Pretty average hotel. Nicer than a motel but not as nice as other hotels. Breakfast was offered and the selection was okay. Don’t expect a filling meal. The hot tub was broken but the pool was open. The rooms could use a deep clean and there were still some very obvious uncleaned spots within the room. Again, very average hotel.

First room smelled musty. They graciously moved us to a second room which was acceptable although there were stains on the walls. The hot tub didn’t work and they promised to send someone out to fix it but no one ever did. The microwave in our room didn’t work. Mid week, the elevator broke down and we were obliged to take the stairs for three days. The cleaning staff was very gracious and solicitous for our comfort and that we were well stocked with towels, etc. but this didn’t quite compensate for our overall experience.

Clean, nice, late check up in staff a bit slow and the pool was closed due to failing state inspection and there was no notice on the hotel website or Expedia about this and we have kids who were looking forward to swimming after a long car ride.

Zero stars. The TV didn’t work, the pool was closed, the ice machine didn’t work, the towels and coffee and tissues weren't replaced each day. The breakfast was poor. The walls were very thin with noisy neighbors. Never again.

The hotel isn't nearly as nice looking as shown in the photos, not sure if there is a renovation ongoing but was a little surprising. Rooms were great and very spacious, although the pillows are tiny. The hot tub was currently closed by the State of Tennessee, which was a little concerning, especially since there was still water in the hot tub and just some tape wrapped around with the state notice.

An 8.2 VERY GOOD- NO WAY IN THE UNDERWORLD: Got there- Lobby was miserably hot, the worker was not welcoming or greeting. Got to the room to find smelled of old smoke and Curry. The air did work thank God. The police where banging on the door across from us we were 202 and they were banging on 204. When we went to the door after a bit, the police officer said it was no problem, he then left, came back, and went in the room, we never saw come out, HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON IN THAT ROOM- there was a do not disturb sign up. It was very weird. When I asked the next day the Manage at the desk knew nothing. Don't Believe that. Awake with police in the hall knock on doors all night. The pillows were small squares. I the morning I stepped into the shower to find MOLD all around it. Explains some of the smell. Went to get ice after check-in. NO MACHINES anywhere. They were BROKE, had to go to the desk and beg the unenthusiastic desk to get some. He said they were broke. Parking lot littered with trash. This place is like a 6.4 not a 8.2--- they must have bought that rating!

Do not believe the pictures or postive reviews for this place. We were passing through and looking for a reasonable hotel to get a few hours of sleep. For the price and what we saw online thought it would be reasonable.We walked into the hotel to immediately see about 5 stained mattresses leaned up against the windows in the front vestibule.Check in went well with the girl working the front desk, she was nice. We got to our room and immediately smelled a mildew, damp smell. The carpet felt damp, the room was musty, lock was broken on the door, and there was mold in the bathroom. We asked to switch to another room thinking it would be better and we were wrong. The pillow sheets, bed sheets both had stains on them. The couch in the room was horribly stained. The mildew smell got worse when we turned the air on to the point where my husbands allergies were flaring up. Carpet still felt damp.We were absolutely disgusted and checked out immediately. We were in the hotel for all of maybe an hour to where when we left had the lingering mildew smell on our clothes and hair. Booked another hotel in the area to where we all had to immediately shower.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I can only speak for our room - we got in very late due to travels, had we not been so exhausted I would have requested a different room. Disgustingly dirty walls and floor in bathroom and mold on shower ceiling. In the morning we noticed the vent on the air conditioner was so filthy with hair and dust and ??? We did not stay to eat breakfast after this so cannot account for the rest of the property. Had a morning appointment to get to and front desk was busy when we were leaving. Front desk staff was nice enough- wish I’d had time for a conversation with them . We do not need fancy , just clean and healthy . Not sure I can stay at a Days Inn again.

This was a terrible property. It smelled terrible in the whole building. It seemed like people were maybe living in there and cooking food in their rooms. There was a very sketchy mobile home in the parking lot as well. The room was very dirty and we actually left.

It was awful. The room smelled like marijuana, it was humid in the room and mold in the fridge/freezer. The couch was filthy and floor disgusting. I’ll never stop there again. The entire hotel hallways smelled of stinky food cooking. The hallway and doors were all rundown and need to be replaced desperately.

Room bedding seemed clean, but horrible musty mildew smell. Discovered the floor and wall were wet- assumed from leak in shower... dark discoloring and likely mold . AC worked but very noisy. Check in and out was hit and mis. Eithr no one at desk, or personnel / staff hardly spoke English. Exspected much better.

