Friendly staff. Quiet location with great highway access. Many nearby restaurants and shopping. 15-20 minutes from Midtown/20-30 minutes to Memphis tourist spots. Appreciated having ice water available all day in lobby. One of two elevators was not operating during our 3-night visit so we sometimes used the stairs instead.

The staff is friendly and the interior is nice and well kept. Breakfast is included until 9, wish it was open a bit later. They do have a bar, but it is small and has limited offerings. There are a wide variety of dining options and shopping within close driving distance.

Unfortunately when I selected this hotel, I had two items selected from the filters. I wanted a hotel with a bar and a restaurant. When I arrived, I found that they had neither. The rooms are great, staff is great but not as advertised. I did not want to have to travel to have a drink and eat dinner. They were kind enough to transport me to a restaurant & will come back to get me. I cannot stress how nice the staff is. But disappointed that the hotel is not as advertised.

Good stay, besides the elevator. The elevator was broken so there was only one for the entire floor hotel. We waited awhile for the elevator and then squished ourselves in when it arrived.

I would not recommend this property. Scam artist. Charge for early check in. Refused and room still dirty and full of previous guest blonde hair. AC was at a 60 degrees. Couldn’t adjust as heat came on. Refused to stay in these conditions for two nights. Front desk refused to adjust stay even though I left before checkout. No parking for handicap. Limited parking along with scary adandoned restaurant next door with overgrown weeds. Mold growing near AC unit. Not a good place to stay. Had to get replacement bedding due to lazy cleaning staff that did not change beds. Only stayed one night could not sleep another night in the bed.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, and my kids loved going to their pool. The only issue that I experienced was the overall cleanliness of the lobby. There was some build up of dust and items that seemed to be tucked behind the sofa (general lobby cleaning concerns). Also, the lobby had a few flying insects (gnats/flies), which is probably expected during the hotter months with so many guests going and coming. But, when I called and requested that they have the staff to clean my room since we were staying for more than one night, the manager was able to accommodate my request and had my room cleaned during our family's vacation. This was a refreshing accommodation for us and we appreciated their obligement. Overall, pretty good hotel. Staff was pretty nice as well. No major complaints.

We arrived at the hotel after a long day of driving. On check-in, they did't have the room available that we booked (King) and only available was a room with two double beds, so we were booked into that room instead. The person checking us in was pleasant though did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. We went to the room and changed into pajamas, did nighttime "chores" (brush teeth, etc) and went to bed. My daughter used the bathroom and said she saw some ants - I didn't think too much about it but went in there (though had taken my contacts out) and just saw one, so figured it was good enough. In the morning, there were ants in our toiletry bag (on the counter outside the bathroom). There were several ants in the bathtub. I rinsed them down and showered. Just a few minutes after the shower there was another one making it's way in the bathtub. I then noticed how dirty the floor/baseboards were and not maintained. There was dried gunk and it looked like something had previously leaked and then dried. I also then looked up and noticed a bunch of black spots on the wall above the door - to me this looks like mold. We left. When I checked out, I told the lady at the desk there were ants in our room. She said, "okay, I'll tell them" (I assume housekeeping or maintenance). Nothing else - not even "sorry for the inconvenience" or "I apologize that is not what we strive for". She didn't seem surprised and she didn't seem to care.

Everything was good until I found a live bed bug. I put it in a napkin yo shoe the gentleman at the desk. He quickly gave me another room on a different floor. I’m hoping it was just in that room since no one else in my party had any issues and the other room they put me in was good. I stay at this hotel every time I’m in town and have never had an issue

Would like the option to not be in a pet room due to allergies. The bathroom was so small that the door almost hit the toilet. The door would not stay open, swinging closed and hitting your knees it you were in the commode. There were ice buckets but to readily available ice on the floor where our room was .

The room was for the most part clean , comfortable, and spacious. Two things I did not like about the room was 1. the lack of streaming service and I couldn’t cast to the tv. Cable television is antiquated. The front desk staff who checked me in was nice. 2. I didn’t notice until the next morning that my linens were dirty so make sure you check before hopping in the bed. The location is convenient to my favorite places to visit when I’m in Memphis. Overall great value for the price.

The staff here has to be the most pleasant in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smiling face and a willingness to accommodate your stay. Housekeeping staff greeted us as we were walking to our room and even offered to be of assistance at any time. Each time you walk by the front desk making your way in or out, there is always a smiling face greeting and thanking you for staying here (and not just from the same person). Would overall greatly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Wolfchase area.

