Hotel is under renovation, Hallways are full of dust, Pool was closed. Only good thing was Brian in the Reception. I had a Softball team with like 10 Rooms, Think everyone should get Al least a 50% Reimbursement for our stay. Thanks Miguel Tomas

Breakfast was yuk, coffee was watered down, orange juice watered down, apple juice watered down. charged $1.50 for bottled water. Snacks that were at the most $1.00 were $2 up. Bathroom floor appeared clean but when wiped with a paper towel because of my water spill, the paper towel was filthy!! So clearly it wasn’t being mopped. The air conditioning was set at 75… hot then cold. Room had stuffy odor. Treadmill didn’t work or if it did, it was obsolete and not easy to work. The pool was clean and nice. The bed was clean and comfortable The staff was nice.

The rooms were clean and kept up, the overall property was older, in avg condition. Biggest complaint is no elevator to serve 2nd and 3rd floors and 1st floor books up. I would not advise this motel for elderly or people with disabilities due to this.

This hotel leaves something to be desired. The hallways smelled of smoke, the hallway carpets appeared old and stained. The Water dispenser was empty in workout room and there were no towels. The breakfast lacked non dairy milk, green or herbal tea. Also lacking was plain unsweetened oatmeal and variety of fruit. There was a bowl of apples, Quaker instant oatmeal packets, bread, begal, egg, sausage, donut, pancake, juice and coffee. (styrofoam cups 😳)The positives: the room was quiet, and air conditioned. Bedding was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Overall sufficiently clean and comfortable but price too high for what is offered. We were here for a soccer tournament which may have increased the price.

This hotel has a very strong odor of vanilla. Something that is unbearable. Stall less friendly!! We were there for maybe 45 minutes and we couldn't take the smell it was giving my wife a headache. We decided we couldn't stay. They refused a full refund they said they could only refund us for one night and that it would take days to process. We hadn't even been in the room an hour but they could only process a refund for one night? Mind you we're 3 states away and needed the funds for another hotel room: We just said alright and moved on. The room wasn't clean either. There was dog hair all along the bottom of the wall. The wall was falling apart in the bathroom and the bathroom stank and there was a used cup on the floor by the door. For 200$ you'd think it'd be in shape. These people are just money hungry at the expense of travelers who aren't familiar. Horrible experience. Do not give these people your money you will be very unhappy.

The property was ran down. The parking lot could be redone. The hallways was dirty. The room smelt like mildew. Bed was hard. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there again.

Got checked in. The AC nor the TV worked & room was on the first floor. Got moved to a 2nd story room, no elevator. Numerous non English speaking construction workers staying there and at hotel next door. Felt unsafe. DId not leave my room again until I checked out in the morning and skipped breakfast altogether. Staff was nice but garbage under the nightstand and used pacifier under the bed. I still left a tip for the maid though.

Would not recommend. Like beyond would'nt recommend. Your car or hell, a truck stop would be better by miles. First things first, the front desk employee Brian is a problem, but we'll circle back to that in a minute. My family and I we're gonna stay here for one night before continuing our roadtrip hoping for a quiet and clean stay. Nope. Here you'll find a 2 story hotel with no elevator so good luck with your bags. Upon entering your room you'll find the dampest room you've ever seen or smelled for that matter. The carpet is soaked, the beds, guess what? Nice and wet with stains. After voicing the issue with Brian (told you we'd circle back) he looked at me and told me thats not possible and "He's never had a complaint for that." Funny they exist on here. But he eventually said we could move rooms. I stupidly hoped it would be better....it wasn't. I told him in the room it was still wet to which he tried to argue "its just cold from the a/c." The a/c wasn't running in the room and the dehumidifier they tried to hide in there was full. So, sure Brian, im sure those sheets are just cold. He continued to protest and fight over it like we were stupid. The equivalent being telling a guest their steak is cooked mid-rare when its blatantly burned. Its the sheer audacity to be that wrong and caught but fight to be right. After asking multiple times for a redund and him deflecting, we left and now have to try to get a refund.

Place is just redone. Everything worked very well. I was near the end I could Here a little traffic from the highway, but it wasn’t that bad. Slept well all the beds very comfortable.

The room was so humid, the sheets were damp, the bathroom floor slippery and even the new soap in the little box was wet upon opening. The A/C system must be worn out. We were shown 2-3 other rooms, but they were all damp.

The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe during my stay. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was my check in which literally took over 30 minutes despite I prepaid the stay with Expedia. Four in the afternoon and only one person at the desk. Though the room was paid through Expedia, they still made me provide my card and pay a $50 refundable deposit. I asked why and I got some story about people using fake cards to pay. But the room was already paid for so I think it was about getting a card on record for damages. I was not happy with this process. I travel for a living and this doesn't happen in higher end hotels. The time it took for check in made me late for my appointment. People need to understand that the check in process sets the tone for the stay.

I was disappointed in my stay. The young man at the front desk was most unhelpful. Upon checking in I was informed that I was on the second floor but that there was no elevator. I had injuries on both feet and asked to be moved to the first floor but was told nothing was available. So we went to the second floor room. It wasn’t going to work in my condition. I called down and asked to be moved. The young man at the front desk told me that, yes, he had a double room available and that I should just let him know when we arrived. I reiterated that I was already present and had just checked in and he suddenly said that he had nothing available. I continued asking what he was about to give me when he misunderstood that I wasn’t at the property yet, and he kept telling me only that he didn’t have anything and that maybe he could move me once some truckers left. It wasn’t until my mother went and talked to him and reminded him of the liability of having someone with an injury and no elevator on the second floor that a king room suddenly became available and we were moved. Also, after the hotel charges were settled, a $193 charge showed up on all 3 room accounts. I called the front desk and the young man was, again, unhelpful. I’m still awaiting a call from the manager he continues to reference. Overall, would not stay again.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Total 5 days. The property has been updated. Very clean and always smelled good. After reading a lot of the reviews beforehand I was a little worried. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The pool was nice and cold and our boys had a good time. Very convenient location, restaurants are not to far away and you are right off the interstate.

The building/room was outdated but seemed clean enough. Sadly, there was a homeless fellow on the back door asking for money when we went in and out. The only nice thing was waffle house was a 2 minute walk for a quick dinner.

Enjoyed my stay here! Really liked the fact that I took some late night walks with my friend and my 4yr old daughter and didn’t feel unsafe doing so. Really a great area to stay that’s close to the highway and close to other necessary things. The staff were always very friendly and laughed when my friend and I joked with them and even felt comfortable enough to joke back. Will definitely stay here again, next visit!

We arrived late in the evening due to Nashville traffic so didn’t get to see much of the outside. The young gentleman that welcomed us was pleasant and quickly had us a checked in. Our room was great. Beds comfortable. Heater worked which was a huge plus. Plenty of outlets and USB ports for use. A HUGE plus was the breakfast in the morning which was not mentioned on the Expedia link for this hotel. Large selection for breakfast which got us off to a good start. Would definitely stay here again.
