap, conditioner and shampoo bottles that are mounted directly over the bar. Also, your place could use a small section where essentials and snacks could be purchased. If I wanted a soda, juice or a snack of some kind, I had to drive down the road about ten miles to find a store that carried these items. We ran into this problem the first night. One more thing... The almost immediate pitch to sell time shares (which ARE the absolute worst "investment" in real estate history) was very annoying. I had to say no numerous times and still was asked again if I would reconsider sitting through a 90 minutes hard sell presentation. I was offered a weeks stay, cash cards, etc. If I say no, I mean no! I don't want this kind of garbage thrown at me when I was there for a getaway. This started our stay on a very negative note...

It’s a nice resort, very clean but the room is a bit outdated and very dark. Not much outside light. It does have a kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit which is convenient. The staff is very friendly, however the concierge lady is actually the timeshare salesperson. She will take up at least 20 min of your time at check in and call your room to try and sell the timeshare presentation even if you say you’re not interested. Its location is very quiet and peaceful. About 20 min from downtown Great local shops for shopping arts and crafts.

Amazing staff, check in was easy and was able to check in at 3 pm. Only thing i didn't like was the out of nowhere additional $100 hold for whatever. I plan my trip based on what it says online nowhere was this $100 mentioned. So if i didn't have it what i wasn't going to be able to check in. Now i have to wait for them to release it back to my account.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is super friendly and attentive from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping. Diana was super helpful upon check-in and Greg went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order. Housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the location is away from all the traffic and noise. Very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again.

Aside from the paper thin walls where you can hear everything within your own unit from every room and your neighbors room… the unit and grounds itself was great. Exactly what we needed. However, the manager is exceptionally rude and was unwilling to help me. I was coming in late and my dad was coming in early so I called to let the hotel know that and to give them all my information and card info so my dad could check in when he got there… my mother had just passed away after an awful battle with terminal illness and this was our first time getting to leave the house in a long time. My dad needed this vacation after being a 24/7 caretaker for several years. The manager informed me he could not come in and check in no matter what I did. I offered to give her his dl and to pre pay for the room and she rudely declined. He doesn’t have a debit card (we live in a small area and he doesn’t need one) SO… we ended up having to get him a same day debit card and changing the entire reservation to him so that he could get in even though I BOOKED AND I WAS WANTING TO PREPAY. I would not stay here again. Customer service is #1 for me and this ain’t it.

Overall, the place was nice and comfortable. The people were friendly. The things that need improvement the most are in the shower of our unit. It was set up for very short people. My wife is only 5'4" and she had to duck down to actually get her head under the shower head. Also, the safety bar in the shower is 1/2 blocked by the soap, conditioner and shampoo bottles that are mounted directly over the bar. Also, your place could use a small section where essentials and snacks could be purchased. If I wanted a soda, juice or a snack of some kind, I had to drive down the road about ten miles to find a store that carried these items. We ran into this problem the first night. One more thing... The almost immediate pitch to sell time shares (which ARE the absolute worst "investment" in real estate history) was very annoying. I had to say no numerous times and still was asked again if I would reconsider sitting through a 90 minutes hard sell presentation. I was offered a weeks stay, cash cards, etc. If I say no, I mean no! I don't want this kind of garbage thrown at me when I was there for a getaway. This started our stay on a very negative note...

The condos we rented at The Hilton, Bent Creek were very clean, comfortable and well stocked and worked well for us. The condos are about 13 miles from Gatlinburg so they aren’t close to most of the attractions so that might be something for others to consider. If I had children with me, I would definitely stay closer to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg so we would be closer to things. There are also not a lot of restaurants or anything nearby, so keep that in mind when booking here. Theresa’s Diner is just down the road though and the food and service there are incredible! I’m so thankful that we are there! It worked well for us as we didn’t mind being off the beaten path a little and you’re surrounded by beauty, so that was a plus. The staff were also wonderful and extremely helpful if we had a question and we truly appreciated their assistance! Overall, I would highly recommend this property based upon one’s needs as a traveler. If I were traveling with a family though, I would look for other lodging closer to the nearby towns.

Great quick weekend trip for our kids to see some snow. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg, but close enough that we could get to and from within about 15 minutes. Clean rooms, nice staff, great amenities for the price! Will definitely be using this resort again.

Nice and helpful staff. Clean an totally equiped apartament, kitchen, etc. All the amenities availables, swimming pool (inside and outside), the space (all very good maintened, trees, gardens, etc). The place is 15 km far for Gatlinburg, which could be an advantage or not. For us it was because of the calm and quiet of the place. But, in other hand, you will need the car. You are very close to the Green Brier entrance of the Park, which is less crowded and has very nice hicking options. The only thing I would like to offer is some possibility of restauración inside the place: breakfast, lunch and dinner because you have the kitchen in the apartament but not always wants to cook; so instead of taking the car to go to Gatlinburg or the surondings dor dinner you would do it at the place without having to take the car.

Very nice place with a living room/dining kitchen area and a separate bedroom. Extra bonus was that the pull-out couch had a great mattress and was just as comfortable as the queen size bed in the bedroom. We made use of the small kitchen area by buying breakfast food so we wouldn't have to stop on our way to our next destination.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The staff are helpful and informative. We didnt get to use the amenities because we were so busy with Gatlinburg activities but the amenities appeared well kept. I loved our little kitchen and the thoughtful extras like the mini-salt and pepper, the crabtree and evelyn products, extra blankets, extra trash bags, extra towels in the cabinet. Everything was clean and the sheets had a clean scent. It is a bit of a drive into Gatlinburg about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic but we loved coming ‘home’ to our cozy room.

We stayed at Hilton Bent Creek 5 days for the Christmas holiday. We loved the space we had a one Bd room one bathroom apartment style. The apt was fully loaded with everything we needed to help make our stay nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfy we had huge soaking tub and separate shower. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Staff and groups keepers were very helpful to things in the area like where to eat and take the kids. I didn’t realize when booking it’s a little far out side of downtown Gatlinburg like a 30 minute drive to all the restaurants and activities. Other than that our was stay was great will stay again.
