Overall a great stay. Very clean and comfortable beds. It was pretty quiet and there is a nice breakfast included with a lot of variety. Front desk was helpful. The only thing we didn’t love was parking. The hotel was full and the only spaces left when we got there were in the back of the building by the dumpsters. It’s a bit dark back there and it was hard to bring luggage in through the back door. Other than that it was nice and we’d definitely stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel in the past and it was always a good experience. Arrived in late January after the winter storm. I know it was a bad storm but there was NO excuse for the condition of the parking lot. There was at least 2 inches of ice!!! Very dangerous. There are other hotels nearby and none of their parking lots were that bad. I know of one person that fell and I'm sure there were more. The room was clean but the heat was a nightmare. Just as the room got comfortable, the air conditioning kicked on!!! Last but not least, the TV was a joke. I have stayed in many hotels and could figure out the TV and remote in 5 minutes of less. Not so here. Took at least 30 minutes. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We will never stay here again.

Stayed twice in one week, two different rooms. First one had some minor cosmetic issues with the bathroom door. Second one was fine, but the elevator broke down in the middle of the night. Nothing that would keep me from going back. Comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff and great breakfast.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation right now. We were not aware of that when I made reservations. The lobby was pretty torn up. Late afternoon desk clerk not very friendly. We had a room on the second floor , which had been totally redone. The room was very nice and very clean. You could tell the carpeting was new😄. Breakfast was cereal, pastries, biscuits and gravy and pancakes. Not the best but ok. It was in a very small room that could only seat 6 people at a time. At check out, the morning desk clerk was super friendly. We just spent one night on our way home from vacation so all in all it was fine. The nightly rate was lower than those hotels in that area… I’m sure it was because of the renovations going on. It did have a Cracker Barrel right next door that you could walk to😄

Every year we travel to for a family vacation. Every year we stop on the way down and on the way back and stay at a Holiday Inn express off of the interstate. This year, we stopped at this Holiday Inn express for the first time, we usually stay closer to Nashville. The bathroom was grimy even the sink was dirty. I go to take a shower, and there’s dirt in all corners of the bathroom. The tub is not very clean, not to mention the carpet in the main living and sleeping area smelled like puke. Because we were only staying for a night, trying to get in and rest before finishing our journey home, And it was late at night, we took our showers quickly, kept our socks on while walking around, trying to go to sleep. The outdoor lights in the parking lot or brighter than the sun beaming into the room, we cannot get the drapes to close properly, and the air conditioning was Never called enough.

Room was pretty clean except I had to clean the drain out in the bathtub. The knob for the stopper was broken to start with and it was filled with hair that I had to clean out. Breakfast wasn’t bad and the staff were very attentive, helpful and courteous. If I had a negative comment, it would be that the hallways are very noisy and you can hear people above you even walk. Especially if they have children jumping above you at midnight. I think we will go with the third floor next time lol.

This place is AWFUL! Yhe lamps were totally rusted, probably from the amount of moisture in the room, which also had everything damp in the room - including the headboard. There was mold behind the wallpaper that was coming off in the bathroom.

I specifically choose a room with 2 queen and a sleeper sofa as we had 2 adults and 3 children. When we checked in, we were informed that they didn’t have any more of that room, only 2 queen rooms. They did put a roll away in the room but it was ridiculously cramped. They blamed it on Hotels.com. I am not happy.

Overall very happy with our stay. We needed a late check out but they couldn’t accommodate that. They said “because they had to much cleaning staff” not sure what that means. I will definitely stay there again unless I need a late checkout.

Very friendly staff and good location. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. There were two minor issues: 1) we stayed for 3 nights and the front desk staff keyed the room cards for only 24 hours, and we had to get rekeyed 3 times. This was figured out only on the final rekey, and 2) there is a design flaw in the shower in the room, as this was a disabled persons shower (which was fine) and there was no "lip" for the water to stay in the shower. Therefore there was water all over the bathroom floor. While this was not a problem and it's typical for hotels at this price level, the free breakfast was very ordinary. I'm not a huge breakfast person, so this wasn't a big deal for me. However, these were not significant issues and I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and prompt on checking us in and out the next morning. Breakfast was hot and good. Room was clean and comfortable. Reserved and received roll-in shower and handicap stool. First time staying at this location, will recommend it to others to stay at. Close enough drive to Nashville and drive back out of Nashville to spend the night.

the hotel was nice and clean, staff was professional and friendly the beds were very comfortable. However, breakfast was not as tasty as expected, The cheese omelet was so so and hashbrown were look warm. coffee was good, but we would consider staying there again