Definitely not the cleanest place we have stayed. Between weed and the musty smell I didn’t even feel clean after a shower. Nobody at the desk could speak clear english.

Rooms weren’t clean- just wiped down- with evidence of past guests all over. Towels were stained, we requested more and they were stained. Fridge didn’t keep items cold, A/C wasn’t great. The mildew smell is so heavy with attempts to mask it with heavily scented cinnamon spray. We had a non smoking room but it reeked of tobacco and the fire alarm was disabled. We reported the concern to the front desk but no response. The elevator stops short before level with the floor- doors open and it still moves. Overall, we did not have a comfortable and safe experience.

The bed was clean otherwise we would have went elsewhere. carpet stains, dust, cobwebs, and some weird smell. If you are a light sleeper you wont like the highway noise right outside the window. Don’t count on the included breakfast, very limited choices, basically stale cereal and frozen breakfast burritos. I’ve stayed at much better for far less.

The room was really dark. Only a few lamps/lighting in the room. The elevator and hallways had an off or strong smell. The breakfast area was really dark with very limited amount of food. The bed was fine for one night and it’s a good thing I had my pillow. They pillows they have are this small square things. The carpet looked like it was in need a a good cleaning. It’s right off the highway so it was a little loud with traffic.

Room was waaaaay too dark! There were several lamps, but no bright lighting - even bathroom was dark! Smoke alarm was disconnected and laying under the bed! Overall room was clean. Half was tile and half was carpet, wish all was tile, carpet needed cleaning. Property was walkable to places to eat, which was nice. Didn't eat breakfast, only coffee, which we had to go get our own cups from the room. Lady said "they were out!"

Hotel messed up my reservation, giving me a room with two beds instead of one king. I called from the room phone to disclose this; I was told there was nothing to be done because they were booked full. I was also told the system showed that I booked two beds, even though I told the employee I was staring at my reservation for one king bed while we were on the phone. At 11:47 p.m., when I was in bed for the night, he called my personal cell phone and came knocking on my door. I did not open the door at first, out of fear, and only spoke to him through the door. He told me I was right about the reservation being wrong; he said the people who needed two beds had shown up and he wanted to move me to a room with one king. He asked if he could come into my room to see if it was clean for the guests and said he’d help me pack my things to change rooms. I said absolutely not and was horrified he’d even request this. Massive security threat. I packed my things and met him outside of my new room to get my key cards. As a female traveling alone, I barely slept because I was so disturbed by this entire situation. I left the next day, even though I was booked for two nights. I couldn’t get myself to stay there again.

The condition was okay, clean enough. Check in was a problem. I had booked through hotels.com and charged to my credit card. Later I received a text from the hotel asking me to check in online so I would not have to do it again upon arrival. But then I got a notification from my credit card company saying the hotel had charged me again. It took much explaining and arguing with the young lady desk clerk, who did not speak very clear English, to convince her that I had been charged twice.

I will write to Hotels.com and to Wyndham. We went with grandchildren for 4 days. When we checked in I specifically asked if there was a pool available, and was assured there was. It had been closed by the state of Tennessee and everyday we were told it would be opened. I have VERY disappointed kids. Management lied. Our room was clean enough but the heating/air conditioner had one temp... 51 degrees. The room had 3 towels and 1 wash cloth for 4 people and a tv remote that didn't work. Beds were very hard. Breakfast could have been much better too...We will not return.

It is a nice hotel, but occupied rooms are not cleaned daily. If you want your trashcans emptied you have to tell them. We ran out of toilet paper one evening and I had to go to the front desk to get another roll. The staff are very friendly.

First off the location is great! Its right off the interstate with lots of restaurants in the area. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. He even came up to the room and helped us figure out the TV. The room was a really nice size and clean. The beds slept well. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. The hotel could use a few more updates but you can tell they have been working on that.

The bed was clean otherwise we would have went elsewhere. carpet stains, dust, cobwebs, and some weird smell. If you are a light sleeper you wont like the highway noise right outside the window. Don’t count on the included breakfast, very limited choices, basically stale cereal and frozen breakfast burritos. I’ve stayed at much better for far less.

Breakfast was an absolute joke!!! One morning there was no coffee, next morning the pump to the coffee was broken or it was empty. The apple juice was so watered down it tasted like plain water. It had two kinds of cereal and a few bagels.

Good enough if you just need to sleep and go. The couch in the room was stained and filthy. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The gym had no working AC and only a treadmill, elliptical and an ab machine. The breakfast was underwhelming.
