Great hotel! This is my usual hotel when I come to town for Aggie sports and to visit friends. Rooms are spacious, front desk staff was helpful. Love the breakfast, the area with snacks for purchase, and the bar. Asked for a room on a higher floor and was given one. I will be staying here again! Recommend this hotel to everyone- great location -- close to campus and lots of food options around

Our family of 5 has been staying at this hyatt place everytime we come to College Station for medical stuff for 5 years now. Very friendly, caring and helpful staff. Great location. Safe and clean area. Nice rooms, and nice indoor pool. The only thing we were sad about this trip was the hot tub is no longer there. 10 out of 10 on everything and everyone else.

Very nice and attentive staff. Room was nice and clean. We stayed on the 4th floor and was a little disappointed to find the ice machines only on floors 1&3. We did find mold in the 3rd floor ice machine. We reported it to the front.

We booked this hotel for the use of the hot tub. When we got there we found out that the hot tub was filled in and we were very disappointed. But other than no hot tub the visit was good.

The property and room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Was in College Station to visit the Presidential Library & Museum and the location of the hotel is excellent. Plenty of restaurants close by. The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. Overall a very good one night stay.

Friendly staff, went above expectations to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, adequately stocked with linens and supplies. The beds were clean and supportive. Breakfast had hot and cold offerings and the serving counters were clean and not cluttered. The hotel is conveniently located with several restaurants nearby. The parking lot was well lit and the area was safe. Definitely will stay here again when we visit.

The staff here were amazing! The nicest folks who genuinely seemed to love their jobs! The rooms are really comfortable for families with three beds, microwave and refrigerator. The bar in the lobby was great for hot afternoons when we needed a break with happy hour specials! Breakfast was delicious as well. We’ll be back!

Upon arrival, the bathroom had not been cleaned so that was not good. The very nice lady at the front desk took care of the problem quickly, and we were compensated with a nice goodie bag. The breakfast that is included was less than adequate. Everything was gone by the time we came down to eat. Otherwise, it was ok for a one night stay.

The blanket wasn’t the cleanest. There was a sewage smell late at night out of the blue. The curtains had a stain. There was a rectangular size coat of white paint above the bed. The whole ceiling should’ve been repainted.

The bathroom was terrible. Mold on ceiling from getting wet. Tiles popping up on the floor. Grout missing in the tile in the shower. The countertop was clean and the linens. Bathroom grossed me out.

We stayed at this property for a summer camp visit for our daughter. The rooms are large and the staff are extremely nice, polite and helpful, I’d give staff a 10/10. The air conditioner in the room was loud, though and the bathroom was tiny. We just stayed in The Courtyard by Marriott in Allen, TX the previous weekend and that hotel room wasn’t quite as large but it had a very nice updated clean feel.

I rarely write reviews but I have to say that our experience was so great, I had to take time to comment. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to make our stay great. We had a late check in and after unpacking we realized that our A/C was blowing hot air. We called the front desk and they sent Jacobi up who attempted to fix the A/C and after 2 minutes excused himself and came back with a luggage cart and the key to another room. I had already hung up my clothes and he said I could move them to the next room on the hangers. He was sweet and apologetic and helpful. He took what was getting ready to be a volatile situation and diffused it with his professionalism and charm. I have four day meetings twice a year in College Station and I will always return to this hotel.

When I went to report the A/C was extremely loud and maintenance needed to repair it. I was told they already new it was loud. So I said "you put me in a room that you already knew had issues and we didn't get any sleep due to the A/C screaming and freezing up all night", the lady said "YES" we have to utilize all the rooms. We have stayed here numerous times and will not be back. Trash was all over the hallways. Breakfast was horrible.

Another wonderful stay here. This is my go-to hotel when I’m in town. Stayed here for a football game and it was a great location. Very close to campus and lots of food options nearby. Free breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay again and recommend this property to everyone!

Check in was efficient . Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hectic as it was graduation weekend. It started at 7:00 am and by the time we arrived at 7:30 am the choices and amount of food available would be what is expected at 10:00 am. Staff was having a difficult time keeping the food restocked and it appeared that they had not planned for the amount of guests. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Disappointed that breakfast was from 7 to 10 and when getting done there around 9:20, they were already running out of breakfast items. Not cool. The entire point of staying at a hotel that has breakfast is being able to get some food and eat before the day starts. Will not be staying here again.

Amenities just did not make sense. Old tub and bathroom. Built for value seeking large families to squeeze as many people in as possible in a room. The younger staff members were sweet. The property felt worn out and old and not Hyatt quality. Felt like they took over a Motel 8 years ago and didnt do a quality makeover. It works in CS where there arent many hotels to compete with. If you’re used to nicer hotels in bigger cities- this is not a great pick. Free breakfast and good value for the money though.