Jarod and his colleagues were friendly and professional checking us in and out. The room was clean and cool when we got in, and the water pressure strong with good hot water. We could use the in-room fridge to store our travel snacks, and grab a glass of wine downstairs for our takeout dinner. The breakfast was well stocked. A perfect hotel for resting a night during a cross-country drive. We’ve stayed here several times and will again.

The hotel was overall good. When we arrived for check in, we were the 4th in line. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in because they only had one staff member working the front. A few days before we got there, I called the hotel to specifically ask what the incidental deposit was and was told $15. When we checked in, she said it was $50 and that policy changed 2 weeks prior. Which is fine, but when budgeting, I like to know in advance since it's a long hold. Our room was nice, except the sink plug was broken, so we had to call maintenance to come fix it. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was actually decent. Pool area was nice. We would stay again if in the area.

When it was time for me to check in I did as usual. Not one time did anyone say oh we are out of king beds we had to move you to a double room. Went to room and noticed it was two beds and immediately went downstairs and told them I had a king room. The guy said oh no one told you we were overbooked for the night? Um no. Oh they should of on email and when you checked in. No on did. Well that's all we have for the night. Really wow common curiosity they should of said something to me.

The check in was easy and pleasant. The room was spacious enough and clean. The only negative aspect was that we checked in after midnight, asked for a late check out, and the next morning continued to have cleaning staff knock on the door asking when we are checking out after responding multiple times to their question that we were scheduled for a late check out. It would be best practice for there to be communication between staff members/departments regarding those rooms with late check out so these annoyances don’t happen.

A lady who worked the front desk was very rude only ask me out of group of 20 was a staying there before I could eat breakfast. I told the lady was not eating just wanted to see what type of fruit is being served.. I talked to the manager on duty and ask what is the protocol for eating he gave a list of thing last but not once did he mentioned that you must give your room number until after I told him the issue that occurred this morning..

The location is not the best. It is in the center of a shopping center. The parking lot is sketch at best. Check in was simple. The elevator up smelled like codfish and $2 perfume. It was just a horrible smell. Upon entering the room, the room is outdated. It is time for an update. There is no excuse. The fold in bed is old and hard to pull out. The pillows are flat. The mattress was lower at the head versus the foot. Due to this we both awoke to swollen eyes and headaches. The worst part of all, the toilet was barely cleaned. Someone had an explosive episode under the seat and I had to clean it….ugh. The shock of my life was waiting under the neatly folded towels in the shower area. One of the towels was covered in brown pink and someone butt stains and neatly folded at the bottom of the clean towels.. I literally vomited when my child grabbed it and came out of the bathroom screaming. 😱 Breakfast was free but all we needed to see was a dog eating off of the plate and we knew that we didn’t want any breakfast. I have never been so happy to exit a room in all of my life.

We stayed for one night and our vehicle got two windows smashed. There are apparently no cameras on the property to be able to even possibly catch the person that did this. The front staff was nice about it and helped us fill out an incident report but this made us feel so unsafe and violated, we definitely would not return.

The outside looks a bit outdated and it's surrounded by an abandoned building that initially doesn't give off a good first impression. However, the inside of the hotel is modern and the room was very clean. I usually have allergies in hotels but not in this one. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. Close to the highway and restaurants are close by.

Hotel is great! We were pretty impressed with it. There was some left overs left in the fridge from the people that stayed before us. No big deal really. Early in the morning our car windows were smashed open. The thieves hit 11 cars that night. We were told security came on at 10….just wondered where they were at to let that many cars get hit. I wouldn’t stay there again. The employees were very nice and very helpful. Which made that part nicer!

We stayed at this hotel twice in the same week and found everything to be first rate. If we are ever in Memphis again this is where we will stay. The closeness to the Wolfchase Galleria was also a plus. The mall and places to dine are great.

This property needs upgrades and better management and workers at the front desk during the night. They didn't have sets of towels for us on our 2nd night. The breakfast area wasn't cleaned after each person ate at the tables. We found hair in our fruit. They didn't properly prepare for the number of occupancy as they ran out of breakfast. Very nice and clean, comparable to Hampton Inns, courtyard, Fairfield Inns, etc. The food was the standard hotel fare, reconstituted eggs and reheated potatoes with thin cut bacon. It was better presented than competitors, but the quality was the same. I would have no qualms staying here again.

Staff was awful harassed us for 4 days saying we didn’t pay i showed them the receipt and each day 2 different ones would stop us and say we didn’t pay. Wouldn’t clean our room handed me the sheets and told us to change, would dump trash if i sit it outside the door but wouldn’t put bag in it, wouldn’t give us towels had to get off cart because i asked and finally after 3 hours I just took off cart, we stayed for 3 weeks and was treated terribly.
