There was a problem with the elevator. It skipped our floor multiple times. We took the stairs down, but the door to the first floor was then locked. We had to exit a side door of the building. The walls are very thin. We heard every conversation in the hallway in the middle of the night.

Beautiful hotel, lobby and rooms. It is Eco-friendly so don't have anyone in your family take the key card or you will be in the dark, totally dark. I picked this hotel for the indoor pool because I would have grandchildren with me. The pool was FREEZING, and after 8 children and 3 adults got dressed into swimming suits only one child could take the freezing water. The breakfast bar offered a little variety. Nothing fresh was out. No fresh fruit, donuts, toast, waffle maker. The breakfast was entirely premade frozen items. I had to leave and get breakfast else where. I paid a lot for this hotel but feel I got ripped off due to the pool/breakfast situation.

The rooms were nice but dirty. We actually had to switch rooms when we got in because apparently, they don\'t wash their floors. There was dried blood on the floor from the last guest, I assume, going from the shower to the entire bedroom area. It was so disgusting. In addition, that room had bugs all by the window seal area. The second room was better, though it looked like someone did burnouts with a tricycle. Message to hotel owners/managers: Put signs up in hallways saying "No running". For your protection and the guest\'s sanity. Kids ran up and down the hallways the entire trip. Absolutely annoying (of course, we know as parents ourselves that it is up to parents to teach their children it\'s not appropriate, but some didn\'t get that message, obviously). Didn\'t think it was worth the money we paid.

My stay was good, Bed was comfortable. The A/C wasn't very cold and water was lukewarm, Im hot water person. I was on the 2nd floor and unfortunately, i "KING KONG" walking above me but after that person went to bed it was a peacefully stay. ( one night)

Overall nice hotel. Our security lock to our room was broken. And by looks had been that way for some time so disappointing that it wasn’t fixed prior to the room being assigned to someone. It’s great that their eco friendly with the electricity. However we wanted to leave our phones plugged in to charge over night but couldn’t do so without leaving one of the main light switches turned on so that was kind of annoying

The two queen bed room we got was very clean and spacious. We felt like we stayed in our own vacay property.The property especially lobby is grand. We just wish the shower could be stronger and the shower head could be adjustable. Overall, it is a great place.

clean. all necessities. 1inch gap under main door. certainly doesn’t help with noise factor ice cold ac. warm showers the blackout shades didn’t blackout much. lots of eastern morning sunlight. loud noises from the hallway, so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Nice Hotel. Corner room. Comfortable bed, and the 2 televisions was a nice touch(suite with separate bedroom). Huge walk in shower, water pressure was so so. No closet...kinda weird, no place for an iron or board. Have to go down to retrieve. If I had to find something wrong it would be the acoustics. With the laminate flooring, sound reverberates in the room. Don't accidentally kick the metal bed frame, it will sound as if a bomb went off.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable! You can hear the rooms above you and the black out curtains are not covering windows so bring a sleep mask. Breakfast area is very nice, food average hotel food.

Stayed in a 2 queen room. Room was big, nicely decorated, clean, bed and pillows were good. The bathroom was big, looked new, very nice. One of the doors was a sliding door that left a 2 inch space that wasn't closed. It was just not built correctly. Shims on both sides. So, no privacy. The main thing that made this a bad stay ... Very thin walls/ceiling. We heard everyone in the hallway as if they were in our room. Every step the people above us took, was very loud. We got no sleep. A lot of good things about this hotel, the one bad, outweighed all the good as the main point was being able to sleep. Unfortunately, we won't stay there again.

Great stay, we arrived exhausted from our trip and earlier than check-in time but the nice lady in the front checked if our room was ready and allowed us to check in early. It was a huge relief for us! The service and cleanliness thru-out our stay was superb!

Upon our arrival to the the Wyndham Garden, we were told that they overbooked their hotel and relocated us to to their new partner hotel (Wingate College Station) which provide the same level of service as WyndhamGarden Hotel.

This hotel has terrible customer service. I booked on hotels.com, and I accidentally chose the wrong date when booking. I contacted the hotel to remedy the mistake immediately, but they told me I had to go through hotels.com since that is where I booked it. I did, and the people at hotels.com were incredibly accommodating. They tried everything to get the hotel to change the date, but the people at the hotel kept hanging up on them. This was incredibly bad customer service considering I was not trying to cancel, but merely trying to change the date by one day. I did not stay there and had to pay for the night.

I’ve stayed here before and this time was very disappointing. Upon arrival I was told they had over booked and only had 1 double for us and it was an accessible. There was no counter space in the bathroom. My mom had to get a king when I asked for a double and be put on a separate floor which I didn’t ask for either. There was country music playing all night and it was very loud. Breakfast was ok but pancakes were hard. There never was anyone at the front counter to assist us. Overall it was a mess and I don’t think I’d stay here a 3rd time.

It would have been helpful for yall to call me before my room was canceled so I could have fixed the issue and kept my room. Especially after I called and said I was coming but won’t be there till after midnight. Thanks for making a very long day even longer. Trying to find another place to go while the lady really didn’t give a damn at the front desk was a blast!!

Check in was smooth and fast. Front desk clerk was friendly. Room was very roomy and clean. Breakfast was not your normal average breakfast. It was better and delicious. Muffins were huge and looked homemade. Was surprised to find out hotel had a bar. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay as usual...my third time here. The beds are so comfy, I fall asleep super fast. The rooms are very clean, no carpet, so the floors are super nice. Breakfast is really great with lots of hot options..pancakes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy, muffins, etc. Desk people are super nice.

This is our 3rd time staying there. The staff are nice and friendly. They keep the hotel lobby are and restaurant nice and clean. However, the cons are the hours of the bar is limited even on a Saturday with parents in town. The room was in need of TLC, it was showing signs of wear and tear in the bathroom and the floors. The noise level from upstairs floor just for people walking was a bit loud. The AC unit would start blowing up cold air with loud noise even with fan on auto. The staff offered to switch rooms but it was too inconvenient for a short stay. I think next time we will consider a newer hotel.

Breakfast was very disappointing to say the least. Why even serve anything at all? Reduce your rates by not offering breakfast, less overhead to you and less waste on the environment - it’s a win/win.
