The only thing i can complain about is the parking, but it is safe, just awkward. The hotel was clean, the service was kind and friendly. Many options for food, fuel and venturing out. We just rushed about and barely slept here so its not easy to review.

What I absolutely disliked and the reason we will never stay there again is that the kids cannot use the swimming pool in the morning before check-out. Their website does not mention at all that they are cleaning it the entire morning until 11h. In all our travels I have never encountered a hotel that did that. So if you care about your kids have fun in the morning during your roadtrip, I suggest going elsewhere.

This hotel was clean and very nice. This one seemed way nicer and cleaner than the other close by. The driveway in needs a refresh. Breakfast was awesome.

This hotel was rated well which is why we stayed. The first thing we noticed was our feet stuck to the floor. I took a couple Kleenex to wipe up the floor it was filthy. I then took a wahcloth and wiped up the area i took a photo but it will not allow me to upload. One bed had been slept in. I will not stay here again. We paid over $200 for the room NOT worth it.

Room size was adequate room was fairly clean but bathroom not so much sink was clean, shower walls has dirt residue, there was hair on the ceiling, & the air vent was extremely dirty. Breakfast was okay but no vegan or dairy free options available. Staff were friendly.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! The room was SUPER clean, and I’m a stickler about finding hairs in a bathroom. This one was so clean, the room was very nice, and the front desk staff was extremely courteous. Would most definitely stay here again when passing through!

The modern deco aesthetic of the room was so welcoming. It smelled so fresh and look fabulously clean. The evening front desk clerk was so kind and accommodating. She got us in fast. The view out the lobby windows at breakfast were amazing while enjoying the hot breakfast! Wonderful staff, safe, well kept property, and beautiful Tenneessee hills.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I was fortunate enough to land here on a work trip. Two very nice restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was quiet which rendered a good nights sleep. Mattresses are so comfy and each bed had 4 pillows, each with a different firmness. I do like options. Spacious and comfortable. The one thing I frowned upon was the huge breakfast selections of bio engineered processed food. None of it was good for you. I opted to have breakfast at another location which was fine. Other than that, this is a hotel you won't be disappointed in.

We had a fantastic stay but we left our medication behind and the manager Johnathan and front seat clerk Tina went out of their way to make sure we got it delivered to our next destination. They went above and beyond for us. Excellent customer service highly recommend staying here it’s a 10+ for us.

This is obviously a stopping place on I-40 but the staff are great. It is quiet and far enough from the interstate that you hear no noise. Several places to eat, fast food and sit down. We at at Log Cabin. Good place. Decent price and lots of food. They have beer too! I recommend highly for a tired weary traveler. By the way, if you are a country music fan, Loretta Lynn ranch just north of there and the memorial where Patsy Cline was killed in an airplane crash in 1963 is about 30 miles from there. Neat spots for just saying you been there.
