The AC in the room was very loud. You could hear noise from the parking lot in the room. Carpets in the hallway were stained. The breakfast was horrendous.

Everything was good except when we got there we noticed the pool was closed which was not disclosed to us prior to getting this room and we were prepared to go swimming it also said there's a lap pool in that pool is less than half the size of a lap pool.

Breakfast was trash I've stayed at this place many times and had a great breakfast experience rooms are dirty carpets not maintained showers showing mold the facility itself is not being maintained properly pool closed potholes crushed sidewalks not repaired no microwaves in the rooms anymore just two downstairs this hotel has definitely been downgraded. My family has always stayed here when we came to Memphis but not anymore this would be their last visit this used to be a great Hotel

Staff was awful harassed us for 4 days saying we didn’t pay i showed them the receipt and each day 2 different ones would stop us and say we didn’t pay. Wouldn’t clean our room handed me the sheets and told us to change, would dump trash if i sit it outside the door but wouldn’t put bag in it, wouldn’t give us towels had to get off cart because i asked and finally after 3 hours I just took off cart, we stayed for 3 weeks and was treated terribly.
